My husband and I can’t stop raving about Lauren Barron Photography! From the very beginning, Lauren was super friendly and responsive to our never-ending emails and questions. When we met for our engagement session, we were undoubtedly nervous, but her easy-going and friendly demeanor quickly put us at ease and we had an absolute blast. Image turnaround was super fast and we loved that she posted sneak peaks on social media for our friends and family to enjoy! On the wedding day, Lauren was an invaluable asset. She was prompt and snapping photos from the moment she arrived, making sure to take advantage of every minute we had contracted her for. She was efficient and organized, always making sure that we were keeping to the schedule and getting our requested shots. Though our day was spread amongst a few different locations, Lauren made light work of getting the correct people at the right place for portraits, first looks, etc. Though her title may be “photographer,” she also acted as a day-of coordinator as well! Lauren’s greatest assets are her keen eye, quick work, and warm personality. She has such a knack for catching the right lighting, perfect backdrop, and candid moments. She works quickly, gets a ton of shots and locations, but never makes you feel rushed. We actually felt like we had “extra” time with her, and loved that she was so responsive to a few of our last minute ideas. From her imagery, it’s so apparent that she is passionate about her craft and her couples, and that alone is priceless. By the end of the day, Lauren felt more like a friend than a vendor and we can’t wait to work with her again in the future! There’s no one else that I would trust more than her to capture such important moments in life!

Lauren did both our engagement pictures and photographed our big day. The photos we received back from Lauren were so stunning and more than I had ever hoped for! When you are looking for a photographer for your big day, you of course want gorgeous photos to look back on and relive that day which I assure you you will get when you choose Lauren. What I loved most about Lauren though is her presence and knowledge. She is so easy and fun to work with and is always throwing out new ideas to get the best shots. She was wonderful to communicate with throughout the entire process and was extremely flexible when it came to us having to reschedule due to covid. I am so thankful we had Lauren capture our big day. I will forever go to Lauren for any photography needs and I recommend you do too! :)

Lauren made Ian and I feel comfortable and beautiful! She shared a creative vision with us and what we wanted on our wedding day. In the midst of COVID-19, Lauren was flexible and worked with us to make our day the very best and one to remember. Our wedding took place at my husband's family farm and she was able to utilize the amazing backdrops rural Iowa has to offer. I mean we look like models! Not only do the photos look outstanding, but she made us feel comfortable and important on our special day. I highly recommend using Lauren for any event. I look forward to using her in the future!

Lauren is amazing and just keeps getting better. She is helpful with outfits and poses but keeps an open mind for the couple's requests as well. Prior to our wedding day, we met with Lauren to go over a timeline with detailed information on who needs to be where at what time, specific pictures we wanted, and so much more. She was helpful not only in photography but with my wedding timeline and ideas as well. Lauren is so personable and fun to be around. Even meeting her a few times before our big day, we felt like we have a friendship and someone we could ask any wedding questions towards. I highly recommend Lauren for weddings and any other photography needs.
