I wanted to take a moment and offer you and the staff at Ladyfingers my heartfelt thanks for all of your assistance in catering Juliet and I’s wedding.
The food was OUTSTANDING...
. From the charcuterie and shrimp appetizers to the Italian pastries for dessert, all of it was delicious. The slow-roasted, herb-stuffed pancetta roast was one of the best roasts I’ve had. The children thoroughly enjoyed making up their own pasta dishes at the chef-manned pasta station. And all the side dishes were of equal caliber. It was apparent that they were not thought of as “just” side dishes, but were given the same care and attention as the entrees. We received numerous compliments from our guests on the quality of their dinner; the most common being that they didn’t expect that their dinner would be that good. Thank you for exceeding our guest’s expectations!
As for your staff, all of them were PROFESSIONAL, through and through. Coordinating our reception and the dinner menu long-distance from Atlanta was a breeze with your knowledgeable office staff and their curated list of vendors. The serving staff the night of the reception was also simply fantastic. The bartender was polite and generous in his attention to our guests’ and their requests. The servers were all on point and there when needed; leaving no guest wanting. All our wedding guests were impressed with Chef D as he visited our guest’s tables to make sure that their dinner was to their liking.
In summation, I would have no hesitation in recommending Ladyfingers Catering for a wedding or any other event that would require catering. Their staff, the quality of their food and their attention to detail was second to no one. Once again, thank you to you and all the staff that assisted in our wedding… y’all had a major part in making our wedding a night we will never forget!
