I cannot say enough positive things about this amazing husband/wife duo. They are extremely professional, positive and genuine people. They were great about keeping in touch prior to the wedding in terms of expectations and our wants and desires in terms of video. They even came in clutch running to their car to get my new husband water when he was having a mini-meltdown after the ceremony. They sent us our preview video the following day of our wedding and I am in love all over again. I have watched the preview, no joke, every single day since I’ve received it. They captured our love and the essence of our wedding perfectly. I wish I would put into words how truly grateful and thankful we hired them. They are worth every penny. Hire them!

Lady Mouse Productions were our videographers for our wedding at the Queen Mary in May.  We could not be happier.  From start to finish, Jen Hess and husband Tommy were the perfect choice for us.  They were creative, enthusiastic, supportive, talented and (hard to believe) one of the lower-priced videographer teams on the market for their type of high-end work.  From the initial interview, Jen immediately understood how we wanted our wedding to be videotaped.  The Queen Mary is a spectacular venue, but it requires a lot of planning and understanding of space.  To us, Jen and Tommy were always in the right place to capture the right moment. When we got our video back (be patient, it took a number of weeks but within the estimate), we were blown away.  The clarity and vision of the video was exceptional, as if we were watching a superbly edited movie. We watch it over and over.  Our friends and family say it expertly captured the light-hearted spirit of our event.  What’s more, the music we selected was matched, beat by beat, to the events that were videotaped.  Jen and Tommy not only proved to master filmmakers but sound and film editors as well.  Wow!  Top possible rating!!!

Hire Jen and Tom! We were incredibly fortunate that they happened to be available for our wedding day (we decided to hire a videographer 2 weeks before our wedding). Not only did they arrive early, but they also stayed a little bit late because our timeline got a little off. They were the sweetest people to work with and worked incredibly well with our photographers. Literally cried watching our sneak peak so I know I’ll be balling my eye out watching the other 2 videos we get back. Can’t recommend them enough!

You know when you find a vendor and you just have that gut feeling that they're going to be a good fit? That's how I felt when I found Jen. She was incredibly easy to work with, amazing at communicating and wasn't phased by all of my Type A powerpoints that I sent her. She understood my vibe and my vision well, and made sure to make sure that both myself and my husband felt comfortable behind the camera at all times. She went above and beyond her role in so many aspects. I mean, how many videographers will get on their hands and knees to scrub the dirt out of your wedding dress when you start to panic? Jen and Tom also got to my venue early and added drone footage to my video, and even sent me a 30 second social media teaser video within 24 hours of my wedding which was perfect for an Instagram lover like myself. The quality and the value that Jen and Tom provide is truly excellent and unmatched. They let me have input in the audio choice for our wedding video which I really appreciated as well. Overall, they were a dream to work with and worth every single penny. As a wedding coordinator myself, I loved working with Jen and Tom and recommended this LA duo to one of my brides in Florida and now we're working together on a destination wedding together this Spring! I am so excited to continue working with Lady Mouse Productions and highly recommend them to ANY brides and grooms. You truly cannot find a more caring , communicative and talented team!

Lady Mouse Productions is the reason our wedding will truly live on forever! Of almost all my decisions for where to spend money during this wedding the videography was the one I think was the most well spent. This is because Lady Mouse made our wedding evergreen. They captured every moment we could have ever dreamed of. Moments I didn't witness myself on that day are now so present thanks to Jen and Tommy. They delivered a beautifully edited "trailer"-like short video snippet RIGHT after our wedding which has been such an artistic and beautiful glimpse of our day we got to share with everyone immediately, and then shortly after delivered the 5.5min where the editing was OFF the Hook good, capturing the best moments and meaningful speech snippets. Then 2 hour long version I am in awe of. My entire family and friend group are in tears (AGAIN) thanks to Lady Mouse! Jen and Tommy are not only super professional and talented, but DURING the entire wedding process they are absolute GEMS to have around. I will always think back on my wedding day and remember Jen and Tommy being part of every moment and the warm way they are made everyone feel SO comfortable. Thank you both from the bottom of our hearts.

Jen and Tom were absolutely amazing on our wedding day! Jen was so helpful in more than one aspect on the day, even giving our officiant advice and what to expect as it was her first time officiating. They are true professionals in every way and I’m so glad they captured our day. I have been to many weddings where photographers or videographers are distracting or get in the way, however, Jen and Tom were nearly (in the best way possible) invisible throughout the ceremony and reception. The footage that we have seen in our sneak peek (only 24 hours after our wedding) was already so amazing and it brought us to tears! We cannot wait to see the final products and cannot recommend them enough to anyone looking for videographers!

