Lada Salon and Spa is the most UNPROFESSIONAL salon. I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance, and they sent a text the day of confirming my appointment. I showed up at the salon and was told to have a seat, and Cait would be with me in a few...

minutes. Five minutes later, she says there was an error in scheduling, and Cait is not at the salon. So, I made an appointment two weeks out, Lada send me a text the day of confirming the appointment, and I show up they have me wait 5 minutes to tell me the stylist is not actually there. Giving this salon 1 star is too many. COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME.

ook very nicely; I made clear what I wanted (a look that reminded me of my tropical roots that fit well with the summer), and then she added her recommendations to stunning, beautiful effect. The effect was gorgeous. My only gripe was that when she gets carried away, we take so long on the chair, but I also enjoy her company very much and learn a lot from her. Thank you ladies!
