It was such a gift to find Nicole as my wedding makeup artist!! She took my vague ideas of how I wanted to look (soft, fresh, natural, glowy) and turned me into the best most beautiful version of myself. I also provided makeup for my sister, mother, and mother in law–we all have different comfort levels with makeup, lashes, etc. (and all very different skin tones!), and Nicole made each and every one of us feel comfortable and confident. Her expertise across cosmetics and as a licensed esthetician means you really are in the best hands. I would work with her again in a heartbeat!

I’ve never felt more beautiful and at ease than I did on my wedding day, and Nicole (and her talented hair colleague Ashley Goularte) are a huge part of the reason. Nicole completely understood the look I wanted from the inspiration photos I sent her, and brought it to life during my trial and on the day of. My makeup was natural-plus: me, but more. I especially loved the way she made my skin look—flawless but dewy, not over-powdered or contoured to death. As a bonus, Nicole has the perfect demeanor for someone who works high-stress events: she was collected and focused on the day of, even as she kept to a tight timeline for my makeup (and that of several bridesmaids + older female members of the family). I’d hire Nicole again in a heartbeat!

Wow - Nicole did an amazing job with my wedding make up. She is super talented and can truly execute. I shared a few photos of ideas and she exceeded my expectations! I was so happy with how I looked on the big day, and so were my family members and friends who also made their make up done. We all looked so great. Nicole was the most amazing and supportive makeup artist I could have asked for on my wedding day! I don't wear makeup day-to-day, and was worried I wouldn't feel like myself with a lot of makeup on. Nicole listened to my concerns, and created a look that was natural and I absolutely LOVED. I felt so beautiful at my wedding and that is in large part due to Nicole. It doesn't get better than Nicole and Ashley (hair). I have a very minimal makeup routine normally and Nicole made me feel extremely comfortable right from the start. Nicole was phenomenal!!! I am makeup-obsessed and had a ton of thoughts and requests for my wedding day look. Nicole went above and beyond to make it happen—even going out and hunting down the exact right products to make my vision come to life. She even went the extra mile to fit me in for last minute lash extensions and a fill to make SURE I felt absolutely beautiful on my big day (and she’s really good at it). Not only is she really talented, she is an absolute JOY to work with and we had the best time! She took all of my feedback and literally executed it *perfectly* on wedding day! Also, she is cool as a cucumber no matter what—our makeup room was crazy and busy with 11 girls to do and she was just calm and steady the whole time. Everyone looked phenomenal. And I’m particularly grateful for how she made my mother-in-law feel— she was super nervous as she doesn’t ever wear makeup, but has been undergoing chemo so she didn’t have any eyebrows or lashes and wanted to feel like herself for our big day. Nicole made her feel like a queen, and it showed. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Nicole was wonderful. She was very prepared for each of our meetings and she did a great job of getting a sense of my normal (minimal) makeup routine and creating a wedding look that matched the feel of the inspiration photos I'd sent, didn't make me feel like I had tons of makeup on, and that still looked like me - just fancier. She also showed me different nuanced options for my eyes and let me choose what I liked best. On top of that, she even taught me some techniques I could use for everyday. Nicole was warm, supportive and kind every step of the way and helped me feel relaxed. I also felt very comfortable with her covid safety precautions. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs an MUA and I'd hire her again in a second. Thank you Nicole!

Nicole is kind, easy-going, flexible, and extremely experienced; I can not recommend her enough for wedding makeup! I was referred to Nicole by the person who ended up doing my hair for the wedding and, after following her on Instagram, having a few conversations with her by email, and even going in to get my lashes done by her (which I was a HUGE fan of), Nicole just seemed like the right fit for what I wanted for my wedding. I do not wear much makeup normally, and Nicole was able to distill my random adjectives about my ideas for my makeup (natural, glowy, not too much, slightly glammy), into a PERFECT wedding look. She really understood what I was looking for, took her time getting everything perfect, and my makeup was flawless all day long! She came early to do makeup for me and three others and spent time getting to know us each and what we wanted, was flexible and accommodating, and a complete pro. AND if you are considering lashes, she is the best–I feel really lucky to have found and worked with Nicole in all capacities.

Nicole truly is an amazing person and makeup artist! The moment we met for my trial I knew she was the one! She really listened to my concerns, I have oily skin and foundation usually looks "cakey" on me. She knew exactly what she was doing and managed to make my skin look flawless! My lipstick and makeup on the day of the wedding stayed in place the entire time! I didn't need to do any touchups. She also worked on my maid of honor, and made her feel like a movie star, she kept gushing about her makeup all night. If you need a makeup artist, look no further! Nicole has the greatest personality, and really knows what she is doing! 10/10 would recommend her!

