Taken from the Haitian Creole language, lakay translates to “home” in English. Since moving to the United States, Dave has made it his mission to bring the cultural experiences and tastes of his home to his community. Whether you’re hosting a sun-soaked brunch, a refreshing luncheon, an intimate dinner, or anything in between, this caterer is happy to help.
Lakay Cuisine’s menu is curated to incorporate the vibrant flavors of each season. Executive Chef Dave specializes in crafting delectable entrées, including Caribbean classics like jerk chicken, conch stew, and oxtails. To accompany your main meal, sides such as black mushroom rice, plantains, and mac au gratin are available. Depending on the size of your guest list, Dave can prepare your order in half-pan or full-pan portions.
