Hi, I'm Dave LaGrande, the musician behind LaGrande Music Services, based in Venice, FL. I provide elegant, personalized live piano and saxophone for weddings throughout Southwest Florida. Whether you're planning an intimate ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner reception, private estate celebration, or luxury wedding, my goal is to create a musical experience that perfectly complements your day.
With more than two decades as a professional pianist, saxophonist, composer, and arranger, I've had the privilege of performing in 49 U.S. states, internationally, and throughout the Caribbean. I spent more than a decade touring with the platinum-selling band Sister Hazel and have also performed with artists including John Berry and Heidi Newfield. My career has included appearances on the Grand Ole Opry, NBC's Today Show, ABC's Nashville, and The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson. Today, I bring that same level of professionalism, musicianship, and preparation to every wedding and special event.
Every wedding begins with a conversation about your vision, musical preferences, and timeline. Whether you're looking for an elegant piano during your ceremony, a sophisticated saxophone for cocktail hour, refined dinner music, or a combination of both, every performance is thoughtfully tailored to your celebration. Custom song requests are always welcome, with the goal of enhancing the atmosphere while allowing every meaningful moment to shine.
While I specialize in solo performances, I also collaborate with a select group of exceptional vocalists and musicians for couples seeking duo performances or larger ensembles.
LaGrande Music Services proudly serves Sarasota, Venice, Wellen Park, Englewood, North Port, Punta Gorda, Boca Grande, Longboat Key, Siesta Key, Fort Myers, Sanibel, Bonita Springs, Naples, and surrounding Southwest Florida communities. Travel throughout Florida is also available for destination weddings.

For more than two decades, I've had the privilege of making music professionally—from national concert stages and television appearances to intimate wedding celebrations. Today, my passion is creating elegant, memorable musical experiences for couples throughout Southwest Florida.
Whether performing live piano for a ceremony, sophisticated saxophone during cocktail hour, or providing the perfect atmosphere throughout dinner, my goal is simple: to complement your wedding with music that enhances the moment without ever overwhelming it.
My career has included touring across the United States and internationally as a pianist and saxophonist, including more than a decade with the platinum-selling band Sister Hazel. I've also appeared on the Grand Ole Opry, NBC's Today Show, Craig Ferguson, and ABC's Nashville, while continuing to work as a composer and arranger for film, television, and educational productions.
