Natalie is absolutely amazing. I knew Natalie when I worked as a Banquet Event Manager and after seeing all the floral arrangements from all the weddings I worked, I knew that she would be the only one I'd want for my big day. I cried when Natalie walked into the Bridal Suite and showed me my bouquet. She took my vision to the next step and I was absolutely blown away by everything she did. Isaac and I cannot thank you enough!

I could not be happier with my wedding flowers. Natalie is incredibly talented. She took time to walk the venue, brainstorm concepts, and executed the most incredible display of flowers for my wedding day. The dahlias she used were the most incredible I’d ever seen, and she perfectly incorporated small touches of color to match the scenery (waterfront). My guests raved about her work. Natalie was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is so creative (I had almost no vision, I just put my full trust in her!) and so kind, and was able to create my dream flowers within my budget. I am so appreciative and could not recommend her enough.

Words cannot express how thankful I am that we had Natalie / Ladyslipper Designs on our special day! From start to finish she was professional, supportive and excited for us. The flowers and center pieces were absoutely breathtaking! Myself and my guests were blown away. She took my inspo and made it 20x better then I could ever imagined. Wow, we are so happy that we chose Natalie for our wedding flowers! She did a BEAUTIFUL job with our arrangements, bouquets, and boutonnieres. My bridal bouquet was even better than expected! Natalie was fantastic to work with, even when my husband and I had to postpone our wedding twice! She was completely understanding and always had a positive attitude. The floral arrangements for our wedding were stunning and were everything I had ever wanted for my wedding - the peonies were perfect and had such a beautiful fragrance. I'm actually posting here as the mother of the bride-my daughter and I initially met Natalie when we started planning her October 2020 wedding last winter after reading reviews of her work on The Knot. We were immediately impressed with her obvious skill, artistry and her warm personality. She had lots of examples to share, took lots of time to understand Shannon's goals for the essence of the wedding, and was very helpful and available. After meeting with her, we felt there was no need to look any further for a florist-we'd found the right one! When the pandemic subsequently hit and the wedding was postponed, Natalie could not have been more supportive and accommodating. She moved our dates to the following year (as we hoped for, she was available for the backup date) and contributed ideas for flowers for a family micro-wedding ceremony for my daughter and now son in law on their original date. Natalie provided gorgeous bouquets for my daughter and her 4 family attendants, boutonnieres for the groom and his 3 family attendants. a lovely floral cake topper and a pretty wristlet for me-the beauty and ORIGINALITY of the bouquets was just incredible. We found her prices to be extremely fair for the obvious quality of the flowers, greens and other components and the artistry that went into creating them. Though we opted to pick the flowers up that day, Natalie was willing to bring them to us in the neighboring state where my daughter and son in law were wed. They plan to hold a vow renewal and formal reception next fall (fingers crossed) and we all agree we can't wait to work with Natalie again and to see what gorgeous creations she has in store for the event. Natalie and her team are amazing. From the first meeting with had with her to the day-of, everything was perfect... and we had a COVID wedding! She knew my vision without me even knowing it, and delivered perfection from the bouquets to the boutonnieres to the centerpieces. I can not recommend her enough!

Natalie was a pleasure to work with. From the first phone call she was so thorough and really spent the time to get a good sense of who the bride and groom are and what we were thinking of for our wedding. Even when you may not know what you are looking for she offers excellent suggestions and has a great sense of what you may like. She really made our vision a reality. Words can’t capture how much we loved the flowers for the bouquets, boutonnieres and the ceremony aisle. The centerpieces were perfect and the sweetheart table was stunning! About 1 year out from our wedding we had 2 florist appointments scheduled in the Sturbridge area. Natalie was out first appointment, and after meeting with her my mom and I agreed we didn't need to go to the second appointment! Natalie understood my vision to a T, gave amazing recommendations (coming from someone who knows nothing about flowers, haha), and everything the day-of was absolutely perfect. I cannot say one bad thing about my experience. Thank you so much Natalie, you are the best!