Words cannot express how truly grateful I am to have found Nicole. Communication was smooth leading up to the big day, the make up trial was a total blast and the morning of my wedding was perfect. She was incredibly professional and her colleague Ashley did my hair, they were a fantastic duo. Nicole is simply amazing! She did my makeup for my wedding along with my sisters and mom. My makeup lasted all day & night in 109 degree weather! No touch ups! I am SO glad I found Nicole to be the makeup artist for my wedding! She immediately made me feel at ease and I felt like I was spending time with an old friend! My photographer even thought they were part of the wedding party at first since they got along so wonderfully with my family. Nicole needs to be your wedding makeup artist. There's no other way to say it. She did my makeup, as well as my sister's and two moms'. I have never felt more beautiful or taken care of than the day of my wedding. Having done our makeup trial a year and a half prior to my wedding due to covid, I was a little nervous that it might look totally different than our trial run, but if it's possible, I looked even better. Nicole is both makeup artist extraordinaire and exact scientist, getting the perfect tones by blending various products. She is so kind and friendly, and even my moms (whose daily routine is a little bit of foundation and mascara and have never had someone else do their makeup in their lives) absolutely loved her. She took her time and explained to all of us what she was doing and made some product recommendations for my parents. I'm pretty sure my mom even tried to hire her as an esthetician at her clinic on the spot. I'm not one to pamper myself regularly, but the knowledge and care that Nicole brings has me thinking about getting lash extensions from her! I cannot recommend Nicole enough. Nicole is AMAZING! She and Ashley are simply the best hair and makeup duo for weddings. I first met them for my wedding hair/makeup trial earlier this year. They were inquisitive and made the entire experience a ton of fun. On my wedding day they were invaluable- not just for the services they provided (hair/makeup) but they helped with everything from the limo, my dad's bow tie, helping me with my dress, and Ashely even helped fix my bridesmaid's dress when it ripped! As I said- simply the best!

Nicole did my makeup for my recent wedding and I was blown away by her talent, professionalism, and overall vibe. My makeup lasted all day and night, and even looked great the next day (any bride who washes their face the night of their wedding deserves a medal). She listened to my requests for slight changes from my trial and gave me a look that was exactly what I wanted and more. She was also so patient and kind with my mother who had never gotten her makeup done before and made her feel so beautiful and taken care of. I had the pleasure of having Nicole and her team come and fill me up for my wedding day . I felt like it was one of my long time friends doing my glam for my big day. Nicole is wonderful, talented, and a true professional! I was fortunate to find her and have her do my makeup for both my wedding day and a second wedding banquet celebration a few days later. I also had two separate trial sessions with her beforehand, plus a lash appointment the day before my wedding. On all 5 days we met Nicole was punctual, efficient, and so easy to work with. I appreciated that on the days where time was limited she even kept a timer to make sure we stayed on schedule. She's also easy to talk to and just a very nice person in general. As a professional she listens to what you want and is very open to feedback to adjust anything that doesn't make you feel like "you." Her work made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day, and the makeup really stay put from 7am through the late hours of the night. By the time I went to wash my face after both celebration days, everything was still in place. Her lash work is also fabulous, and she will take care of your lashes, without putting on more than is good for whatever your natural lashes can handle. I would recommend Nicole in a heartbeat to any future brides, or anyone who needs makeup or lashes for special events. You will be in the best of hands!

