La Vie Adeux

ime for me to get married I had no question I wanted her to be my planner as well. Caroline is beyond organized and took the stress out of wedding planning. She was always there for any questions we had, she also took over all communication with vendors in the weeks leading up to the wedding which allowed us to fully relax and really enjoy the day! Our wedding was everything we imagined and more and we have Caroline to thank for that!

mails were a lifesaver—always making it clear what needed to be done next and helping us stay on top of every deadline. What stood out the most was how Caroline took the time to really get to know us and our vision. Her down-to-earth demeanor, combined with her expert advice, was exactly what we needed to make sure our Telluride wedding was everything we dreamed of. Her familiarity with the area, along with all the fantastic vendor recommendations, was invaluable. We highly recommend Caroline to any couple getting married in Colorado! She’s the perfect mix of professional, organized, and approachable, and we truly enjoyed working with her. She made our wedding planning experience unforgettable!

ferent options and price points for the things that I wanted to have at the party…she scheduled calls,  just to chime in and make sure we were both on the same page and go over everything through out the 8 months or more of working with her … I am so happy I got to work with her to put my party together as I couldn’t have asked for a better planner ! She was an absolute joy to work with and went above and beyond ! Her attention to detail was just perfection . She was on top of everything !!!!!

lutely amazing and exceeded all expectations! She made the process easy & smooth which  I was able to attend my own party. She had excellent communication throughout, great taste and attention to detail. Thank you for making it such a memorable wedding weekend. Couldn't have done it without  you.

tremely organized, punctual, creative, responsive, respectful and has wonderful ideas. Caroline helped me execute my vision to perfection. While I never had to explain anything more than once, as she always seemed to “get me” immediately, she also found ways to stay within or even below our budget while still executing a luxurious experience with personal touches. Caroline was always available to discuss matters and took complete charge the month before our wedding, which was totally helpful for us being able to relax and enjoy the time instead of being frantic. The day of the wedding, Caroline and her team were instrumental in creating the most amazing experience that can only happen when everything runs perfectly. She is attentive without being overbearing, creative without being frivolous and kind yet decisive and in control at all times. As an example of her incredible “can do “ attitude the reception dress I bought long before and wanted to change into after my wedding ceremony felt “risky” the morning of my wedding and instead of throwing her hands up and telling me to wear another more boring option she decided to sew straps on my dress so that I could wear it! This was done while managing each and every other detail the day of the wedding. I found this to be incredible! The dress fit perfect and was adorable for our tango dance. Caroline is OUTSTANDING at what she does. She has an excellent rapport with other vendors which also ensures a great experience for the bride and groom and the guests. Our guests could not stop talking about our wedding weekend and we can honestly say that Caroline was 100 % instrumental in providing this exceptional experience for all of us. We recommend Caroline without any hesitation. She is the best!

Ken Caryl CO. Her attention to detail is unparalleled. And she is amazing at working with your vision and theme for your wedding. Cannot recommend Caroline enough!

since it was a destination wedding!!! The day of was a magical day with their smiles and organization skills. Highly recommend!

emely smooth from helping pick vendors, that exceeded all expectations as well, to all the day of the wedding events. She answered all my questions in such a timely manner and was extremely organized. Caroline was professional, creative, and so incredibly dedicated to making my day special. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to make their wedding a beautiful, stress-free experience. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner. Thank you so much for everything - you truly made my dream wedding come true!