Ladyslipper Designs was an excellent choice for our wedding. Natalie took our vision for our cozy, woodsy fall wedding and found a way to execute it perfectly and beautifully. She took care of every last detail and planned them all perfectly, from the boutonnières to the centerpieces to the flower crowns for our flower girls. We had a great experience with the team at Ladyslipper Designs for our recent wedding at GreatHorse. It only took one meeting with Natalie to discuss our vision and she delivered with the exact look we were dreaming of! The floral/lantern centerpieces, bouquets, gazebo swag and miscellaneous floral décor throughout were all stunning and so cohesive. Her experience working at our venue and with our other vendors was really helpful during the planning process and she was very professional and easy to work with.

Natalie was absolutely incredible! Her flowers were stunning and more than I could have ever imagined. I do not know much about flowers, so I showed her a couple photos I had liked and let her take the reins and she did not disappoint. She thought of every detail from bathroom floral pieces, to making sure the centerpieces were properly sized for each size table. You can see in all the small details just how much she loves and cares about all her clients and making sure there flowers are perfect for their special day. She was incredible to work with. She responded quickly and drove to meet with me closer to wear I lived so it was easier for me. Thank you so much Natalie!!

Natalie is a true artist. My bouquet, Church florals, and centerpieces were more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. We had a lovely in-person meeting, and I felt like she really listened and "got" the vision that I had. She did an amazing job putting together arrangements of mismatched vessels I wanted to use, and made everything come together like a dream. Natalie’s page here has 5 stars for a reason, she’s amazing! I don’t really know much about flowers or really what I wanted when it came to my wedding, so I let Natalie run the show. I showed her some inspiration pictures and gave her some colors I wanted. I could not have even imagined how blown away I was by the end result. Everything was carefully thought out and executed perfectly! She really knows what she’s doing. Besides her flower expertise, she’s an absolute pleasure to work with and is a complete sweetheart! Natalie and crew were fantastic! The flowers for my wedding were perfect and better than I could have imagined. It was amazing to see the venue transform with amazing arrangements. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and with unimaginable creativity!! They listened to all of our ideas and budget, and made our vision happen beautifully. Natalie was amazing to work with! She understood my vision before I did and helped me talk through all the various aspects of the wedding. She thought of things I didn't and was honest when she felt something I was envisioning either wouldn't look as I thought it would or was unnecessary, saving me money. I know these 5 star reviews seem to be everywhere when searching for wedding vendors, but let me tell you that Natalie would earn all 5 time and time again. She was my absolute favorite vendor to work with during planning. She was experienced, timely, flexible, and had a very positive attitude. My process with Natalie started with an in person meeting where she took notes and spoke with me about my vision. Our conversation was totally fluid and I talked about everything I wanted from my day and Natalie caught on to it all. Her experience makes her exceptional at quickly understanding visions and making sure to create exactly what the bride wants. She emphasizes that she wants what I want and will do whatever needed to make that happen! I also had the pleasure to meet her with my mom. My mom and I didn’t see eye to eye on everything and Natalie was able to suggest middle grounds and alternatives if they were not budget friendly. She constantly focused on making sure that I stayed true to both vision and budget. While she could have found every opportunity to let the costs creep, she kept me honest which is a total novelty in wedding planning. She also was very forthright with all the various areas of the budget. The day came and went and I can’t stop dreaming of my flowers. Natalie made it everything and more. She worked seamlessly with my venue and had no timing issues at all. I still can smell my drying bouquet from how fragrant the flowers were and I got married 20+ days ago now. The flowers were heavenly. Throughout the whole process, she was a breath of fresh air. She suggested seasonal flowers and was so knowledgeable about all things design. Her background in spacial planning definitely helps too! She is absolutely the best and you would be really lucky (and pleased!) to have a fantastic vendor like her.

