Laine London - Wedding Dress Rentals

Everything about my shopping experience here was PERFECT, and if you know me, it takes A LOT for me to say that something was perfect. First, let’s start with the fact that this boutique is #blackowned #womanowned and carry nothing but HIGH-end, trendy quality gowns. Second, the experience here is like no other. I went to three different boutiques before finding this location (thanks to my makeup artist), which was hands down the best. PRIVATE boutique shopping experience! The co-owner, Tiffany, was very attentive, studied my Pinterest board, picked out 3 gowns, and had the champagne on ice BEFORE I arrived. Yes, I said champagne! Before I said yes, my bridesmaid and I were dancing in the mirror to #Beyonce’s greatest hits, having the time of our lives in this beautiful boutique cheering to “hopefully” finding THE dress. And yes, I said Beyoncé. When you book your appointment here, they ask you who you want to listen to during your shopping experience, and of course, I said Beyonce, and that just made my little day brighter. What made it extra special was the fact that I was in THE dress the moment my most favorite song came on. That’s when I KNEW it was the one! And it’s the most beautiful and magical gown that I’ve ever tried on. It makes me so so so happy to say this. BIG Thanks to Tiffany. She went over and above for me to have a luxurious experience. She even steamed my white dresses that I was wearing for me to take a picture with the “I said yes” sign. It got wrinkled from all the dress shopping and dancing around today. Thank you Laine London!!! I said YES to my dress, my veil, my earrings, and my headpiece! Today…. was…. perfect…

I had a wonderful experience at Laine London today. I arrived feeling a little worn down from all of the obstacles thrown our way by Covid-19, and left feeling hopeful again. Tiffany was so personable and took time to listen and learn what my likes/dislikes and comforts/discomforts are. There was not a dress she picked out that I said no to and all six I tried on could have worked. Our wedding is only a few weeks away and Tiffany made me feel at peace about getting alterations done in time. Even apart from my personal experience, I just think it's awesome to have a store that rents elegant wedding dresses and accessories! Oh, and yes, we both wore masks!

I can't brag enough about Laine London. I learned about the rental and buy back program during our first meeting at a Bridal Show. I was looking for a second dress for my reception but I fell in love with a Justin Alexander dress that I saw online. I decided to give Laine London a try. They worked with me to get a sample dress to try on. The dress exceeded my expectations and I ended up using it for the ceremony. I absolutely LOVE the options, service and the dress! I thought of keeping the dress but it is not the sensible thing to do. The dress is meant to be worn and admire at weddings. I hope that other brides are able to enjoy it.
