Diane and her team are the absolute best! I have had many catered dinners and this exceeded my expectations. The pasta bar was perfect. The brie dip appetizer was amazing. The tom...
ato basil soup was perfectly spicy. Can't wait to plan another event to have her cook for. Everything tasted so fresh, I couldn't have even imagined a better tasting meal.
I was very pleased with the food and service that ladyFingers provided. Diane was great to work with and went above and beyond in helping me with special dietary needs. Everyone lo...

I could write a novel about Ladyfingers Private Catering. Diane is incredible.
I think finding a caterer ended up being our biggest headache from the wedding planning period. M...
y husband and I wanted a morning wedding with an elegant brunch reception. We chatted with at least half a dozen if not more caterers. Every single caterer proposed what amounted to a very nice hotel breakfast - waffles (either diy with a long line, cold and hard or warm and soggy), an omelet station (with long lines), and vats of bacon, mass-produced scrambled eggs, weird casseroles, and bread/fruits on tables. It was disappointing. Diane heard our requests and provided crazy delicious menu options. Our tasting at her house was one of the most delicious brunch meals we've had. She worked with us on our budget, gave suggestions about meal options, and, in the end, we settled on a meal that was fresh, delicious, and fawned over by our guests. In fact, our photographers were gushing over the bacon roll-ups before they even shot our post-wedding pics. It was incredible food, the service was fantastic, and everything went beautifully on the day. Diane was even flexible enough to provide a vegetarian option for a family member who had severe dietary restrictions.
Recommend to anyone wanting something a little different and special for their wedding. We had a smaller group (about 70 people), but her team accommodated them beautifully. Best wedding food ever - really made the event.
When my partner and I set out to plan our wedding, one thing was really important to us: that it didn't turn in "one of those" weddings. The kind of wedding that grew out of contr...
ol and became about the "wedding" instead of us. We wanted something casual, outdoors, easy, and fun. We started with our food and let everything develop around that. With Lady Fingers, this was definitely the right way to go!
When we searched for vendors, we wanted someone who would make WHAT WE WANTED instead of the usual wedding buffet. We sent a list of the kinds of meals we would make for our friends if we were cooking for them.
Diane took our list and created a custom menu using the ingredients and flavors she saw on our list.
We needed a caterer willing to do a small party at a private residence outside.
Diane didn't bat an eye at our requests, and went out of her way to make sure that she and her staff were prepared for the event and all of its details.
We wanted a casual picnic brunch with a grown-up feeling.
Diane brought that vision to life better than I envisioned in my own mind.
We needed someone who could work with us from three time zones away.
Diane answered every email I sent and made time to talk to me on the phone at a time that worked for me.
From beginning the planning to the big day, I was able to rely on Diane and her staff to take care of every last detail. We got beautiful food that people are STILL talking about three weeks later. A professional staff were warm and attentive to us and our guests. They passed champagne for a toast during the (outdoor) ceremony at my request. They prepared and served the food and drinks with a smile.
SERVICE
five star, professional service, but approachable (not stuffy).
Diane visited our friend's house before the wedding to check out the kitchen set up and make sure she had all of her needed equipment
QUALITY
above average
food tasted homemade and fresh
VALUE
best value I've encountered for event planning!!!
One of my favorite memories of the day was walking down the "aisle" (the sidewalk to the tent) and seeing all of the Lady Fingers ladies standing on the porch watching us. They stayed there for the whole ceremony. Some even took pictures of the day. I felt so much joy from them being there that they really did make the day for me. The food and service was the last thing on my mind because I was so confident in the ladies from Lady Fingers.
(I'll also add, that never once did I feel any discomfort from Diane in the planning or from the service staff the day of in preparing or serving a same-sex wedding.)
