After interviewing 5 other wedding coordinators the minute I spoke with Evelyn it felt as though we were in sync. She knew exactly what we were looking for! Evelyn was amazingly prompt and professional throughout the process with extra advice and ideas that were wonderful! With all of our zoom conversations, emails, etc I could actually visualize our big day! Long story short due to covid we decided to have a small zoom wedding with just us and four close family members. We had already paid Evelyn a small non refundable deposit so when I emailed her I figured this was it. Oh was I wrong! She immediately reached out asking what she could do to make this day even more special. After speaking with her my small zoom wedding looked like a beautiful outdoor wedding on a ranch! The flowers especially my bouquet were absolutely stunning! It made the day! Evelyn is kind and beyond talented...she’s also just an all around lovely person. Having her there felt like family in a good way 😊 Thank you Ladybug events for creating such a beautiful wedding day! Everything was more than perfect and you really captured who we are with your creativity!

I cannot give them enough stars! I was starting to stress out thinking of all the things I had to book and take care of when we came across the advertisement in the pamphlet from our venue in Kyle, TX. I put in a request for a quote of their all-inclusive package and received a phone call that day from Evelyn asking me a few questions and to let me know she would get the quote back to me in a few days. When I got the quote back, I knew that it was going to be worth every penny to hire her and her crew. We went ahead and went with her recommendations of who to hire (her son is the photographer) as far as catering, cake and DJ., etc. She does have a list of preferred vendors to choose from, I highly recommend keeping with that list because she knows how the businesses perform. We met up monthly to make payments and to discuss our vision for the wedding. Her and her husband, Larry, are an absolute hoot, so beyond sweet and funny. We knew instantly the first meeting we had with them, we wanted to hire them. Their son, Andrew, is an amazing photographer, we ended up adding on an engagement photo shoot with him as well in Gruene, TX. They have so many different rustic type decorations to put up at the wedding that you can choose from, everything is customized to you. Evelyn also arranges all of the floral herself, my bouquet was exactly what I wanted. Evelyn takes all of the stress off. Thomas and I love you guys and we will continue to recommend y'all to everyone we know getting married. Thank you for making our dreams come true! Also, I would like to add that everyone at the wedding told us that the decorations and the venue exceeded their expectations and was beyond beautiful.

The florist did an amazing job on my bouquet! I absolutely loved it. The only reason I won't give 5 stars is because they took just a little long to get back to my mom, but she did always get back to us. But overall had a wonderful experience!

Creative Inspirations is amazing! We loved working with Evelyn. She took all of the stress out of having to plan a wedding and made everything so easy and enjoyable. Everything was beautiful and went perfectly - we could not have asked for more.

Evelyn and Larry with Creative Inspirations are incredible! They are so warm and welcoming it was easy to work with them. After our first meeting I felt like family. They took everything we said and came back to us with a plan that far surpassed our dreams incorporating everything we wanted perfectly. Evelyn's vision is impeccable and in combination with Larry's technical skills they not only gave us the floral we wanted but created our back drop, table decor, and even our cake stand! We can not thank them enough for all that they did to make our day special. We recommend them wholeheartedly.

We absolutely loved working with Creative Inspirations! Evelyn took every idea I came up with and made magic happen. I couldn't believe how they were able to take our scatter brained ideas and turn our wedding into a beautiful celebration of us as a couple and our families coming together as one. We paid for our wedding on our own and there was so much extra thought out into helping us save where it counted the most without us sacrificing anything on our big day. The Gambles treat you like family the moment they meet you. Never did we second guess them and what they were planning for us, the lines of communication were always open, even in the middle of the night, so there is never a reason to worry with Creative Inspirations! We have so much love for all of Creative Inspirations!

