Natalie & Johanna are beyond amazing to work with! They are so organized and helped me plan my perfect wedding day! Couldn't have done it with out them and would recommend them to anyone needing a wedding planner or DOC!
We booked Lace and Rose for our wedding and we are so happy that we did. Natalie and Johanna were absolute lifesavers towards the end of our wedding planning process. Natalie and Johanna were able to step in and assist with keeping us on track for wedding things, while we dealt with the rest of the whirlwind of life. They were both so nice, and knowledgeable in their craft, helping to answer what we felt were the silliest of questions but they made us feel like they weren’t. They were able to get us to think about the nitty-gritty details to make our day absolutely perfect and what we wanted, most of which we would not have thought of on our own. We had them just for the final weeks of wedding planning and for the day of we had Johanna. Johanna was absolutely incredible and an angel on the day of. She seriously went above and beyond to take care of me and everyone on our wedding day and made the day so smooth. She was able to take care of finalizing everything with our vendors and just overall did an outstanding job! I am so thankful that we had Johanna on our wedding day! As a DIY bride making all of our wedding decor, Natalie really brought our vision to life and created such a beautiful day for us. Where to begin.. If you are unsure if you should hire a Wedding Coordinator, take this as a sign that you MUST. Natalie is nothing short of an angel sent from God himself. My daughter and her fiance were affected by the Art Factory abruptly closing less than 2 weeks before their wedding. Natalie was there with us through the entire process and once we had a moment to digest what was happening, Natalie dove right in and started e-mailing vendors in the area to help them find a place that still met their vision which was not a typical ballroom wedding. Natalie's professionalism and her ability to move and make things happen is your next sign to hire her immediately!! I can go on and on and on, but you will not regret hiring Natalie. Natalie was our coordinator for our wedding on 9/21. She was able to help make a timeline the accommodating all of our needs including having the ceremony and reception in two different states. We used Natalie as our coordinator for our wedding on 9/14 and I can honestly say hiring her was our best decision throughout the entire planning process. From our very first meeting 4 months out, she eased my nerves and answered every question I threw at her. She attended our final venue walkthrough and when we were told we would probably want a backdrop for our sweetheart table, she came through and provided one for us to rent last minute. Because of Natalie, my husband and I were able to turn our planning brains off when we woke up on our wedding day and got to thoroughly enjoy it. She flawlessly executed our decor vision and helped put out multiple fires that we only were aware of after the fact. By the end of our wedding, Natalie felt more like a friend than just an incredible vendor! Our families loved her as well. I decided I wanted a day of coordinator when I realized all of the little details I would need help with & just wanted to feel totally present on wedding morning, and even wedding week! I met with Natalie & Jo via zoom and knew immediately I needed them. You meet once a month for the 4 months leading up to the wedding, making your timeline, going over details, etc. Natalie is the sweetest but was taken for our date, so I had Jo & Fernando. These two were a POWER TEAM! Jo knew my timeline like the back of her hand. She got me into my dress, carried a fanny pack with all my touchup items (even a tide to go towlette when i stained my dress accidentally, lol), and kept everyone on time. Fernando was right there with her, the sweetest!, and even took a bunch of behind the scenes photos for us on a digital camera and sent them to me the next day (I attached a few to this review.. they were some of my absolute photos from the whole day!). They made sure everything was set up the way I pictured it and just always had my back - the whole day. Lace & Rose was the smartest decision I made for wedding day and even wedding week. Trust me when i say you need them on your team!! <3
After our initial call with Natalie, we knew we would book with Lace & Rose. We booked Natalie for her Day of Coordination services and couldn't imagine our day without her. She executed our vision to the T, thought of what we might need before we could even think of it ourselves, and truly let us sit back and enjoy our wedding day stress free. I hired her for day-of coordination to relieve all the day of stress of the wedding and the responsibilities throughout. I just wanted to focus on enjoying my day with my new husband and SHE MADE SURE OF THAT. My MOH (sister) was able to enjoy the night too - which was important to me!

