About this vendor
The Lake Banoe Lavender Farm (formerly The Island on Lake Banoe) is a new, one-of-a-kind, wedding and event venue on a secluded family lavender farm just outside of Hot Springs, Arkansas.
Fields of lavender grow on the shores of picturesque Lake Banoe which is surrounded by 20 beautifully landscaped acres, a perfect backdrop for breathtaking wedding photos. Guests can enjoy the fragrance of lavender while enjoying the view of the water and Lake Banoe Fountain as it shoots water up to 100 feet in the air and creates a beautiful, peaceful ambience
The venue offers two unique event locations: The Pavillion and The Play Pen.
1) The Pavilion is a 36x50-foot open air setting with clear cloud-top roofing panels providing a beautiful view of the lake. The Pavilion has the feel of an outdoor event and is away from the afternoon sun. This space accommodates up to 120 wedding guests and up to 85 for a full sit-down dinner or reception with a dance floor.
2) The Play Pen offers a rustic outdoor barn-style backdrop with a beautiful view of Lake Banoe in the background. The Play Pen accommodates up to 60 wedding guests outside or up to 50 guests inside.
The first floor of the family farmhouse is the perfect location for the bride and her party to dress while the groom and his party can use The Wood Shop. After the event, guests can enjoy sipping cocktails at the charming Boat Dock Bar floating on Lake Banoe.
Couples can also spend up to three nights in the spacious lake side Wedding Villa in a plush king-size bed along with a full bathroom and small kitchenette. The front door opens to the shore of tranquil Lake Banoe.

Warning! Only giving 1 star because you can’t give NONE! This is where to lose money folks! All went well until we saw what he REALLY HAS! We got taken on this venue! Place is a me...
ss, mud pit parking, run down, disgusting and dilapidated “bridal and grooms quarters,” owner represented something he does not have in online pictures. Said when he fixed it up he would send more pics to us, that never happened! Looks NOTHING like the website says! Took our deposit and upon visit we discovered he was repairing what someone previously fell through the weekend before according to another visitor post, and the owner Dennis Nooner, even ADMITTED he shouldn’t have shown the property in such a mess! My Entire family was in shock, who saw the venue also! None of us could believe what he was charging for the mess he had!
We asked for our $1000 deposit back twice and he Still wouldn’t give it back fully knowing and admitting his place is in shambles. He just ignores us now that he got our money and we cancelled our wedding here! Save ur time and money and look elsewhere! This is not the venue or kind of people you want to deal with! And to you Denny, I hope you enjoy every hard earned cent you stole from us!
Sincerely,
US ARMY GREEN BERET VETERAN AND NURSE FIANCE!
We got married last month at the Island at Lake Banoe and had an absolutely amazing overall experience. The venue itself is very unique and beautiful. We knew we had found the ri...
ght place the moment we visited. We had our ceremony on the lawn by the lake and then our reception on the covered pavilion overlooking the water. Our guests have told us over and over how much they enjoyed the scenic views and the overall vibe of the rustic yet beautiful venue. If you choose to get photos done on site, there are many unique backgrounds for your photographer to get creative and capture some great shots. The Owner (Denny) was also an absolute joy to work with throughout the entire process. It was clear from the moment we met on our initial visit that his number 1 priority was to do everything in his power to make sure we had the Best Day Ever.
We could not have been happier with our decision to get married at The Island at Lake Banoe and would highly recommend anyone considering this venue for their big day to take the time to visit with Denny and see for yourself the endless possibilities this place has to offer.
Great place for a ceremony as a photographer. Lot's of variety for backdrops to capture great shots. Easy to work with and super unique vibe to make it one of a kind.
Loved this venue! The lakeside view is gorgeous! Along with the fountain and outdoor pavilion, there are many great settings for your wedding and pictures. Denni was super helpful ...