. Pros - the floral and decor were stellar, perfect for what we wanted. Also the vendor recommendations and her invitations were great. Cons - Although Evelyn said she had it taken care of, she did not confirm that the band manager had the sound for the ceremony working properly AND try it out with them beforehand to make sure. As a result there was scratchy skipping music during the processional which finally had to be cut off resulting in no music as the bride came in and left. Also she did not cooperate with our photographer who we had contracted with BEFORE we contracted with Creative Inspirations (although she had said it was fine to use an outside photographer). Details about the schedule and guest seating were vague and confusing in the final week before and she didn't work with the photographer to firm up a timeline before the wedding day. Both the week before the wedding AND the day of the wedding I had to stop and referee arguments between Evelyn and our photographer regarding timeline. The photographer was trying her best to work with her, but Evelyn did not want to be flexible until forced by me to do so. It definitely added to my stress on my daughter's big day when, what I was paying for and I had been promised, was that I would "just be able to relax and enjoy". Also some smaller things didn't get done as we had asked, probably because she took another wedding job for the same day (with a ceremony only 1 hour after ours) at a nearby venue after we had already contracted with her. Although she was with us during our ceremony and reception, she was doing all the floral, decor, set-up, take-down, and pre-wedding prep for the other wedding that day also. Clearly, even with a few staff members, she was spread too thin because both were large weddings. I would not choose a coordinator who will take more than one booking in the same day. All in all, although many things were beautiful and memorable, there were an unfortunate amount of disappointments and added stress for me, even after 14 months of planning.

Evelyn and her team at Creative Inspirations were incredible! I am not a very creative person, but Evelyn was able to help me figure out exactly how I wanted my day to look. I was planning my Texas wedding from Mississippi, but with Evelyn's help, the distance was not a problem. Evelyn has so many awesome recommendations for vendors- from the food, to DJ, to seamstress- they were all 5 star vendors. She even came to my dress fitting with me. They have plenty of props/tables available for use and if they don't have something you want, they will make it for you! With the exception of our drunken groomsmen (ah!), our wedding day went very smoothly. The venue was decorated so beautifully! It was wayyyy better than anything I could have dreamed of myself. And the best part about it- my mother and I did not have to do a thing! I have already recommended Evelyn to a couple of my engaged friends & I would highly recommend Creative Inspirations to anyone in the Austin/San Marcos area!

Working 10 hour days, and planning a wedding by yourself is extremely stressful. I was referred to Ceative Inspirations by a co worker, and it was the best money I could have spent on my wedding. Evelyn handled all the vendors, and always kept me in the loop as to what was going on. When I first met with Evelyn, I told her that my husband and I wanted to be guests at our own wedding, and that's exactly how we felt. She is very organized, and wants your wedding day to be beautiful, and all about you and your groom. She shoots from the hip, and doesn't play around when it comes to the big day, which is what I wanted. I gave her complete permission to "run the show" and she didn't disappoint. This company is fantastic. I love contributing to small/local/family business and Creative Inspirations Photography certainly counts. The photographer himself is incredibly talented. He and his father also make/build props to fit themes--while we didn't have them build anything for our wedding in the end, we've seen some of what they've made for proms etc. and it was really impressive. The photographer's mother contributes style and posing ideas, helps with lighting, and adds to the general artistry of the photos and photoshoot. We took our engagement photos on the UT Austin campus and took a few more at the Long Center and Auditorium Shores with the Austin skyline in the background. We had several changes of clothes with us as well as our own "props" (stuffed animals and a football and that sort of thing) and they helped us carry everything around, helped us decide what to use when and how to use it, showed us the best poses and positions for each location we used, etc. Andrew also got some amazing candid photos of us when we were goofing off between poses. I honestly enjoyed those the best; he is a genius with the camera and seemed to instinctively know how to get the best photos out of us. He got the engagement photos back to us quickly (after doing things like photoshopping people and trash out of the background for us). He drove down to Houston for our wedding and reception and was really helpful with corraling our large families for the giant group shots. Creative Inspirations Photography was a little more expensive than we had originally budgeted for but was 100% worth it, no question.

