in the ends were ashy blonde while my roots were orange. I called back for a redo. After leaving the second time I knew it wasn’t what I wanted. I was happy to settle for what I had until I saw it was still orange/brown/ cool blonde. Also,broken pieces all over my hair I knew I didn’t have before. I called back and asked for a refund because I didn’t have time to take a third day off for another color service. She then hung in on me. I had to call back for her to tell my there is a “no refund policy”. I just wanted my money back for the color which was 250 out of a 438 dollar service. After trying to explain to the owner I did not want to touch my hair touch, she became condescending and provoking. I became frustrated clearly. Then she began to play the victim feeling as if she was attacked and undeserving of the conversation. I do not deserve to have broken pieces all over my hair that your salon created and I do not deserve to have my money taken for a service that was completed incorrectly. The owner is only concerned about her money and not the clients.
