e wedding day, she came to the hotel only once and did not help gather the dress or other items. Communication was poor, and we started the ceremony about an hour late because the bridesmaids were left handling everything.
At the venue, she abruptly took the dress from my hands and made a rude comment when my aunt tried to guide her while lacing the dress. We also saw her sitting and eating while there was still work to be done, and she forgot to put down the aisle runner that the couple paid for.
## Overall, the service felt unprepared, unprofessional and not worth the cost.

Honey, Ms. Amber Perry from my Lady in Waiting Services is truly amazing at what she does! Amber was recommended by word of mouth and from our very 1st meeting showed up in every way! She remained professional, polite (but straight forward), resourceful, and knowledgeable, delivering when and where she was needed throughout until the very end. She simply cared, not only about the details of her work, but she was locked in to my needs as a client. Going through the process of planning a wedding can be generally a stressful time, but make it easy on yourself. In my case, we had 4 months from go, so I quickly learned investing in a Wedding Coordinator was money well spent. Amber offered different packages, so regardless of timeline or budget you should be able to relax and have someone helping make this a special time for you and your fiancé'. From listening to directing and everything in between, thank you Ms. Amber to you and your team for all that you did. You exceeded my expectations by far and I am still riding high off my wedding even months later! We should do it again!

I'm a very hands on type of person and I felt very comfortable and confident in allowing Amber to tackle the tasks of my wedding. Amber and her staff made sure our wedding was carried out as planned properly. If I needed any help with anything she was ready and willing to help with a great attitude. I would hire Amber again in the future for our vow renewal.

She was prompt, attentive, friendly, prepared and thorough. She even brought charcuterie and champagne for the girls! She provides top-notch service at a very fair price. Amber is so incredible I don’t even know where to start!!!! From our first consultation Amber made me feel insanely calm about my wedding day & I knew I needed her! I’m not kidding...
when I say my day wouldn’t have been what it was without her. She made everything I was stressed and worried about beyond easy. She arrived a few hours before first look, steamed and prepared my dress, my mom’s, both grandmothers and and all of our bridesmaids dresses. Did I add she arrived with a charcuterie board AND champagne?!? Then it was time to get dressed and she helped every single girl involved in the wedding into their dresses and made sure they looked amazing.When my dress zipper popped she was able to sew it back together While I was still wearing it!!!! But it didn’t stop there, she joined me for pictures and made sure I looked photo ready for every single shot. Touching up my makeup, hair, dress all of it. She felt like a built in best friend who was there to keep me calm & make sure I was ok at all times. Minutes before my ceremony I managed to get makeup ALL over my dress, Amber didn’t even flinch and had the makeup off of my dress within seconds. She stayed with me right up until it was time to get walk down the aisle and I was beyond happy To have her there to keep me calm! She bustled my dress and made sure everyone looked great before she headed home after a very long day! She is without a doubt a “bride’s guardian Angel” and I cannot recommend her enough to anyone getting married whether you think you need a bridal assistant or not, you NEED Amber!!! She is such sweetheart myself, my mom & my bridal party truly adored having her with us!!!