We worked with Natalie for our wedding in August 2018. During our two in-person meetings, she listened to each request and assisted us in creating our dream flower arrangements within our budget. We asked for a “late summer wildflower” theme that used natural and local flowers. Natalie executed this better than I could have ever imagined. There were perfect. Natalie listened to what we had asked and helped guide us when we were unsure. I would highly recommend Lady Slipper Designs to anyone looking to work with a professional, kind, and thoughtful florist who creates beautiful flower arrangements!! Highly highly recommend!!! Natalie did a fantastic job designing our flowers and bringing my vision for our wedding to life. From our first meeting on she helped to shape what I wanted into gorgeous bouquets, greenery, and succulent centerpieces. Natalie came highly recommended to me and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone!

We reached out to Natalie for a florist quote for our wedding, and would unfortunately NOT recommend using her. Natalie took nearly 3 weeks to respond to our email, and we had to follow up with her multiple times. She said she was on vacation, however, we had already been in communication with her and she could have let us know that vacation was coming up and she wouldn't be responding for some time. Also, her prices were double what we ultimately paid to another florist.

Natalie was such a pleasure to work with! I was recommended to her by one of my best friends and I now know why. She far exceeded our expectations! I had a vision in mind for what I wanted in regards to flowers and she 100% understood. I really just trusted her to do her thing and she totally nailed it. The best part about working with Natalie is that she really makes you feel like you are the most important bride. You can feel the love she has for what she does, she is truly an artist and really helped complete my wedding vision. <3

Sadly my experience with Natalie was extremely disappointing. She was recommended by my venue, so I reached out and she provided me with an initial quote for everything I was looking for. It was super expensive, and when I told her our budget and asked if she could individually itemize the cost for everything I was looking for she basically responded and said she couldn’t fit within our budget ($1500). Her initial quote was about $2800. So I thought maybe we could eliminate some items to get closer to our budget. Natalie became unresponsive at this point, I had to follow up with her. She finally responded and still would not provide a breakdown of the total she gave me so that I could see where I could save on items. So I asked again, and after several days she responded and said she conveniently received a deposit for our date. I certainly will not be recommending her and will be happy to spread the news for her unwillingness to work with us just because we had a smaller budget. Stay away!

Natalie was incredible to work with. I can't express how grateful I am for how effortlessly she seemed to execute my vision. I went into my first appointment with her with an iPad filled with inspiration photos of what I liked. I didn't even know the names of the flowers, and she knew exactly what I meant. She took a few notes, and we exchanged a few emails a month or so before the big day. I had no idea how beautiful everything would be. From my hair flowers, to flower crowns on my flower girls to my cascading bouquet - everything was so beautiful. She also worked within my budget and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy on my wedding day. She was hands down one of my favorite vendors and you will NOT be disappointed if you choose her for your event! Thank you so much, Natalie!

I can't say enough good things about Natalie! From the first meeting, I trusted her vision. We got married at Old Sturbridge Village, and she came highly recommended. I'm so glad they did! I went to our first consultation, and she just started going off with "We'll just put them here, here, and here, and then we're done!" It was so much easier than I anticipated! She was so understanding of everything, and I appreciate that so much. I lost my dress last minute in the Alfred Angelo ordeal, and was extremely wary of other things falling through. She worked with my nervousness, got me information earlier than usual, and was just wonderful the entire way through. The flowers she delivered were nothing less than stunning. She exceeded expectations in every way.

We had our wedding in September at Old Sturbridge Village and Natalie came highly recommended to us--and am I glad she did!! From the moment I met her, she was thoughtful and planful as we met to discuss the floral arrangements. I could tell within the first few minutes that Natalie was truly passionate about her work and knowledgeable within the industry. When the day finally came and the arrangements were delivered, I was blown away. They were far more beautiful in hues of soft oranges, yellows, and reds for fall with beautiful greenery. She also incorporated a piece of my mother's veil into my bouquet at delivery. I highly recommend renting the arch, which she decorated beautifully as well for our outdoor ceremony. Natalie and Ladyslipper helped make my day beautiful and I highly recommend her.

