When I started talking with Kiana, she was great very responsible, and helpful. Before I made my deposit I asked her about the timeline (since I was 8 months away) she assured me that my first fitting was going to be 3 weeks after I made my deposit. Well, once I made my deposit nightmare began. If I didn't text her she wouldn't give me an update, every time a different story and excuse, I haven't seen any fabrics she claims she purchased, she showed me a gown that she was going to use and now she is saying she had to buy a second gown for my dress yet I have not seen anything. 7 weeks after and excuses after excuses I have no dress nor anything. I am so devastated because she was going to make my dream dress and now I need to figure out what to wear for my special day. I was hopping working with her was going to be smooth but it has only been stress and uncertainty.