Natalie was amazing! Hired her as a day of coordinator for our wedding and she started assisting 4 months ahead of time to make the timeline, decor tracking etc. I even rented my centerpieces from her as well. She is very attentive, and clearly knows what she is doing. The day of she went above and beyond to handle any thing that could have come our way, she did all the centerpieces and they looked gorgeous, and she even helped bustle my dress numerous times throughout the reception. On the wedding day, Johanna and Fernando were absolute lifesavers. From the moment they arrived until they left, they were by my side, handling everything with such grace and efficiency. They quickly got champagne glasses delivered to the hotel room during our getting-ready photos, helped with flawless lipstick touch-ups, and kept me cool and calm during photos. Their assistance went above and beyond—Johanna even helped with bathroom breaks and ensured we signed our marriage license before the night was over.

We got married in August and could not have done it without Natalie. Originally, we were unsure if we needed a coordinator, as our venue came with an event coordinator. We found Lace + Rose Events on Instagram and loved how friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable Natalie was. She worked with us the month leading up to our wedding (and before!) to create our timeline and plan out the day. On the day of, she was invaluable. She helped coordinate our wedding party and all of our vendors, and made sure the day ran smoothly. We had some last minute changes due to weather, and she made everything work beautifully. Aside from making sure everything went to plan, Natalie was also a joy to work with. We would highly recommend Lace + Rose Events to anyone, and cannot speak highly enough of them. Natalie is absolutely who you want on your side on your wedding day, and was the perfect coordinator!
Natalie is an absolute GODSEND and I cannot even put into words how much stress, responsibility, and worry Natalie took off our plates leading up to our wedding day and day-of. Natalie thinks of, prepares for, and can handle anything that might come up. She handles everything with kindness, grace, and true professionalism. Mom stranded in a bathroom and can’t zip up her dress? Natalie’s got it. Bride can’t get into her dress because mom’s rushing to get ready too? No problem, Natalie can help both at the same time. Rude person who thinks they’re in charge? Natalie smiles and explains, no problem. It’s 20 minutes til pictures, and I haven't picked jewelry yet? Not panicking- Natalie helped me figure it out in seconds. She assisted with wrangling people for photos, keeping everyone in order for processions and entrances, distributed tips, checked in with vendors to ensure all were running on time, and probably did countless other things that I wasn’t even aware of. Our day was 100% smooth with literally ZERO issues. Because we had Natalie, I didn’t once wonder, ask, or care what time it was. I was in the moment, head in the clouds, loving my now-husband, family, and friends with my whole heart without a care in the world. I cannot thank Natalie enough for giving us the gift of a carefree wedding day. This was Natalie’s first time working an event at the Indian Trail Club, but you would think Natalie and Dana had worked together for YEARS the way they ran our day. The literal dream team!!!
We hired Natalie of Lace & Rose as our Day of Coordinator for our May 2024 wedding. From the moment we had our first phone call, I felt a sense of ease knowing we could trust her on our big day. From perfectly setting up our reception decor, preparing and testing our live stream equipment, doing an emergency safety pin hem on a groomsman, bringing me (the bride) snacks when I got hangry, and even helping me change into comfier shoes for the reception... she was a constant sidekick and the the first one to say "I've got it" whenever we needed a hand. If you are trying to decide whether or not to hire Natalie as your day of coordinator - let me help you, DO IT! Natalie was there for me every step of the way, from the moment I booked her and even for days after the wedding when I had post wedding blues and just wanted to chat. Natalie showed up the morning of our wedding and completely took charge but in a non-overbearing way. She kept everyone on time, helped me in and out of the limo in the pouring rain, had a snack for me because (like most brides) I didn’t eat enough that morning. She anticipated my every need before I even knew what I needed, and was a calming presence for me and honestly my entire family on that day. Alot of venues will tell you you don’t need a coordinator, but at the end of the day, they work for your venue, not you. Natalie will be your best advocate on the most important day ever! Hire her!!

