While I never had to explain anything more than once, as she always seemed to “get me” immediately, she also found ways to stay within or even below our budget while still executing a luxurious experience with personal touches. Caroline was always available to discuss matters and took complete charge the month before our wedding, which was totally helpful for us being able to relax and enjoy the time instead of being frantic. The day of the wedding, Caroline and her team were instrumental in creating the most amazing experience that can only happen when everything runs perfectly. She is attentive without being overbearing, creative without being frivolous and kind yet decisive and in control at all times. As an example of her incredible “can do “ attitude the reception dress I bought long before and wanted to change into after my wedding ceremony felt “risky” the morning of my wedding and instead of throwing her hands up and telling me to wear another more boring option she decided to sew straps on my dress so that I could wear it! This was done while managing each and every other detail the day of the wedding. I found this to be incredible! The dress fit perfect and was adorable for our tango dance. Caroline is OUTSTANDING at what she does. She has an excellent rapport with other vendors which also ensures a great experience for the bride and groom and the guests. Our guests could not stop talking about our wedding weekend and we can honestly say that Caroline was 100 % instrumental in providing this exceptional experience for all of us. We recommend Caroline without any hesitation. She is the best!

iewed that our budget was low for the venue/area and would present a challenge; Caroline heard it and said "we can work with that!", an example of her bright positivity that sustains you through the whole process. Since our budget was "lower" I debated if spending on a wedding planner was worth it. Right away, Caroline proved her worth by finding all my vendors in my price range. I wondered if I'd be sacrificing some quality for price, but EVERYONE did such a beautiful, amazing job—and we came in under budget at the end of the day! Caroline had a hand in the aesthetic from the start; I just told her I wanted "bright," and as you can see from the photos, from the multi-tiered florals to the custom linens she found to brighten the old ski lodge, the wedding deck floral placements and candlelit tablescapes, everything she designed turned out beautifully. Leading up to the day, we had scheduled phone calls that were delightful and straightforward. Letting Caroline organize it all took so much off my plate and kept me sane, allowing me to enjoy the little things I took care of myself and know I wasn't forgetting an essential (or even non-essential) component. Day of, she was totally on top of things; all the vendors and the venue organizers dealt directly with her and I was free to enjoy myself as the day unfolded perfectly around me. La Vie Adeux set up all the signage, guest book and gift tables, helped us through the marriage certificate signing, and even decorated the cake. After the ceremony Caroline handed us two glasses of white wine on ice and a special plate of appetizers. She ushered us through the day calmly and beautifully and made sure we were taking in every moment. I only learned that there had been any issues (locked out of the room, bar didn't open on time) after the fact, because Caroline handled them seamlessly. A few uncomfortable family moments were smoothed over or even totally avoided thanks to her expert handling. Everything I'd said I wanted on the day, Caroline was in the background making happen. My husband, parents, and I still laugh to each other: "did that really happen? Is it possible it really went THAT well?!" I 100% recommend hiring Caroline as your event planner—her talent, creativity, composure, industry knowledge, budgeting ability, bright kindness, and easy sense of humor made her a pleasure to work with, and my wedding would not have been the absolute dream it was without her. Other planners ghosted us and didn’t seem excited to work with a smaller wedding, but Caroline embraced it and had many great ideas. She was creative and helped my vision come to life. It rained a bit (just a summer shower) and I was determined to keep everything outside and she helped make that happen. She handled all of the personal items at the end of the night so that the bride/groom and family didn’t have to worry about a thing. We loved working with Caroline and HIGHLY recommend La Vie Adeux!

She helped us wade through what felt like endless options and ideas always guiding but never insisting. Her demeanor and attitude were a huge part of her success in our family dynamic. Honestly, a review feels inadequate to express how much she did for us. The day before the wedding my sister asked, “what are you stressed about? How can I help?” And I was shocked to say, nothing! I was freakishly calm! The day of the event she and her team kept us on schedule without making us feel hassled or hurried! Everything went perfectly! There are NO quantifiers for this statement! It was perfect! I cannot recommend her enough. I did not use a wedding planner for her sister’s wedding so I had no idea how important on was! I cannot stress enough how meaningful she was! We recommend her with zero reservations!

y the word “perfect” gets thrown around a lot and might not fully convey our overwhelming happiness with Caroline and her team. Caroline’s attention to detail, timelines, and budgets far surpassed that of any professional event planner I have worked with to date. She kept us under budget, on schedule, and ensured our last month, all we had to focus on were our vows. She is wonderfully creative and always had a "meet in the middle" solution that kept my mother and I in agreement. In the 11 months we worked with Caroline, my mother and I disagreed, but we did not have one, single fight because of Caroline's magical gifts...that in and of itself is reason to hire her. Regardless, both Nate’s and my wedding days were relaxing, enjoyable, and FUN…and we have Caroline, and only Caroline, to thank for that. To put so much time and energy into a single party puts a lot of pressure on the day to run exactly how you imagined it would for the last 12 months. In our case, we didn’t dream big enough. Our day far surpassed our expectations. We expected a few things to go wrong, for some metaphorical shoe to drop, but it never did…or at least not that we know of. We are almost certain things did go wrong, but we never heard a peep because Caroline handled everything. Everything looked absolutely stunning, and the photos are proof of that. Caroline and her team kept us on schedule, without ever making us feel rushed, kept us happy, without ever really being seen, and ensured our families were catered to, without sacrificing Nate’s or my happiness. She is truly a wonder. I cannot put into words all the millions of ways Caroline went above and beyond, so if anyone wants more details, reach out to Caroline and ask her for a reference! very aspect of the weekend’s events. My son recently married his precious fiancé in Telluride, CO. She had hired La Vie Adeux for her wedding coordinator. I was hardly familiar with Telluride and was not looking forward to the amount of “google time” I would need to pull-off a wonderful rehearsal dinner from 1500 miles away. My now-daughter-in-law could not have chosen a better coordinator! Besides all things wedding ceremony, Caroline was regularly in contact with me - emails/calls, face-timing, sending video and pictures to assist me in choosing a location for the rehearsal dinner, maintaining communication with vendors, and paying great attention to all the crazy little details and then some. She is a stickler for detail and clarity. And as a hands-on coordinator, she seeks to go above and beyond to ensure each and every minutia is just right.

I had gotten Caroline’s information from another planner who was recommended to me by the Grand Hyatt Vail’s coordinator and ever since Caroline was hired.. relief! And joy! Caroline jumped in right away, helped me source my last few vendors and more. I ended up enlisting her services for our rehearsal dinner after we’d been working together for a month or so. I cannot say enough kind things about Caroline and her assistant! The day ran smoothly (if it didn’t, I was not made aware). I would recommend her over and over and over again. If you’re getting married in the Colorado mountains and want someone who knows the areas, knows the people and can handle it all, I’m so serious, hire her!!!!

On the day of the wedding, everything went flawlessly. It was the most beautiful thing to see all of our planning come together so seamlessly! She event went above and beyond as far as taking our drink requests prior to the wedding day so she could bring them to us after the ceremony, rather than have us wait at the bar. :) She is professional, friendly, extremely organized, kind, positive, and flexible. I would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone who wants a stellar coordinator!

When I felt overwhelmed by decisions, she helped simplify them or provide her recommendation to help us moving forward. ded. Unfortunately it rained on our wedding day but Caroline was ready to go with umbrellas. She did everything she could to make sure our wedding was perfect including giving all our guests umbrellas leaving her without one. I felt horrible, but what an amazing person! Caroline & her assistant were very kind and a joy to be around for all our guests during our ceremony & reception. Very happy that we hired La Vie Adeux!