Nicole was amazing! She did my lashes 2 days before the wedding and then my makeup the day of, along with my sister who was my maid of honor. I have never felt so relaxed and comfortable with a glam team like I did with Ashley and Nicole. They were very professional, punctual, and took my vision and easily made it a reality! Nicole was truly the best ever! I am not someone who wears a lot of makeup and both myself and my now husband (!! :D) prefer a natural look. I was debating about having my make up done professionally, but once I met Nicole and had a trial session, I knew it was going to be worth every penny and I was right! My overall experience with Nicole exceeded all of my expectations. She was professional, thoughtful and efficient. I've heard horror stories about hair and makeup taking longer than planned, but Nicole and Ashley (her friend who does hair - I also HIGHLY recommend Ashley) were so well-timed and on top of things I never had to worry on the day of my wedding. Nicole was the only make up person I had, and she handled my mom, myself and a handful of my bridesmaids. She was so good - both in execution and time management - that she even accommodated one of my bridesmaids who made the last minute decision to get her make up done after meeting Nicole and seeing how amazing her work was! I was skeptical about wearing the fake eyelashes because my makeup routine is so simple, and Nicole really listened to my concerns and in between my trial and the day of my wedding, looked for a set of eyelashes that would fit my simple/natural looking requirements. The end result was FLAWLESS. I got so many compliments and people were amazed when I told them that they weren't my real lashes. Bottom line, trust Nicole - she's got you and definitely knows what she's doing. Finally, it was really important to me that my wedding vendors felt like family and I cannot speak enough to how amazing Nicole and Ashley are as people. I was legitimately sad to see them go! If you want someone who you can trust, who can handle anything, be on time and efficient, is calm, reassuring and a blast to be with on your wedding: hire Nicole (and Ashley!). I hired Nicole for my bridal makeup as well as makeup for 5 bridesmaids, mother and mother-in-law, and I would highly recommend her to those in the search! From the first point of contact, she responded quickly, with detail, and with a positive and warm attitude. She spent quality time on my trial and made sure I looked glamorous, but also like myself, which was important to me as someone who doesn’t wear a ton of makeup on a day-to-day basis. My skin was flaring, and she made sure to cover everything so I felt beautiful and confident. She arrived right on time at 5:40am (!) on my wedding day and finished everyone’s makeup promptly so we had time for photos before our early ceremony at 2pm. Nicole Meadows is pure magic! I had Nicole as my makeup artists for my wedding on July 14, 2018. She not only did my makeup, but all 8 bridesmaids and my mom! First, I did a trial with her in December prior to my wedding in July to see her work. I provided her my Pinterest board filled with makeup ideas for my wedding. She went through it with me to help me decide what would be best together for my bridal look. I appreciate her going through the eyeshadow colors, blush and highlight, foundation for my skin type, and a bunch of different lipsticks and lip stains. Not only was my makeup trial amazing but it was so fun! It felt like a day hanging with the girls! After the trial, I was talking with Nicole about how I wanted to buy a lip stain like the ones we tried on me for the trial. She mentioned to me she was in area and met up with me at Sephora to help me pick out some colors. Wow! How amazing is she! She went out of her way to personally help me! It did not stop there- I would ask her questions about skin care and she would send me recommendations/ideas. I had one more trial in June to go over some bridal look changes and have my mom do a makeup trial too. Nicole started doing airbrush foundation and I wanted to give it a try. She did a wonderful job matching my skin color and it looked amazing! My skin looked so smooth and it felt so light! I planned to use this for my wedding. My mom’s trial also went very well too! She enhanced my mom’s beauty with a perfect Mother of the Bride look. My mom loved it because she wanted to feel polished but not overdone. Wedding Day!!! Nicole had to arrive very early- 5:00 in the morning to make sure everyone was done on time. She was so calm throughout the entire day even with her workload of 10 women! When I was getting my makeup done, she made me feel so relaxed- like a spa day! I also threw in a wrench and wanted my original makeup trial look that was waterproof because I was already caught up in the wedding bliss and was feeling very emotional on the day of. She didn’t even miss a beat and was absolutely understanding about my change of heart! I’m glad I did as I cried throughout my wedding ceremony- and my makeup looked flawless even with all the happy tears! I am so thankful that I had Nicole there on my wedding day! I felt so beautiful and so did all my bridesmaids and my momma. Like I said, she is magic, in her talent, time management, and sweet calm demeanor! I love you, Nicole!!!!