Natalie was a rockstar to work with, from start to finish. She made the planning process so seamless. She helped us keep track of things we needed to bring to the venue, helped us develop our timeline and was our contact person for all of our vendors. She is so kind, personable and knowledgeable. Extremely easy to work with! My husband and I vibed with her from the very beginning. Our wedding day was a beautiful, snowy day in January. That being said... everyone was late! Thankfully, Natalie was on the scene to save the day. We were behind schedule in the morning due to things out of everyone's control, and once Natalie arrived, she got everyone back on schedule so that we would be on time for our church ceremony. There were so many different balls up in there, and Natalie was there to take care of every little detail. She was always by my side to help me with my gorgeous wedding gown (ball gown with cathedral train!) I’m lactose intolerant and forgot Lactaid pills for the day, and she had them for me. She also was there to fix my lipstick when it smudged and she kept everyone on schedule. Natalie also made our beautiful signage and did it all within our budget and on a short time frame. Natalie was even there to capture moments my photographer missed! Overall, she was fantastic to work with and we highly recommend her to any couples getting married or anyone planning an event that needs a special touch.
Having Natalie as our day of coordinator was hands down worth every penny. After months of planning you want your day to be executed the way you dreamed of. Natalie ensured that my entire vision came to life seamlessly. She handled all unforeseen circumstances efficiently and with a sense of confidence that put me at ease. If she can handle a very unsettling experience like an individual being pursued by the state police on the property of our venue, there is really nothing she isn’t prepared to take on. It was such a blessing to have a trusted person like Natalie take on all of these duties so that my bridal party and myself could be as present as possible and soak in every moment of the day. We can’t thank her enough for helping to create so much magic on our day.
From the very first interaction, Natalie was amazing. She was 100% enthusiastic and helpful with every last detail. We got married at the Madison Hotel, both the ceremony and reception were in the same place. We hired Natalie as a month of coordinator. She helped with ideas, planning, executing everything. We had several video chats prior to the wedding. Each time she kept building a time line and a vendor list and helped us plan for the day. She has exceptional planning skills and design skills.
She took my idea of a custom seating chart and made it for us and had it printed at the printer for the day of. As much as I could rave about her skills prior to the wedding, her day of skills are even better!
Natalie arrived around 2:00 pm (stayed to the end of wedding 11:30-12:00) She was bright, happy, full of energy and ready to go. She comes supplied with everything that one could possibly need last minute and we dis need to pull a few things from her back of tricks so we were so grateful for that. She worked very well with the entire hotel staff and was just amazing with the wedding party, often running between both getting ready suites to attend to both bride and groom! There was not a single hitch in the execution of the wedding the entire day, which we owe all to Natalie! She helped each vendor if needed, she erected a giant 10' and 6' backdrop for our ceremony, then helped stage our sweetheart table with a giant horseshoe we created and added up-lighting. She had a timeline for the entire day that worked out perfect, she even bustled my dress!!
I can go on and on about how great this company and Natalie are. I absolutely endorse this company and HIGHLY recommend using her services, it is worth every penny and Natalie is a super human and a pleasure to work with!

Lace and Rose Events is seriously amazing. I had the pleasure of working with Natalie, Johanna and Lina on my 11/25/2023 wedding day at the Rockleigh. Their impressive attention to detail and positive attitudes truly made our special day unforgettable.
From the initial planning stages in January, to watching us get on the shuttle at the end of the night, they were an important part of our celebration, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and somehow exactly on time. Their professionalism and expertise allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the joy of the moment, knowing that every detail was in capable hands.

My wife and I selected Lace and Rose Events for month of coordination + day of assistance. Natalie and her assistant Lina were wonderful. They were extremely organized and helped bring our ideas to life. They helped with timelines, creating our seating chart, setting our venue up / breaking it down at the end of the evening, and really kept us on schedule. I would recommend their services, as having them really relieved any anxiety we had leading up to our big day.
Natalie and her team are INCREDIBLE! Natalie went out on maternity leave around the time of my wedding so one of her assistants Lina took her place for my wedding day and she did not disappoint! Natalie met with me multiple times prior to my wedding and brought Lina in early on so I could get to know her through the process. Natalie/Lina created my entire day of timeline which I could have absolutely never done alone. It was super detailed and they reminded me/thought of things I would have never thought of without them. It was super convenient to also share the timeline with my parents/close family members so they had an exact breakdown of what was happening every minute of the day. Lina meshed in so well with my family and bridesmaids on the day of my wedding. She was SO nice and my mom still talks about her one month later. If you are considering booking Natalie or anyone on her team, DO IT!!!! It was something I absolutely did not regret from my wedding day :)
Natalie was so attentive to all of our wishes from the moment I reached out to her. We had several meetings beforehand, she had detailed paperwork so that she knew exactly what to do to make our day special. We had a lot of setting up and decorating needed to be done since our venue was really just a space rental, and she did it all. Throughout our wedding, she was there to smooth out any hiccups with ease and make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy it. You could tell her main goal was to make sure we had the best wedding day. I am so happy I was able to work with her!