iewed that our budget was low for the venue/area and would present a challenge; Caroline heard it and said "we can work with that!", an example of her bright positivity that sustains you through the whole process. Since our budget was "lower" I debated if spending on a wedding planner was worth it. Right away, Caroline proved her worth by finding all my vendors in my price range. I wondered if I'd be sacrificing some quality for price, but EVERYONE did such a beautiful, amazing job—and we came in under budget at the end of the day! Caroline had a hand in the aesthetic from the start; I just told her I wanted "bright," and as you can see from the photos, from the multi-tiered florals to the custom linens she found to brighten the old ski lodge, the wedding deck floral placements and candlelit tablescapes, everything she designed turned out beautifully. Leading up to the day, we had scheduled phone calls that were delightful and straightforward. Letting Caroline organize it all took so much off my plate and kept me sane, allowing me to enjoy the little things I took care of myself and know I wasn't forgetting an essential (or even non-essential) component. Day of, she was totally on top of things; all the vendors and the venue organizers dealt directly with her and I was free to enjoy myself as the day unfolded perfectly around me. La Vie Adeux set up all the signage, guest book and gift tables, helped us through the marriage certificate signing, and even decorated the cake. After the ceremony Caroline handed us two glasses of white wine on ice and a special plate of appetizers. She ushered us through the day calmly and beautifully and made sure we were taking in every moment. I only learned that there had been any issues (locked out of the room, bar didn't open on time) after the fact, because Caroline handled them seamlessly. A few uncomfortable family moments were smoothed over or even totally avoided thanks to her expert handling. Everything I'd said I wanted on the day, Caroline was in the background making happen. My husband, parents, and I still laugh to each other: "did that really happen? Is it possible it really went THAT well?!" I 100% recommend hiring Caroline as your event planner—her talent, creativity, composure, industry knowledge, budgeting ability, bright kindness, and easy sense of humor made her a pleasure to work with, and my wedding would not have been the absolute dream it was without her. Thank you, Caroline!

attention to detail, professionalism, and calm/comfortable presence throughout the entire process. Caroline worked with us to fit our needs and our budget. In hindsight, I seriously can’t imagine going through the process without her. The wedding day was wonderful and stress-free. If you want a beautiful Colorado mountain wedding with no hassle, hire La Vie Adeux. Her rates were very reasonable compared to others and worth every single penny. Thank you Caroline for helping us deliver the wedding of our dreams!

ner with one long table, did an after party for the dancing portion etc. Caroline totally understood the vision and was happy to work with us. Other planners ghosted us and didn’t seem excited to work with a smaller wedding, but Caroline embraced it and had many great ideas. She was creative and helped my vision come to life. Caroline was so organized, always quick to respond to emails, and provided plenty of time for phone calls. On the day of the wedding, Caroline and her team were efficient and organized. It rained a bit (just a summer shower) and I was determined to keep everything outside and she helped make that happen. She handled all of the personal items at the end of the night so that the bride/groom and family didn’t have to worry about a thing. We loved working with Caroline and HIGHLY recommend La Vie Adeux!

like OUR event). I was also blown away by the expense with many other planners and Caroline fit into our budget without the sticker shock. She helped us with so many things I never knew we needed help with 😂 Caroline was so professional, easy to communicate with (regular phone calls with prompt follow-up emails with to-do lists), and helped make our day go off seamlessly. She took the stress off of us day-off and she understood our vision, plans, timeline etc. really the easiest person to work with. When we got back to our hotel at the end of the night (very late), Caroline had neatly dropped off all of our cards, gifts, decor that we were keeping, saved us cake (which we hadn’t even thought to do), and my bouquet. This was so thoughtful and the perfect touch to a perfect day. Don’t hesitate to book her! Her experience in the Vail Valley is so beneficial and she’s just all around a lovely person.

in her emails. She made sure every detail past all the details I could even think of went off perfectly day of. She was so friendly and easy to work with. For someone who is busy like me she was able to put in the time and effort where I wasn’t able to make my wedding 100% more beautiful and perfect than I could ever imagine.

work to create the wedding of your dreams. Me and my husband can't thank Caroline enough for the time and effort put into our wedding. It turned out better than we could have imagined!

