Literally, everyone was raving about the meal and portion sizes after the wedding, so I was not alone in the great job that they did. In addition to our Krista Rich, who was incredible and helpful throughout the entire process, the wait staff was great, and the bartenders were incredibly friendly. There were no problems with anything, and from the food, service, and staff, it was a home run. Ladyfingers came at the recommendation of our wonderful planner, Courtney Samuel Events.

. My husband was a little skeptical of the Kentucky Hot Brown as wedding food, but it was incredible! They did such an amazing job making sure that we got to try all of the food and got plenty to eat even though we were taking pictures and running around all evening.

We had a mix of desserts on our dessert table and I didn’t even get to taste them all, everyone snagged them up. They were that yummy!! They took care of boxing up all our leftovers as well as cleaning our charger plates that weren't even theirs. The decorations they used for the buffet table were beautiful and fit the theme perfectly. Everyone was so professional and helped make the day smooth. There were some miscommunications with the bar staff as we didn't get one of the beers that we requested on the menu and they didn't realize we paid extra for another hour of the bar to be open so they started closing early. But as soon as we spoke to them they corrected the issue and made sure we were still taken care of.

ately, five days prior the wedding was cancelled. We were upset as a family and went about the task of undoing all the plans. We were on track to lose a great deal of money. Ladyfingers, however, showed us a great deal of grace and refunded almost all of our money. For any event in the future, we will be using Ladyfingers. They are a class act.

She was able to answer all of our questions and helped us revise our menu (multiple times.) Lady Fingers offers food tastings throughout the year. This helped us narrow down our menu and then we decided to do an individualized menu tasting of our desired foods which allowed us to finalize our menu. Would highly recommend Lady Fingers for wedding receptions or any event requiring catering services.

I also really appreciated that the person I worked with for almost a year as we planned our wedding was the same person who showed up on the day of to supervise the event--how rare is that! Karly and team went above and beyond what was expected of them--they even offered to help us with setting up and keeping our donut table stocked (which were from a local bakery.) I cannot say enough great things about their service. And I almost forgot the food! Everything we tried on our wedding night was delicious--sooo many of the guests were coming up to us and raving about the food. If you need a great caterer with excellent service and delicious food--go with Ladyfingers!

The crew also set everything up very efficiently and were ready on time. They absolutely made our lives easier on our wedding day. The food itself (chicken and waffles) was spectacular! I didn't get to eat as much as I would have liked, but many of our guests also came up to me to tell me they enjoyed the meal. Some of them even said it was better than their own wedding!

worked with 3 to 4 different coordinators to set our menu, and was contacted by yet a different person the day before the wedding during my nail appointment to clarify details about napkins, which could've been settled months beforehand. It was difficult to determine who to contact with questions in the moment and they gave me inconsistent answers about the number of tables needed, which necessitated me contacting my rental company 3 times the week before the wedding. They also misquoted me the remaining balance due after the cash bar was closed out based on venue fees, it was all a bit confusing. However I will say the food was fantastic and the day of set up went very smoothly.

n we asked politely to search the catering room where the purse was found - an extremely rude woman barged out blocking the door stating “Why you always blaming the help? My husband makes $250k a year blah blah blah”. By this point my wife was in tears. We looked high and low for the purse for three hours. Filed a police report (so embarrassing at the wedding) etc. One of the venue’s security guards came to the rescue and found the purse in the CATERER’S trash can. Surprise surprise. This is besides the fact they use the biggest team of clowns on earth to serve drinks. The cocktail lines moved SLOW all night. I get better service at any bar on Bardstown Rd. Not to mention the food - a giant lukewarm serving of mashed potatoes. DO NOT under ANY circumstance use this catering company for any of your events. Besides the fact that they are thieves and provide horrible service - they don’t even have the decency to call me back. I get a bland apology and am told “the owner is out of the country”. Total JOKES. ALSO: They were over an hour late and DID NOT help setup the tablecloths etc. Thank god for the Florist and others helping with this.

icken was so delicious. We also had corn pudding and it was the best corn pudding I have ever had. The catering team was also amazing. Before the ceremony when everyone else was already lined up and I was waiting to go I got to talk to two of the employees and they were just the sweetest. Each time anyone finished their plate they would come and collect it immediately. The bartenders were also wonderful the whole night. You can't get better food for the price, we were so pleased and happy we went with them. We would definitely recommend them for any catering needs.

Ladyfingers was also very low maintenance and made sure everything was perfect even though I switched to them last minute. They had several waiters walking around with the appetizers, they looked so professional and they were very courteous, the crab cakes were by far my favorite! The dinner was Mardi Gras themed and all the food was hot and perfectly cooked. They even provided a King Cake as our groom's cake and it was scrumptious. As the bride I cannot be happier with the food and professionalism everyone I spoke with showed.
