Jose and the La Vie team were incredible on our wedding day, his demeanor was so calm throughout the day, made us feel incredibly comfortable and had the right sense of urgency to get all of the right shots. We had a great experience working with Jose, Jess, and the whole team. We hired them for photo and video for both our rehearsal and day of. I am SO happy I found La Vie Studios!!! Truth be told, I was a tough cookie when it came to our wedding photography. I went through every photographer's portfolio recommended by our planner (not an exaggeration) before I found Jess at La Vie Studios. It was very important to me to find a photography team that captured me and my husband authentically, had strong photo composition skills, told the story of the day, and honestly one that we meshed well with. It was also important they were familiar with some Orthodox Jewish customs of our day. We got all of that and more. We had an engagement shoot with Jess at Spanish River Library in Boca. She made us laugh and I saw us captured exactly as I had hoped in her photos. No awkward hands or weird poses here! These initial pictures made my parents teary. During our wedding day, Jess, Jose, and Nico arrived timely and ready to get started! Our venue was new to them and I appreciated the fresh set of eyes taking our photos. Our wedding day had a hiccup with a minor injury on my part, resulting in me leaving for the doctor for an hour and a half. At one point, I was laying on a couch resting my arm and Jess asked, "Do you want pictures of this too?" I laughed and said, "Yes! It's part of the day!" In the craziness of it all, I appreciated that she asked and was able to read the room. In my absence, they continued taking as many pictures of our family formals as possible. I previously sent her the family formals list (a very long list as my husband is one of five and they're all married with kids). Jess grouped them efficiently so we could hammer them out! Jess was assigned to me, our moms, and the bridesmaids while Jose was with my husband, our dads, and the groomsmen/brothers. It's been a week since our wedding and I'm still getting "MY MAN JOSE!" text messages when sharing out our sneak peeks and teasers. And UGH they are such teasers!! I'm so thankful to have had Jess, Jose, and Nico as our photography team. I'd use them again in a heartbeat!!

Choosing Jose and La Vie Studios for our wedding was the best decision we made for the wedding hands-down!!! They made coordinating and planning a timeline effortless and smooth, which was super helpful while planning the wedding myself. Every single picture we have is a winner, beautiful, personal, and frame-worthy! I've only had the pictures back for about a week and have already received several comments that they're the best wedding pictures anyone's ever seen, and I agree. On top of that, Jose was incredibly personable, funny, creative, and professional and worked insanely hard throughout the day to capture all the perfect moments! With all of the many many decisions there are to make in wedding planning, hiring a really great photographer was #1 on the priority list for me. After scanning many.. MANY options, I fell in love with the unique, gorgeous photography style La Vie Studios provides. I reached out and right away I had a call set up with Jess, who would later become our lead photographer 😉. By the end of that call I knew I wanted La Vie Studios to photograph our wedding. Jess was so fun and easy to talk to, her personality drew us in and made me feel like I had known her for years. Whenever I had a question she would cheerfully respond to me & it was always such a big help. When tour wedding day finally came, Jess and her team were beyond incredible. So professional, talented, and absolute bosses at navigating the craziness that comes with the morning of the wedding. Jess even went beyond her duties and wore many hats on our day, helping in many occasions, even at one point helping by putting a memory bouquet charm on my bridal bouquet when I didn’t have the time to. It was so pleasant to have them as our photographers, I did not need to worry for a second about anything being missed, Jess knew just where to be and when and got every shot we’d wanted. If all of that isn’t already enough to explain why you should book them, let me tell you our mouths were on the FLOOR when we received our wedding photo previews about 24 hour later. We were able to share photos right away and received so many compliments! The photos are so gorgeous I literally cried when I went through them at that’s just the previews! hahaha. Jess and her team captured our day so beautifully. I will never forget it. Jose is the absolute BEST photographer ever!! He did the pictures for my wedding and they turned out better than I could have ever imagined. When I started booking vendors for my wedding I prioritized which ones were most important to me, which for me, was the photographer. I did a lot of research, and finally found la vie studios. The uniqueness of their photos really stood out to me. From the first time I contacted Jose at La Vie studios, he was so quick to respond and so friendly. Jose and Jess are both so sweet. They were a lot of fun to photograph with and made me feel super comfortable. They were organized and always running on time or ahead of schedule. As the bride, I figured we would probably spend all of cocktail hour taking pictures. But they were able to get all of the pictures we asked for and sooo many more so we were able to attend the cocktail hour with everyone else. During the reception you hardly notice they are there taking pictures of you because they feel like another guest at the wedding. Finally, the picture of our wedding couldn't be more perfect. Looking at them, I feel like I can relive the whole wedding day. The captured every little detail. I couldn't be happier with how they turned out!