She helped us wade through what felt like endless options and ideas always guiding but never insisting. Her demeanor and attitude were a huge part of her success in our family dynamic. Honestly, a review feels inadequate to express how much she did for us. The day before the wedding my sister asked, “what are you stressed about? How can I help?” And I was shocked to say, nothing! I was freakishly calm! The day of the event she and her team kept us on schedule without making us feel hassled or hurried! Everything went perfectly! There are NO quantifiers for this statement! It was perfect! I cannot recommend her enough. I did not use a wedding planner for her sister’s wedding so I had no idea how important on was! I cannot stress enough how meaningful she was! We recommend her with zero reservations!

fiancé. It was amazing to watch all the months of planning and details come together under Caroline’s expert orchestration. She thought of details I’d never think of and foresaw problems before they even happened (and before anyone could even bother me about them). I can’t imagine having a wedding without a coordinator and Caroline is the BEST!

y the word “perfect” gets thrown around a lot and might not fully convey our overwhelming happiness with Caroline and her team. Caroline’s attention to detail, timelines, and budgets far surpassed that of any professional event planner I have worked with to date. She kept us under budget, on schedule, and ensured our last month, all we had to focus on were our vows. She is wonderfully creative and always had a "meet in the middle" solution that kept my mother and I in agreement. In the 11 months we worked with Caroline, my mother and I disagreed, but we did not have one, single fight because of Caroline's magical gifts...that in and of itself is reason to hire her. Regardless, both Nate’s and my wedding days were relaxing, enjoyable, and FUN…and we have Caroline, and only Caroline, to thank for that. To put so much time and energy into a single party puts a lot of pressure on the day to run exactly how you imagined it would for the last 12 months. In our case, we didn’t dream big enough. Our day far surpassed our expectations. We expected a few things to go wrong, for some metaphorical shoe to drop, but it never did…or at least not that we know of. We are almost certain things did go wrong, but we never heard a peep because Caroline handled everything. Everything looked absolutely stunning, and the photos are proof of that. Caroline and her team kept us on schedule, without ever making us feel rushed, kept us happy, without ever really being seen, and ensured our families were catered to, without sacrificing Nate’s or my happiness. She is truly a wonder. I cannot put into words all the millions of ways Caroline went above and beyond, so if anyone wants more details, reach out to Caroline and ask her for a reference! I am happy to spend some time explaining why I KNOW hiring Caroline will be your single, greatest decision! Photo credit to Sarah Roshan

very aspect of the weekend’s events. My son recently married his precious fiancé in Telluride, CO. She had hired La Vie Adeux for her wedding coordinator. I was hardly familiar with Telluride and was not looking forward to the amount of “google time” I would need to pull-off a wonderful rehearsal dinner from 1500 miles away. My now-daughter-in-law could not have chosen a better coordinator! Besides all things wedding ceremony, Caroline was regularly in contact with me - emails/calls, face-timing, sending video and pictures to assist me in choosing a location for the rehearsal dinner, maintaining communication with vendors, and paying great attention to all the crazy little details and then some. She is a stickler for detail and clarity. And as a hands-on coordinator, she seeks to go above and beyond to ensure each and every minutia is just right.

y big day because of this other planner. I had gotten Caroline’s information from another planner who was recommended to me by the Grand Hyatt Vail’s coordinator and ever since Caroline was hired.. relief! And joy! Caroline jumped in right away, helped me source my last few vendors and more. I ended up enlisting her services for our rehearsal dinner after we’d been working together for a month or so. I cannot say enough kind things about Caroline and her assistant! The day ran smoothly (if it didn’t, I was not made aware). I would recommend her over and over and over again. If you’re getting married in the Colorado mountains and want someone who knows the areas, knows the people and can handle it all, I’m so serious, hire her!!!!