Lady Mouse Productions did an amazing job capturing our wedding! We could not have asked for a better video so we could relive our special day over and over again. I think we watched it 25 times in the first few days. Excellent camera work, transitions from scenes with music, and overall production. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

My husband and I got married in January and I knew that I really wanted a videographer so that I could always re-live our special day. something that was really important to me was having raw footage of the day because while highlight reels are great for posting on social media, it doesn’t show all of the real conversations and obviously could never keep ALL of the fun and special moments. Lady Mouse Productions provides the highlight reel, along with raw footage of your day and on top of that, they were AMAZING and so much fun to work with. They are a husband and wife team who are obviously very experienced, they knew all of the right shots to get and how to capture all of the candid moments so beautifully. their personalities were great and they just made everything so easy and so much fun. I am so happy I found them and will always recommend them!!! We love our wedding videos so much and can’t thank Lady Mouse Productions enough <3

Becky A - Lady Mouse productions - I found them on a facebook group - after going on their website, I saw ONE video and fell in love with their work. I cried after watching that one video, and felt as if I was personally there at that wedding. That's what drew me to hire them, after signing the contract etc, Jen kept in touch, if I had ANY questions, she answered them. Always so sweet and accommodating. Now lets fast forward to our wedding. I felt like we just showed up and Jen & her husband knew exactly what they were doing (which they did). They took some amazing shots of us, our party, the ceremony, reception, everything we could ask for. I 10000% recommend them. Our highlight video was BEAUTIFUL, of course I'll say this about my video, however I don't think anyone's watched our video without crying from how BEAUTIFUL it was. It was so well put together, from the shots to the transitions of the video and music. It's perfect. . On top of that we received the full length video, and being able to relive the entire day is amazing. Lady mouse productions hands down was amazing, and so grateful for their amazing work, we will always get to relive our wedding day.

What an amazing team to work with! These two are the sweetest people, their calm demeanor definitely helped ease the stress on my wedding day. They did a FANTASTIC job at shooting our wedding, I'm so obsessed with our videos and SO happy we choose Lady Mouse! They did everything exactly how I wanted and I couldn't be happier with how my footage turned into such an amazing production! My dad passed away suddenly a few months after my wedding so I reached out to Jen for any footage she had of him and she was kind enough to put a raw video together with everything she could find of my dad. Thank you SO MUCH for going above and beyond for us. They treated us like family and I am so happy to recommend them to friends! Looking forward to seeing them in a few months at a friends wedding!

We are very happy we hired lady mouse productions! They did a fantastic job on our wedding video and were very professional in person. Somehow they were able to get a bunch of great shots without much time needed from us on our wedding day and worked well with our photographer. Our highlight reel is beautiful and can’t wait to see our full length video. Highly recommended!

Please hire Lady Mouse immediately! Jen & her husband could not be nicer, and made our entire day run so smoothly. My husband (who is hard to please) said Jen was his favorite person we hired to help with our day!! Jen made us feel so comfortable the entire time they were filming. We had to delay our ceremony for an hour because of an outside issue, and Jen & her husband hung in there with us and stayed later than expected without a single complaint. We couldn't recommend them enough!!

Jen & her husband absolutely KILLED our wedding video. We were blown away once we received our highlight film and are so happy we made the decision to get a videographer. They were so sweet & made sure capture every moment. Jen also went above and beyond to stay for our dances even though our scheduled time was up. I absolutely loved working with Lady Mouse Productions! I was a 2020 bride that had to switch nearly everything to pull off my 6th date change due to COVID. I was lucky enough to find Lady Mouse Productions based on a reference from my coordinator and boy oh boy do i feel like i hit the jackpot. They were affordable, (This was huge as my now husband didn't think we needed a professional video) professional, and delivered good product. Without a doubt my photography turned out better because they were there and trying to get certain shots that the photographer didn't think of but ended up being the best shots in the entire photo lot. I can't say enough good things about these two and I have already recommended them to at least 5 other brides I know getting married. Another cool thing is that they let you pick your highlight song from a website with a ton of options....This took me awhile because i wasn't sure what to go with but they gave their professional option and helped guide me....In the end it was nice to be apart of the process. Jen & Tommy were absolutely wonderful and their videos of our wedding are truly something special. Prior to making a selection, we watched sample videos of numerous videographers and Lady Mouse stood out with a certain style and how they captured the energy.