La Vie Studios is nothing short of amazing! They go above and beyond! While planning they were always professional, quick to reply, friendly and organized. On the day of, they helped keep me calm when we were severely behind schedule due to hair and makeup delays. They let me know we weren’t that far behind and caught us up fairly close to the intended timeline before I realized the time while still capturing all the photos I wanted and fitting in really awesome shots they had in mind. The entire group of photographers is so friendly and fun, and they were on top of everything the whole day. They capture amazing portraits shots of family as well as the fun of the reception. We even received a sneak peek just two weeks after the wedding! I can’t wait to see the rest of the photos and video, as so far they all turned out excellent. I would 100% select them again for my wedding, their work is priceless and they truly helped make my wedding day perfect!

We hired La Vie Studios for our wedding in December 2020 for both photo and video (we also had them do our engagement shoot in 2019). Jose was our dedicated photog and he was great, very friendly, lots of fun, professional, and a great artistic eye. He and his team were wonderful at the wedding and guests commented on how great the photographers were. They were flexible on adding some additional hours of coverage last minute (in addition to moving the entire event 9 months due to the pandemic). There are not enough words to describe how happy I was choosing La Vie Studios for my Wedding. The most important vendor other than my planner was my photographer & videographer. My grandfather was a professional photographer and he passed in January of 2020 and it was made very apparent that I needed to find "the one" for our photographer & videographer because he left such an imprint on my life for photo & video. When I did the inquiry with La Vie Studios I spoke to Jose and booked with him shortly after and then we were assigned to Jess. Both of them were so happy and helpful throughout the entire process. I fell in love with their galleries and getting to know Jess throughout the year. She was extremely helpful. We would email & text at any given hour. She would provide suggestions and recommendations when it came to our engagement shoot. Honestly, she won me with the gifs she would use in her emails and on their website. I felt like I was speaking to a true person who was always extremely professional at the same time rather than a robot only wanting to shoot photos and be serious. Jess is a fun & free spirited soul and she made us so feel so comfortable and at ease with everything going on. She was such a blast to work with. On the day of our wedding I was so happy to see her and she continued to make us laugh throughout the day. She was taking photos even on the dancefloor. All of my guests commented on how amazing my photographer was! They got to see the personality through the camera and that in itself shows her dedication. Jess, you continue to WOW us even after our event. Our engagement shoot was postponed a number of times due to my job and the venue I wanted to shoot at. She was extremely responsive and there for me through it all. Her turn around time is amazing! For our engagement shoot she had the pictures ready in about a week as we took the photos like 3-4 weeks before the wedding! Again, she surprised us and sent a preview of some wedding day photos in less than 5 days! It was so nice to see and reminded us of how happy we were choosing La Vie. We are so excited to see the rest soon. We plan on hiring La Vie Studios for future celebrations. The energy we felt with them was absolutely amazing. La Vie Photography was professional, accommodating, and excellent from start to finish! We were planning our wedding during the Covid crisis so, regrettably, we weren’t able to interview our vendors in person. When I reached out to La Vie, Jess immediately planned a call with me to discuss my needs and any questions I had. She took her time and answered all my questions and laid out the various options and packages. After our conversation, she immediately provided me with a quote breaking down all services I’d requested. We opted for an engagement shoot and eight hours of wedding photography. La Vie’s associate, Tara, was our photographer for the engagement session and the wedding, and she was exceptional! Because of Covid concerns, we had to change the date of our engagement session numerous times. La Vie could not have been more understanding! When we finally had the session, Tara made us both feel so comfortable and at ease. We had a blast at the shoot and could not have been happier with the photos!! As for the wedding, we’ve only seen teasers so far, but they are stunning!! If you’re looking for professional, pleasant photographers who take gorgeous photos, I wholeheartedly recommend La Vie.