Both my husband and I work, and I knew planing our wedding was not something I could do alone. My fiance-now-husband was not so keen on spending money on a wedding planner, but with our work hours it would have been impossible. I found Creative Inspirations online, and requested to meet with them. Evelyn and Larry are fantastic people! Upon meeting them I knew they were the ones I wanted planning our wedding. Evelyn listened to all my ideas and was as excited as I was! She asked about our history and by the end of the interview had suggested so many wonderful ideas to enhance and personalize the wedding, I knew she was the one to go with. I told Evelyn the overall theme and sent her pictures from Pinterest of ideas that I liked. She always listened and gave valuable output. She was there with me every step of the way giving advice and encouraging me. My husband is Catholic and I am Baptist. When I told her that we were going to have a catholic ceremony at 1pm and then a 6pm outdoor ceremony and then reception the same day, she didn't bat an eye. On the wedding day, when I first walked into the venue to get ready for the big day, I was amazed. Evelyn had taken my personal style and vision for the wedding and ran with it. The decorations, ceremony, and reception exceeded my expectations. One thing Evelyn will tell you is that you and your family will be guests on your wedding day. I never understood what she meant until our wedding day. She had thought of everything. My parents, my husband, and I did not have to worry about on thing. Everyone had a fantastic and low stress time. My father came up to me after the wedding and thanked me for hiring Evelyn, because he was so happy to see my mom not stressed. My friend and coworkers all had a wonderful time and are still talking about how great the wedding was. My wedding was almost six months ago now, and I look back on that day with such great memories. I highly recommend Evelyn to anyone getting married in the Austin/Central Texas area. Creative Inspirations is a wonderful company that I am excited to review. I would not have changed a thing about our wedding, especially the wedding planner.

You will never meet a more patient and laid-back photographer with a keen artistic eye for perfection. Not only are his skills exceptional, he uses his experience and educational background rather than photoshopping effects most photographers use to mask the real photo. Andrew traveled (expenses paid on our part) to Southern California to take our engagement photos in Laguna Beach. We wanted to capture where our heart and home reside and our love for the surf and sand. I would highly recommend Andrew for anyone wanting a photographer with a keen sense of photography and willingness to make your session as fun and enjoying as possible.

My husband and I wanted to create fun engagement photos that would make everyone talk about how awesome they were. We had a very specific vision involving zombies and we knew we needed a photographer who had serious skill with taking pictures, with photoshop, and who was fun and open minded to whatever our imaginations could think of! We unveiled the secret engagement photos at our wedding and the guests were SO impressed at how creative they were that many asked to get copies to keep!!! Our pictures were a great success and it could have only happened with our photographer Andrew!

My fiance and I got married on August 26, 2012 @ Texas Old Town. I was so thankful that Evelyn, Larry, and Andrew helped make our day a success. We were very pleased with our photos from Andrew and Evelyns creativity never ceases to amaze me when it comes to floral and decorating. I have used Creative Inspirations for serveral events and they are definitely a blessing. They also did more than we could ever expect for my sister's wedding as well. It's so nice to know that the event will be a success when you leave it in their hands. Such a stress relief! I highly recommend them!

Evelyn is, in a word, incredible! We met with her to discuss day-of wedding coordination and she sold us after 5 minutes. The day went so smoothly thanks to her. We couldn't have asked for more. I put a lot of trust in her for not only coordinating the vendors and flow of the wedding, but our flowers. She pinned our style down perfectly. My husband and I were married at Texas Old town who were nice enough to recommend many wedding planners and photographers but they highly recommended Creative Inspirations and Andrew Gamble. They met with us multiple times and were always in contact though email or phone calls which was great! So I knew my timeline for everything. We did not do an engagment shoot but that was ok since Andrew took TONS of wonderful photos at the wedding and during the reception. He was very professional and was willing to do special photos of certain family or friends for us. Creative Inspirations and Andrew Gamble were amazing and I'm very thankful that they maked our wedding a wonderful experience!!

Creative Inspirations did an amazing job at our wedding at Star Hill Ranch. Everything turned out beautiful and everything was so organized. We found Evelyn at Creative Inspirations last minute and she really saved our wedding. She really knows her stuff and listens to what you want. She is very accessible and really cares about your big day. Both Evelyn and her husband went above and beyond to make the day great. I was a high anxiety bride but I didn’t have to worry about anything thanks to Creative Inspirations. I would highly recommend them to anyone getting married. You won’t regret it!!!

