nce it's typically flavorless or bland and you can tell it's made in a rush but when I tell you that Chef Michelle is AMAZING at what she does, she really is. Not only is her food absolutely delicious, she is so reasonable and so easy to work with. We were about 125 people. My family is Hispanic and my husband's side is Indian and we have friends from all over the world and everyone enjoyed the food. It was beautiful, delicious, and she provided food for everyone's food restrictions. So may people came up to me saying that it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. I was so happy. She really did a great job at providing something that everyone would love, no matter the nationality. She has such a calm vibe and sometimes I would be super stressed out and Chef Michelle would just tell me "it will all work out beautifully, don't worry." And she really makes it work out. I have issues with my venue due to the pandemic and she was able to help me find a new one. She met me on several occasions to go over the menu. She really goes above and beyond for you. She really helped my wedding be the wedding of my dreams. She's an amazing person and the best Chef.
