Hiring Shea to cater my wedding was one of the best decisions I could have made to make my day special & memorable. She comes from a fine dining background, and that reflected in every dish she put out. From the passed hoeur d'oeuvres to the main entrees, everything was so thoughtfully plated and prepared, it would be hard to pick a favorite dish! She prepared us crab cakes, Philly cheesesteak egg rolls, bruschetta, king salmon, steak, all the accompaniments & even food for the kids! Every single person who attended my wedding raved about how amazing the food was, and I couldn’t agree with them more. Thank you Shea!