My husband and I hired Natalie with Ladyslipper Designs for our wedding and we couldn't have been happier with her service. Working with Natalie was such an easy going process and it was really great working with someone so passionate about their work. My husband and I were married on July 28th, 2017. Natalie was amazing to work with and our floral arrangements were incredible. My now husband and I weren't really sure what we wanted we just had ideas of how we wanted them to look. We wanted something wild looking with lots of muted greenery, and white &purple flowers. We found some images online of colors and styles we liked and Natalie took this information and created absolutely stunning arrangements. Natalie did all of our centerpieces, bouquets, corsages, cake flowers and ceremony floral hangings. Everything was gorgeous!! I would also like to mention that my husband and I are from the west coast and Natalie was very accommodating with phone calls and skype sessions with the 3 hour time zone difference. Natalie was incredible! She made my (probably vaguely articulated) vision into a beautiful reality! Everything, from the bouquets, to the centerpieces, to the boutinieres, to the ceremony swag on the gazebo, was lush, romantic, and perfectly captured my vision for the day! Natalie was great to work with. We met in person to discuss my vision and she was very helpful with helping me understand what blooms were in season, what colors complemented each other and what would look good. All of her work exceeded my expectations and was well within our price range.

Natalie is an amazingly talented florist and a wonderful person to work with. I had a vision (perhaps too specific at times!) for everything at my wedding-- color palette, bouquets, centerpieces, floral arrangements, floral adornments on the cake, even specific flowers-- and Natalie made my vision a reality with masterful skill and passion. Natalie is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, and after our first meeting, I knew that I could 100% count on her to take care of all of my floral wishes for my special day. I offered initial thoughts, and she shared additional input and feedback based on her extensive expertise and experience and her specific knowledge of my venue (Old Sturbridge Village), the flowers of the season, and an immediate understanding of the vibe I was going for, often when I hadn't thought I had really been extremely clear in my verbal descriptions! I think the best example of Natalie's artistic skill, attention to detail, and overall talent was her ability to seamlessly work with my cake bakery to bring our Star Wars planet Endor vision alive. She chose beautiful flowers and greenery for various tiers of my cake, one of which featured Princess Leia and Han Solo toppers! It was absolutely perfect, and she was incredibly helpful in working with me to figure out how best to design the cake to fit this theme. She was also incredibly indulgent and patient with me as I set out my various asks and ideas! She also made a few additional special items including a beautiful floral crown and wand for my flower girl. They were absolutely perfect, and very unique. I wholeheartedly recommend Natalie and Ladyslipper Designs, and I am so grateful to her for the beautiful floral wonderland she created on my wedding day.

Natalie was very easy to work with, and took our ideas and made them a reality! Reasonable prices at a high customer service level! She travels and has lots of ideas to share, as well. Worth a phone call!

Ladyslipper Designs is one of the best out there! After meeting with her, we knew that she had to be our florist. She listened to our ideas and really made them come to life. Our flowers were so beautiful that people are still talking about them and everyone wanted to take a centerpiece home! Not only are her flower arraignments gorgeous but her customer service is exceptional. Her sister saved the day for our wedding and ran out to get 15 bags of marshmallows for us for our s'more table after we accidentally left them at home! Highly recommend her to anyone :)

