ery responsive in the beginning. I made the mistake of paying the dress up front with PayPal, and my nightmare began about 2 months out from my wedding date. What's unthinkable is that I actually flew from MI to FL to meet this lady in person, and she had actually made genuine progress on the skirt for my dress but hadn't started the bodice/bodysuit yet. To make a long story short, my dress was never finished and she promised me I'd have it before my flight took off. She knew the dress wouldn't be done, and was probably above her skill level to do, but even sent me the unfinished product 2 days before I left after hiding behind excuses of the shipment was sent 2 weeks ago, and she was working on one last minute thing. I did end up finding the perfect dress 2 hours before my flight, so my wedding wasn't completely ruined, but I was then out of the $750 I paid her to make the dress + 200 in alterations to my skirt that I prayed I could still salvage, and not to mention my flight to FL for a fitting in March. Now you're reading this and saying, but its 2026, and you're correct. I spent the last year and a half trying to collect on what is owed to me, and she's gone ghost and hasn't taken responsibility. DO NOT trust this vendor for anything and NEVER pay up front! Lesson learned!