Natalie is literally the best !!!!! She took care of everything. I did not have to worry about anything because she was right on top of all the vendors we needed down to the smallest details such as logos for our menus and small signs for the bar etc. I truly felt like she cared about me and my husband and genuinely wanted our wedding to be the best day ever. I felt like the day of our wedding all I had to do was show up and look pretty, we did not have to worry about a thing. She was available basically everyday and answered super fast every time I had a question. She’s so organized, and dedicated. I literally can’t say enough good things about her, we truly feel like we couldn’t have gotten through all the planning without her.

Having Natalie at Lace and Rose events as our day of coordinator was one of the BEST choices we made for our wedding. From our first phone call throughout the entire day, she made everything easier, less stressful, and ENJOYABLE/FUN. I would recommend her and her services to ANYONE & EVERYONE, even if your venue tells you that you don’t need a DOC. My friends and family were shocked at how calm I was throughout our wedding day and I can honestly thank Natalie for that- she took charge when she needed to without skipping a beat. We were also getting compliments all night from our guests for how well Natalie handled every little detail. We had some last minute changes to entrances, song choices, shot list, bustle of the dress etc. that she communicated smoothly with all the vendors/handled effortlessly so we did not have to worry about a thing. If you choose one vendor for your wedding, we highly recommend Natalie and will be forever grateful we got to work with her!!
Natalie was amazing through and through for my wedding as my day of coordinator. I checked in with her several times before my wedding just to keep my sanity and I was able to reach out to her about anything. On the day of, everyone kept saying how calm I was, a lot of that had to do with Natalie being there and trusting her to work her magic and make sure everything went smoothly. Let me tell you, if anything went wrong or there were any issues, I have no idea! She even went as far as bending down to help with my shoes at 7 months pregnant! That's dedication!
Natalie was the BEST Wedding Coordiantor I could ask for. We initially hired her for day off, but soon asked her to assist for month of coordination where she quickly jumped in to follow up with each of our vendors for final payments which made the final weeks leading up to our wedding a breeze.
When the big day came, Natalie was our right hand person communicating throughout the day with our florist, photographer, venue and church as well as ensuring transportation was on time and helping us through a state of emergency due to unforeseen flooding and horrible rain fall.
I wouldn't have made it through the day without Natalie who stepped up to the plate and was the calm during the storm; making decisions to ensure I got to my wedding with my bridesmaids after our transportation was stuck due to the weather!
Finally, Natalie oversaw each detail of the set up of our cocktail hour and reception, again, so that I could enjoy my day and celebrate becoming a wife.
I would recommend Natalie to anyone looking for a planner. She truly saved my wedding!
Working with Natalie was the best decision my now husband and I made! Natalie was always available and willing to take care of everything - including when I ordered the wrong number of centerpieces for the reception and we didn't know until my wedding day - and I truly feel like I've made another friend. I've already recommended her to two other brides and I can't want to send over more!
Natalie was amazing as well as her assistant she brought with her! I am beyond grateful I had her there to help the day of my wedding. It ended up raining and she took it upon herself to make sure the rain plan was a success even carrying chairs herself from the outside venue indoors. On top of that she was a sweetheart and very thoughtful. She truly exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to make sure our day was amazing.