I had the opportunity to work with Nicole this past summer for my wedding. She did my makeup, my mom, and my sister's makeup. Having never gotten eyelash extensions I was nervous going into this process but extremely excited just the same! Nicole eases my nervousness the second I walked through the door. As soon as I arrived, she asked me about my desired makeup look so that my lashes could compliment the look for my wedding day and she knew exactly what I was looking for. Natural and fluffy. I met Nicole about three weeks before my wedding (maybe two) and it was meant to be! She had one weekend open in a three-month period and it just so happened to be my wedding weekend! (She also linked us with her best friend and trusted hair and makeup artist, Ashley!) Nicole is an incredible makeup artist - friendly, warm, attentive, and open to feedback. I had met two other artists beforehand and they weren't quite right (unwilling to answer questions, told me it was the "shape of my eye" that was causing the makeup to look a certain way). Nicole has the perfect combination of confidence in her abilities and humility and kindness. During the trial when I asked to make changes, she made them without qualms. We tested different lipsticks when the first didn't seem right - she was open to trying out as many as I needed to get the look we were going for. She made an effort to get to know me and the style I was searching to achieve; I truly felt like she wanted me to feel my best on my wedding day. On the day itself, she arrived on-time with all the necessities. She was calm, professional, and engaging throughout the entire process. My bridesmaids were absolutely in love with their makeup! It lasted the entire night despite the summer air and dance spree! If you have an event (a wedding, company party, birthday bash, girls' night, or honestly anything), BOOK NICOLE!!! She is incredible and you will not regret it!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE NICOLE AND HER WORK! I met Nicole a couple years ago when I first had her do my makeup for events [bridal showers, parties, etc]. Last year I had Nicole do my makeup for my own wedding. Biggest day of my life, but no regrets whatsoever! Let me tell you, finding a makeup artist who is willing to start at 3:30AM is slim to none. Not only is she accommodating, she does it with a smile! I remember feeling nervous about the makeup not lasting all day, but even after my 22 hour wedding day, my makeup still looked amazing. I only trust Nicole when it comes to hiring a makeup artist. She's great at asking me what I like and dislike when it comes to colors and looks. I would consider myself picky when it comes to getting my makeup done, but she hits it spot on EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Her application has my makeup looking flawless all day long. I get so many compliments every time she does my makeup. Nicole is crazy talented at her work, but she's also the sweetest! She's such a perfectionist that she notices every detail. I also love that she is willing to make any alterations to your look when she shows you the completed look. You can tell her genuine goal is to make her client happy. I am beyond excited that she's opened up her own studio in SF. I know Nicole will do amazing things. I would definitely recommend Nicole to anyone. I promise, she won't disappoint!

I used Nicole for my wedding day makeup, along with all my bridesmaids. She did an amazing job with everyone's makeup. I felt like all the girls looked natural, and beautiful. I had a trial a few weeks before the wedding and she remembered everything we had talked about, so the actual wedding day was flawless! Not only is she amazing at her job, she has good energy and was a great addition to our wedding day.

There's no one else with whom I would trust my face, especially on a day as important as my wedding day! Nicole's personable demeanor makes you feel so comfortable, and she listens to your likes (and dislikes!) She gives honest and well-informed feedback as you work together to decide on that special look. She's been in the industry for years. She's so talented, knowledgeable, just the best.

Working in the beauty industry myself it's hard to choose someone to do my own makeup. I decided to hire Nicole for my wedding to do my makeup and the makeup for my bridesmaids. I 100% made the right decision. Nicole exceeded my already high expectations. She is more than just a phenomenal makeup artist. She has the best energy ever....just the kind I wanted and needed on my wedding day . She was comforting and reassuring but also fun, professional and organized . She was the only makeup artist I hired and so she had a lot on her plate with me plus my 9 bridesmaids. She took on the challenge and knocked it out of the park . She made sure to allow all of us girls enough time to really achieve whatever look we wanted and not rush, making each one of us feel beautiful and special. I had a few meltdowns that day but Nicole was there to calm me down and touch up my makeup if needed. For some reason I waited to the last possible moment to write my vows (right before walking down aisle) but Nicole was there to even help with that while finishing my makeup . I honestly couldn't have done my day without her . My makeup didn't budge one bit through all the chaos and mayhem of my wedding day. She was the second best decision I made that day next to marrying my husband. Thank you Nicole!!!!��

From the very beginning, Nicole was very kind & accomidating. I was the typical bridesmaid scrambling to find a makeup artist who not only could do makeup on location, had great pricing, & most importantly was willing to travel a bit. I was turned down 3 times before Nicole was recommended by another MUA who wasn’t able to make the date. We lucked out bc Nicole is amazing! The bride could not stop raving about Nicole after their first initial meeting. Nicole made the bride feel super comfortable and also provided helpful tips for make-up application & even tried multiple looks. On the wedding day it was as if Nicole was one us girls just super engaged and laughing often. (Our 90’s karaoke @8am didn’t phase her at all lol) She answered any makeup questions we had & let us know her fav items to always have. The MOH has very sensitive skin and Nicole took special care to use specific products & gave her helpful advice on brands that are better suited for her skin. On the day of the wedding she had us all looking and feeling so glam! We received compliments all night, especially the bride- I’ve never seen her glow as much as she did that day. I honestly want to keep a connection with Nicole & her growing business, she’s going places and developing her craft like the BossLady she is. I simply love her & I look forward to working with her again.