, and following up with vendors. She listened to every preference that we had while also adding her own experiences to help make our wedding the best. On the day of the wedding, everything went flawlessly. It was the most beautiful thing to see all of our planning come together so seamlessly! She event went above and beyond as far as taking our drink requests prior to the wedding day so she could bring them to us after the ceremony, rather than have us wait at the bar. :) She is professional, friendly, extremely organized, kind, positive, and flexible. I would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone who wants a stellar coordinator!

and thoughtful of my vision. She organized both our rehearsal dinner and wedding seamlessly and supported me even when I made a few last minute changes to our plans. When I felt overwhelmed by decisions, she helped simplify them or provide her recommendation to help us moving forward. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking for a low-stress, well organized wedding process.

n know we needed and presented us with a timeline so that nothing was missed. She contacted all of the vendors and maintained communication with each of them throughout the planning. She attended both events and was amazing at keeping us on schedule. Caroline was amazing at identifying problems behind the scene and taking care of things so that things went smoothly throughout. As an added bonus, Caroline is super friendly and did it all with a smile and tremendous enthusiasm!

d that I just couldn't pull off my wedding day without a wedding planner! Until that point, I had been doing all of the planning myself, and thought I could pull it off - silly me! It turns out wedding planning is extraordinarily demanding! I was feeling totally overwhelmed and frazzled. Fortunately, our caterer connected me with Caroline, and she immediately stepped in to help. Her expertise, organizational and communication skills, and calm and friendly demeanor made her an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Caroline and La Vie Adeux to anyone in need of a wonderful wedding planner!

I always felt calm after I discuss some of the concerns that I had with her. She was so professional, caring and responsive. She helped me deal with all of the vendors and solved any issue that came up with ease. She helped us add a few nontraditional elements to the ceremony while keeping it classy. We couldn’t have had our big day without her!

to get along with and im so glad I hired her. Our wedding was out in a field so the logistics were insane. She helped me navigate the whole event and made sure I was on track for a carefree wedding. She is on the ball and extremely trustworthy. A class act.

t was going into it!). She is outstanding at her job, and I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to make their day go flawless and stress free.

brought up so many details that I would've forgotten about but was so glad to have thought through. On top of being incredible at her job, she is soo friendly and genuine! It was really a joy to spend time with her. She really helped make the day stress free by handling situations that arose without alarming me, and letting me enjoy the day without worrying what time it was. She is also thoughtful and attentive, and I highly recommend her!

, follow-thru, and gracious demeanor. She listens attentively, suggests and then executes- plus vendors(&clients) love working with her because she is Incredibly organized. She anticipates & discusses every possible scenario & knows how to resolve them all based upon her vast experience and wealth of resources. Our Vail destination wedding was just perfect and she enabled us to feel confident that we could be guests at our own wedding without worry. She & Alex were truly a pleasure to work with and I would hire them again without any hesitation..

et Caroline sooner, I honestly would have hired her to plan the entire wedding (and I love planning.) Her organizational skills and memory are superb. She is warm, kind, and down-to-earth while completely classy and professional. We even had guests comment on what a nice presence and great coordination she did at our wedding! Our ceremony and reception was at Larkspur Events & Dining, and Caroline coordinated the rehearsal and day-of events beautifully. She set up, cleaned up, problem-solved, and went above and beyond to make our day truly extraordinary. From the big details all the way down to bringing us items in a pinch, handling the "start" and "stop" on our wedding playlists throughout the evening, arranging decorations I didn't have specific directions for, communicating with vendors down to the last detail...she is truly amazing. If you've found Caroline and La Vie Adeux Events, look no further. You've found a gem here!

ded. Unfortunately it rained on our wedding day but Caroline was ready to go with umbrellas. She did everything she could to make sure our wedding was perfect including giving all our guests umbrellas leaving her without one. I felt horrible, but what an amazing person! Caroline & her assistant were very kind and a joy to be around for all our guests during our ceremony & reception. Very happy that we hired La Vie Adeux!

ugh with absolutely every request and wish to the T. Her thoroughness and organization blew me away, you will not find anyone better. As a local to the valley, she has many connections with vendors which helped things run that much smoother. She had great ideas for planning that helped our wedding day be perfect. Above all else, her kindness, positivity, professionalism, and thoughtfulness is what made the experience so enjoyable. We felt like we had known her as a close friend our whole life and were sad when our work with her was over. You can not go wrong with Caroline and La Vie Adeux for your special day!

on your big day! Could not recommend enough!