Gosh, Natalie is just THE BEST! We hired her as a month-of coordinator for our 8/25/23 wedding because we wanted someone else to be the point of contact and problem solver on our wedding day. Natalie was all those things...and many more!!!! Before booking, we had heard mixed reviews from people who hired coordinators, and were on the fence to hire one ourselves. But let me be clear: the biggest piece of advice we will forever be giving to all our friends who get engaged will be to hire Natalie. To highlight a few things we were grateful for: leading up to our wedding, she answered every one of my completely panicked phone calls and talked me through logistics with ease; she contacted each of our vendors to confirm times with them; and she helped us organize our laundry list of everything we had to bring to our venue. The day of our wedding, (we did a church wedding and ballroom reception) from the moment she arrived, Natalie orchestrated the show, and she ran it perfectly. She managed our photo list with our photographer and got all our (very loud and chatty) family assembled to make the photos as seamless as possible; she made sure everyone was in the right place at the church and at the reception; she handled every piece of decor we brought so I didn't have to worry about any of it for a second; and she fixed my dress's broken bustle within minutes of it ripping like a magician. All the many many tasks she handled would have fallen on friends and family members if it hadn't been for her, and thanks to her, all our loved ones were able to sit back and truly enjoy the day. Lastly and most importantly, Natalie is an absolute sweetheart. She couldn't have been easier to work with and was so kind and reassuring to us throughout the entire process. We have been telling everyone our wedding day was perfect, but that was only made possible because of Natalie's hard work!!! We can't thank her enough!!
Natalie is INCREDIBLE! There is truly no one like her in the best way possible. She is sweet, caring and kind, but also incredibly organized, calming and knows how to get things done. My wedding was beyond perfect because of Natalie. If you're unsure whether or not to hire a day-of-coordinator or Natalie for any other services 100% do it. She kept us on-time all day and night, made sure pictures were perfect, kept us calm, and SO much more. Best decision ever!
Natalie is AMAZING! She was the star of the show. My family is still talking about her! I hired Natalie for Day Of Coordination because I didn’t want to be the point of contact at my own wedding, and she went above and beyond to make sure the day was seamless. We started chatting a couple of months before the Big Day to talk about logistics and my preferences. She was incredibly helpful throughout the planning process in those final months. I also hired her to help with the rehearsal (we got married in a Catholic Church) and she did a great job of making everyone feel comfortable. She’s incredibly professional, knowledgeable and kind. 10/10 recommend :)

When my husband-to-be and I were booking our vendors for our mid-July wedding, he was skeptical of our need for a day-of-coordinator, insisting that we could handle things ourselves. Let there be no greater testimony to Natalie’s brilliance than that he was blown away by her and admitted to me throughout the event that we couldn’t have done this without her and that she was the best choice out of any one of our vendors, well worth the money and more. Natalie not only calmed us and kept everything in perspective–she kept our bridal party on time, kept our other vendors on schedule, got us whatever we needed throughout the day, and knew her role and our vision for the wedding from top-to-bottom. I cannot recommend her highly enough, and we left the wedding feeling confident that it would not have been the same without her.
I cannot say enough about Natalie. From the very beginning, her professionalism, personality, and work ethic made her absolutely perfect. She's organized, easy to talk to, and made our day so much better. I highly recommend Natalie!
Natalie was amazing. Not only is she a very kind person, but she truly puts her all into your wedding and makes you feel 100% supported. We hired her for a day of coordinator after having to end a contract with a full time wedding planner. We were nervous about having to deal with another wedding planner after our initial experience, but Natalie immediately made us feel at ease from our very first call. On the day of the wedding she showed up completely prepared and did things around the venue before I even thought to ask her to check/do them. The day goes so quickly and its so helpful to have someone thinking one step ahead - she helped fix my dress for photos, grab my makeup, bustle my dress (which was way more complicated than I thought), gather our friends for photos, bring us food/drinks - she truly did it all, while also making sure everything was set up and cleaned up and packed at the end of the night. Thank you Natalie for all your hard work and sharing in our special day!!

My husband and I hired Natalie of Lace and Rose Events as our Day of Coordinator for our June 2023 wedding. From our first initial phone call to our last dance on our wedding night, Natalie always made us feel confident and secure with her services. Natalie did far more than just "day of" coordinating...we met several times in the months leading up to the wedding and we always had constant contact.
As a Type A bride, it was hard to let go of the reins but Natalie truly understood my vision. She even found ways to incorporate special details that we had discussed but had turned down for financial reasons.

She set up every decoration at the venue, helped our family members with portrait pictures, helped with our dog who was the flower girl, made all of our signs/seating chart, and more!