My wife and I were recently married in the Texas Hill Country (i.e., Central Texas). We used Creative Inspirations as our Wedding Coordinator, which is led by Evelyn Gamble and her team. My wife and I simply cannot compliment this company enough. First, Creative Inspirations took control of all of our wedding planning duties, which made my wife and I feel like guests at our own weddding. Second, Creative Inspirations followed all of our instructions perfectly, which is, perhaps, the best compliment you can offer to any service-oriented company. Third, the company treated us with respect. Fourth, the company did what they said they were going to do (i.e., they didn't over-promise and under-deliver). Fifth, their services were reasonably priced and, indeed, they worked within our budget. Sixth, their work was simply awesome: the decorations were excellent; the DJ followed instructions perfectly; the ceremony and reception were flawless; the food was excellent; their workers were polite; the cakes exceeded expectations, all as promised. My wife and I enjoyed working with Evelyn and her team. We will recommend Creative Inspirations to our family and friends. On a final note, I know some people who have had bad experiences with other wedding planning services (e.g., arrogant/elitist managers, over-priced vendors, sloppy work, under-delivering, etc.). If you hire Creative Inspriations, you will get friendly, honest, down-to-earth people who will do an excellent job for you within budget. Need I say more?

I can't thank Evelyn and her crew enough for the tremendous job they did for my wedding! She took the vision I had and went above and beyond any of my expectations for a marvelous price. From managing all of my vendors to the beautiful floral arrangements, Evelyn and her crew made my wedding day perfect. I only had less than 2 months to plan everything, but Creative Inspirations made it happen. Andrew's photos turned out wonderful! I love the way he captured the entire event from beginning to end. Evelyn, Larry, and Andrew were so easy to work with and caring all the way down to the tiniest detail. I recommend Creative Inspirations to anyone I know getting married!

We can't thank Creative Inspirations more for helping us on our special day. The professionalism and years of experience the crew brought to the table stretched every dollar of our budget to the MAX! Spoken plainly, they made our 15k budget into a 30k wedding experience. Without their help we couldn't have replicated the quality of our wedding experience. The coordinator was extremely available and always produced timely responses. She was also very flexible about meeting us at different locations around town for venue viewings, dress fittings, etc. I would recommend their service to another couple. Our wedding was a party that we will never forget. The only thing we would suggest is to get a schedule of the big day's events. At no fault of our coordinator the stylist took some "artistic freedom" doing hair/make up and delayed bridal pictures. It worked out because our photographer, also with Creative Inspirations used his time effectively taking pictures of the groom and venue.

Evelyn did an amazing job putting everything together for me and my Wife! We originally did not plan to have a coordinator, but once we started talking with her, we just loved how she converted all of our ideas and put them together. We love her original ideas, her attention to all the details, and mostly, she made us feel like we were the only couple she was taking care of! She took care of everything in a very professional manner. It was an incredible experience to have her arrange our wedding. We recommend her to everyone out there in search for a perfect wedding!

Evelyn with creative inspirations made my wedding so beautiful. she went way and beyond what i expected. I had a small wedding and venue and she transformed it into my perfect wedding. Her attention to detail is perfect, her decorative skills is perfect. If you are wanting someone to take whatever idea you have in your head and transform it into exactly what you want, she is the perfect person. She is such a pleasure to work with and made this part of my wedding the easiest and best experience. Thank you Evelyn for making my wedding beautiful. She is the one stop shop, she did my cake, decorations, invitations, and helped with the DJ.

Creative did my daughter's wedding. This is my 3rd wedding and my least stessful one. Evelyn took care of everything, from addressing the invitations, taking care of the RSVP's, to decorating the venue and overseeing the reception. M daughter had her dream wedding without breaking the bank. Creative Inspirations decorated my other daughter's reception, in 2007, and we loved what they had done. Evelyn works with you the entire way to the big day, she listens to you and the bride to give you exactly what you want and then some.

