very diligent in explaining to us what she needed from us, as well as diligent in providing details for us to think about that we would have most likely never considered or forgotten about.Her wisdom of the wedding industry is vast, & I'm so thankful for all of the things she shared with me and helped me with throughout the wedding planning process.LaDonna was on top of everything.She was well versed on what needed to be done to ensure the safety of our guests & her staff, she was knowledgable about how to safely carry out our plans, as well as how to adjust to the new precautions that we had to consider & implement.My husband & I both experienced some family illnesses & tragedies in the month before our wedding, specifically within the last two weeks.LaDonna was understanding, from the beginning to the end, of all of it.And she helped us manage every single piece of the puzzle.She frequently checked in with us to make sure we were personally okay-in which she did out of the kindness of her heart, as she was also facing challenges of her own at the same time.She was understanding of what we dealt with outside of wedding planning, even within the week of the wedding when communication was most crucial, and she worked her tail off to make sure we had all of the details hammered down within a short and hectic time frame.She advised me on the most efficient way to construct the lay out of our reception, provided very useful suggestions of things I could do to ease my stress, & gave me lists of things I should double check &give attention to within specific timelines every day leading up to the day of our wedding.Every detail, from top to bottom, provided by LaDonna & her staff was exceptional, well thought out, organized, effective, & overall perfect.She was thoughtful in every approach.She was diligent in her plan of action.She was punctual & unhesitating.She provided service of the highest quality.Not only was the food itself outstanding, but the presentation & delivery was impeccable.The staff that she has chosen cannot be beat.They were tremendously helpful, on the dot, personable & kind, & conscientious.LaDonna & each one of her staff members helped execute my decoration plans & visions for the most beautiful and perfect reception tables and table settings, that I had been imagining for so long.Our guests complimented & commented on the great taste of the food & the impressive variety options, the entire reception &days following.