We are so happy that we chose La Vie Studios to photograph our wedding. We booked them before the pandemic and Jose and Jess were with us every step of the way. Although it didn't turn out to be the wedding we initially planned (pre-COVID19), the pictures they took will forever document the amazing night we celebrated our marriage with our family. y wedding was postponed indefinitely because of the COVID-19 pandemic. My fiance and i decided instead of postponing everything indefinitely, we'd throw a small ceremony in a family member's backyard. Jose and Jess worked with us on their original proposal and not only gave us amazing engagement photos, also split the time from our package to cover our backyard wedding and agreed to honor their original price for the eventual party, when those are allowed again. The photos are as good as all the other reviewers say, but more importantly, Jose is so positive and so on board with all your ideas. He made us feel like fun, goofy, beautiful geniuses. Also, every single woman and gay man at our backyard event asked me for his number. He is too handsome to be behind the camera. If you're on the fence between La Vie and another photographer, and you want to know your photographer will be a partner to you on your big day or event, go with La Vie. They are more than just excellent photographers. They are excellent people.

I would give La Vie 10 stars if I could! Jess and Jose were amazing!! They are so nice l and extraordinary in their profession . They captured our fairytale wedding in photos and video. La Vie Studios deserves the highest rating possible!! We knew from the first time we met them that they were the ones we wanted for our wedding day. We saw their work so we already had high expectations, yet they still exceeded them! Not only are we in love with all of the pictures they captured, but they treat you like long-lost friends the whole time which majorly helps people like us who are awkward behind a camera (and also makes it a blast!). We got married last month and Jose was our lead photographer and we were lucky to also have Jess as our photographer for our chapel ceremony and all I can say is WOW! The folks at La Vie Studios are fairy godparents because they make your dreams come true. Please hire them. They are 1000% worth it. They are the perfect combo of professionalism and playfulness. At our wedding they communicated effectively and kindly with everyone for the formal photos and played along with the candid moments as they happened. They also had an eye for some truly incredible shots which brings me to my next point. The final product, the photos, are incredible. So our experience with La Vie Studios is so beautifully intricate that we have to call it MAGIC! My fiance and I were in a long-distance relationship the majority of our engagement, so Jess and Jose accommodated our first meeting to be via Whats App Video Chat. Our conversation with Jess and Jose has been one of the highlights of our wedding journey. We felt like we were adopted into their family and interacted like long-lost Cuban primos that laughed, joked, and collaborated well! We knew that if a What's app chat made us feel such genuine vibes that we did not have to look any further. We booked immediately and did not regret our decision to research any other photographers. They are that OUTSTANDING! During that convo, we mentioned that we wanted to do our engagement session in the big city of NYC, and Jose was so onboard! During our NYC trip, Jose knew how to balance professional and fun so well! We hit all our NYC favorite spots that day, and it did not feel like we were being photographed. Jose cracked jokes and had this way of making us smile that it felt so natural. We just had a blast that trip and would do it all over again! If you plan an NYC engagement or wedding, ask Jose where to find the best banana pudding, it's delicious! Our engagement pictures were on another level, and we can't wait to showcase them in our NYC apartment soon! In between our engagement and wedding, we stayed connected to Jess and Jose via Instagram and FB, stalking them and going gaga over their work, which speaks volumes for itself (such great talent). Come our wedding day; the La Vie team did not come short of their amazingness. They came through for us and treated us, once again, like family! One of our guests came up to us and commented on how spiffy Jess and Jose looked and how well they treated our guests! Their videography team was professional, funny, and so kind! We just got our sneak peek a week after the wedding, which is MAGICAL on their part because they are busy busy busy! There is an emotion that my husband and I get when we saw our first wedding pictures because they captured the best day of our lives so well! We appreciate Jess and Jose so much and love them for who they are, what they stand for, their work ethic, their charisma, and their ability to walk into a room with humbleness, joy, professionalism, and genuineness! It is hard to find people like Jess and Jose, and we will forever treasure them and brag about them for years to come! My husband did a ton of research before his surprise proposal and found/chose Jose at La Vie Studios to capture it. From day one of our engagement and wedding planning journey La Vie Studios never ceased to amaze us and were the first to make us feel right at home in Miami. Literally right away Jose seemed like a friend we’d known for years. No awkward posing, uncomfortable, miserably long unnatural photos. Also, for everyone who hates photos – my groom can testify how painless they make it (and all the guys said ‘Amen’). Jose and Jess (& all La Vie Studios squad) are the best vibes to surround yourself with and just good people, never making you feel judged or like a stranger. They were by far the first vendor we booked, as it was by far the most obvious choice. They even helped us out with recommendations for other vendors we struggled to find. They are great with communication, responding to emails/texts as promptly as if you’re their closest friend and only client. Even though they actually have a zillion clients because they’re incredible. Their turn around time is impressive to say the least. We received our engagement sneak peak within 48 hours of the surprise session and the full gallery not much longer after. Our (very generous) wedding sneak peak was in our inbox within days and the huge full photo gallery/ all videos were emailed to us about 5 weeks after the wedding. & the end result photos and videos? We’re obsessed. Their attention to detail is unreal. I can't count how many comments we've received about how our photos should be in a magazine. Now… All this speaks about their amazing character, work, talent, professionalism, and devotion to their clients; but most importantly, they captured my husband and I in the most precious moments of our lives. They captured priceless forever memories from the moment my husband got down on one knee to our last tear-filled wedding dance. Nothing forced, nothing unnatural, just us and truly us, our love, our laughs, our friends and family, how much fun we (and everyone) had, our crazy dance moves, our biggest memories and tiniest most special fleeting moments, our uniquely us forever love story. Yes, I was a little worried at first booking from New York, where competition is super high here, but their work stood out from the rest! As soon as we booked them they also booked their flights just as quickly, and was updated with what was happening! I was referred to La Vie Studios by our wedding planner and when I looked at their Instagram page I loved their style of photography. When you meet with them, Jess and Jose put you at ease, you know you are in great hands. Working with Jess for our engagement photos was an absolute pleasure and our pictures came out gorgeous! There were so many "Frame Worthy" pics! On our wedding day they were relentlessly attentive at capturing all the details so we can remember everything from our happiest day yet! I could not be happier with my decision to hire Jose and Jess! One of the most important thing for us was to have a really great photographer, and so I did a lot of research into the photographers. From the first moment to the last, working with La Vie was an outstanding experience. -First, the actual reasons we hired them---the photos! I loved the style of the team from the get go. Jose and Jess capture the most important moments, but they also take candid shots that speak volumes about the day---more than any portrait could. The photos are also beautiful, in an artistic and journalistic style that I loved. Technically La Vie also knows what they are doing---after looking at countless photographers, La Vie were the only ones who captured even low light photos with grace. We got some gorgeous pics back and I am so happy with the result. -Second, professionalism - The team are true professionals. From the first to last moment, La Vie were super professional. I had a lot of questions throughout the process of hiring the photographer and Jose and Jess spent quite a bit of time answering my questions, always professionally and patiently. I also asked for certain things to be negotiated in the contract and Jose and Jess took all my requests seriously and respectfully. At the wedding they were on time and even stayed a little later as we had some problems that caused the wedding to be delayed. Everyone commented on what pros they were. -Third, fun attitude- This last one is less important. It wasn't on my list of requirements to work with a fun team. But Jose and Jess brand themselves as fun and creative---and they are. And it makes the whole process much more enjoyable. PS: So impressed was everyone with La Vie that my wedding planner put them on their list of preferred vendors after working with them on my wedding! Def recommend La Vie Studios for beautiful, artistic photos and a stress-free experience.

Hi highly recommend these very talented and amazing photographers. I got married on March 23rd and met with both Jose and Jess before hand. They were very accommodating, had great energy and were very easy going. I trusted their artistic talent and experience right away. The end product was magnificent. The pictures were beautiful and we even received a sneak peak with many pictures just a few days after our wedding. This allowed me to print thank you cards quickly with pictures of my husband and I. The quality of the pictures is just so perfect. Their artistic vision is beautiful and above all I was happy I could trust the team with my wedding pictures. The team at La Vie studios is filled with truly talented artists. Their composition, attention to detail, and saturation are some of my favorite parts of their photos. My husband had never taken professional photos before and Jose from La Vie made him comfortable and it shows in the photos. When you hire La Vie you don't have to worry about how your photos will come out. Everyone that sees our photos say they look like an ad or they are from a magazine. We will definitely be hiring them in the future.