I still recall the first time we met Evelyn and her family, it was the same day we met not only the best wedding planner but also a great family and life long friend. Evelyn listened to what we wanted and then made our perfect wedding a reality. The ideas she brought to us were based not on what she liked but what she thought we would love. Most people will tell you wedding day can be a stressful one with all the minor mishaps that occur; however, with Evelyn at our side we were able to focus on enjoying the most important day of our lives. We have recommended Evelyn to a number of friends and family who have been equally satisfied. Evelyn is truly amazing and a joy to work with. We still look fondly on the wonderful photos Andrew took, including my bridal portraits, my husband’s groomsman portraits, engagement and wedding photos. We will definitely be using his services again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a photographer. The Gamble’s are a wonderful family to work with and my husband and I are truly blessed to have such great memories of our wedding day.

No words in a review could explain how my experience has been so far. Not only do I have a wonderful wedding planner but she feels like my friend too. I almost feel like I have a personal assistant! She has a great team (family) and they have gone above and beyond to give us the wedding day of our dreams. They are wonderful, down to earth, caring people and all they want to do is make your day unforgettable, which so far they are doing. I can't say enough about them and they will always have a special place in my heart, even after the I Do's.

Evelyn far exceeded our expectations. We could have never expected the type of attention to detail that she provided. Evelyn Gamble and crew provided me with an absolutely perfect wedding day - it was out of this world. I loved the fact that I could participate in the planning by clipping out pictures and describing my vision, and then Evelyn was right there to bring the whole thing together. Perfect amount of support and help - there were multiple potential catastrophes on my wedding day that Evelyn handled so well I never even knew about them until later. Exactly what I was looking for - the Creative Inspirations team puts their heart and soul into every wedding, and I personally recommend them highly.

We decided on a destination wedding and local reception. Evelyn and the crew joined us in Hawaii! Andrew took all of photos, and they came out wonderful. Our reception was excellent. All of our guests told us how much fun they had and how relaxed the reception was. I couldn't have asked for anything more!

Our wedding flowers were gorgeous! I price shopped in the area and Creative Inspirations gave us the best product with the lowest quote. I couldn't have been more pleased with our bouquets. Also, any time I had a question, I received quick response through either email or phone. I would recommend this business to anyone planning an event on a low budget, especially if you're unwilling to sacrifice quality.

Creative Inspirations swept in and saved us! Our day of coordinator bailed on us with less than a month before our wedding. Evelyn and her team came in and did an AMAZING job! She was calm and assertive. She jumped head first into helping us plan out the day. She was extremely professional with our vendors! Contacting them right away to let them know of the coordinator switch. On the day of our wedding her entire team was amazing! Set up everything and kept everyone organized. She even knew during the wedding the exact moments to come up to us and let us know what was going to be happening next, or ask if needed anything. These guys are the coordinators to use! They know what they're doing professionally and still know what you need as a bride!

I wasn't positive I wanted or needed a wedding planner at first. However, my mom pointed out that if I wanted to preserve my sanity, I should probably concede and hire one. Evelyn was the best bit of serendipity and actualizer of what I had hoped for on my wedding day. She is sweet, courteous, and has a knack for figuring out a bride's vision. Any little task or side job we needed to throw her way, she was ready to take on. Her husband, Larry, partner in brilliance, made hundreds of bronze and brass flowers to go with our decor, Victoriana inspired. Andrew is such a fun photgrapher to work with. The locations we visited and shot at were unique and meaningful to us as a couple. Truly, if you let creativity and inspiration take the lead, you can have a fairytale vision and beautiful water-color memories to cherish for ever after. Thank you Evelyn, Larry, and Andrew for making our day one in a million and an epic beginning to our new story together. We love you!

Our wedding day was PERFECT!!! Creative Inspirations planned the entire wedding, and we would never have been able to do it ourselves. They helped us pick out all the vendors, and we were happy with the service provided by all of them. Since we were in the middle of selling our houses and trying to buy our new home together in the months before the wedding, we were always given reminders when payments were due or something needed to be picked out.
