y of our indoor pictures looked like they were taken with a bad camera phone. She wasn't able to fix them and she that she thinks she needs to clean her equipment. But a lot of my pictures were ruined for a day I can never get back. I asked for half my money back and she refused because of the time she put into taking the pictures. I was devastated. She did refund some of my money but it wasn't enough compared to the damage that was done. On top of that some of the pics had exit signs in the background, the lighting was too bright in some and too dark in others. But I guess you get what you pay for. I will never use her services again or recommend her to anyone. There should always be a way to fix pictures if they don't look professional.