Natalie did an incredible job with the flowers for my wedding, I could not have chosen a better florist! She completely understood my vision and executed it perfectly. She was so easy to work with and had a lot of great ideas. I was so pleased with how the bouquets, boutonnieres and centerpieces turned out. Let me start off by saying, Natalie is absolutely wonderful & truly an artist at her craft. It was a pleasure to work with her from start to finish throughout the entire wedding planning process. In first inquiring about a florist, out of several that I reached out too, Natalie was the one and only professional who understood my vision and knew just what I was looking for. In our first meeting together we discussed ideas, inspiration, venue & wedding details/timeline. Natalie was both professional & personable, and I left at ease knowing that I could be confident with her expertise & services. Natalie’s passion for her work was evident as she shared her process of a 4 AM drive to Boston farmer markets to pick the most fresh flowers possible (talk about dedication!) Natalie was available & responsive whenever I had a question or idea and was always able to offer valuable input. On the day of our wedding, Natalie came to the venue early, prepared and ready to go. On top of producing out of this world florals she orchestrated the entire design and set up of the ceremony including details of an intricate arch, escort card table & aisle décor. During the cocktail hour, she transformed the hall beautifully by arranging each guest table with our centerpieces, florals & votive candles. I had the opportunity to see her work prior to guests entering, and was absolutely blown away. I could not have possibly been more impressed with the gorgeous floral creations or more thrilled with Natalie’s work. With a March wedding & so little greenery to accompany our photos, Natalie’s bouquets added just the color and vibrance needed to make a big difference. It was quite a relief to leave my up most trust in such a wonderful vendor. Having Natalie as our florist was truly by far one of the best decisions of the day. Natalie was so wonderful to work with! When we met, I explained the style and colors palette that I was looking for and she was able to help me visualize it all coming together and provided many examples. She was very professional and flexible when I needed to make changes, always responsive to my messages. The flowers were delivered right on time the day of the wedding and the girls helped the groom and groomsman pin their boutonnieres and even got our flower dog, Lily, ready for her big reveal! All the flowers were perfect and were exactly what I was looking for; simple and classic. I would highly recommend Ladyslipper Designs to anyone!

I am disappointed to have to write this review. My husband and I were married November 11th at the Publick House in Sturbridge. We are not from that area so we relied on online reviews a lot. Ladyslipper had great reviews so we set up an initial consulatation. It went GREAT. Natalie seemed to know exactly what we wanted and was naming flowers I wanted without my having to say. I thought it was a perfect match. We went home, decided to go with Ladyslipper, and sent our deposit. It then became difficult to contact Natalie. Finally a month before the wedding she sent a bulleted list with an overview of what we had discussed. I made necessary corrections and paid her in full. The day of the wedding two women I had never met and didn't even know worked for Natalie showed up with flowers that I thought were for a different wedding. The specific flowers I thought we were getting weren't there and flowers I specifically did not want were. The centerpieces were incredibly small and, again, not exactly what we were looking for. I gave 3 stars because the day of the wedding went smoothly and I felt the price was reasonable. I thought maybe it was me and I would feel differently when I saw the flowers in the pictures, but we just got our photos and I'm still really disappointed. Natalie never contacted us before or after to see how everything went. We still had a wonderful day, but it was definitely a big disappoint to not have the flowers we wanted.

Natalie was amazing to work with for our 8/27/2016 wedding at Old Sturbridge Village. My mother and I truly enjoyed our first meeting with her and my husband understood why I had spoken so highly of her the instant he met her as well. Natalie demonstrates true care and concern about her work and is very accommodating. She was helpful in working within our budget and was honest about what would make a difference and what she felt we could do without. She is truly a designer and thinks very carefully about all elements of color scheme and theme. She was helpful in providing a small wooden table that she had when we were trying to decide what to use for an alter at our ceremony. She was incredibly thorough from day one and spent time understanding the look and feel of what we wanted for our wedding day. Her personalized service is remarkable and truly gives you the feeling as if you are her only customer. When our venue recommended Ladyslipper Designs we weren't sure what to expect, however, we soon realized how accomplished she is and the high quality of her work. Our bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, floral arrangements and centerpieces were amazing and we appreciated how she re-used certain elements from the ceremony/our bouquets for the reception. My mother loved the fact that she was careful to create a special design for her corsage (worn on her wrist) as mother of the bride. We received many compliments on our flowers, even days after the wedding. We were truly grateful to have worked with Ladyslipper Designs!

Natalie was amazing! She captured the vision I had for my flowers perfectly. I knew after our first meeting that she understood what I was looking for, and wasn't the least bit concerned that we didn't have a trial. She went above and beyond, and even made a floral sash for our guest of honor... the donkey! Would highly recommend Natalie!
