Lake Forest Florist did such an AMAZING job for my wedding day! Eileen brought my vision to life in every way possible and was so nice, thoughtful and professional throughout the whole wedding process. She was quick to adapt to my changes and made the process so easy! Definitely would highly recommend them to anyone I know!

Eileen, with Lake Forest Flowers created the MOST BEAUTIFUL flower arrangements for my daughter's wedding! The Armour House is a gorgeous venue and has many areas where the choice of flowers can turn the venue into a "magical place!" Eileen took our vision for my daughter's wedding and exceeded our expectations in every way. Eileen is the most talented floral designer! We had many changes along the way with our vision of what we had hoped for the venue to look like... and when the day arrived, it took my breath away and I was in tears and full of such joy! Your daughter's wedding is such a very special day, you just want everything to be perfect and lovely. Eileen gave us just that! The flowers were spectacular! I will always be so very grateful for the time and love that Eileen and her incredible team put into my daughter's wedding day.

Eileen and her team did a beautiful job with our wedding florals. I loved working with Eileen from Lake Forest Flowers! From our first meeting, I knew that she really was listening to my vision. She always kept our budget in mind and was very flexible. She answered my emails and any questions that I had. She was very flexible when planning meetings or phone calls, as I lived out of town. I really wanted to make the staircase a statement piece at our venue and Eileen made it look perfect. She even worked with some of the props that we had bought for the decor. Eileen at Lake Forest Flowers was an absolute dream to work with for our winter micro-wedding during the pandemic. I highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding, and for florist needs for any occasion! Her floral arrangements for our wedding were so unbelievably gorgeous and aesthetically stunning, that our family said it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to before, and we agree! Some said the room was so beautiful that they wanted to move in and never leave. Eileen took a plain banquet room and turned it into what people told us was a magical winter wonderland, and we agree. The room had a fireplace, and Eileen transformed it with the most beautiful and artistical arrangement of flowers, greenery, and candles of varying heights - it became a showstopper of a backdrop for our ceremony and family portraits. Our bouquets, boutonnières, and corsages were so artful and made with such care. Eileen inquired about heirlooms and offered to incorporate my Grandma's white lace handkerchief as a wrap around the satin ribbon around the stems of my bouquet, and she pinned into the front of my bouquet some garter pins my Mom gave me for something olde, new, borrowed and blue (because my dress was too fitted to wear a garter). She is such a thoughtful and kind person, that she really understand the human emotions and how flowers help strengthen our family traditions. I instantly liked Eileen from our first meeting, which was Zoom, due to the pandemic. Eileen also shared with us more of her plans when we went to Lake Forest Flowers to drop off a check. Eileen is very reassuring, friendly and calm, which was so helpful planning a wedding during the pandemic. She even stayed with us when we had to move our wedding from Lake Forest, IL to Lake Geneva, WI about 70 miles away! Eileen also created stunning guest and head table floral arrangements and candles, as well as for the bar, s'mores station, and even candles and flowers for outdoor igloos. The room where we had our wedding and reception smelled heavenly of roses and eucalyptus. Eileen delivered on exactly everything she said she would for design and installation - my husband and our family agree she hit it out of the park. The flowers were a key part of our design, and she was a key reason why our wedding is the best day of my life. I will always remember how beautiful the room looked and felt with her flowers and candles. I will go to Lake Forest Flowers for other occasions for sure!

I needed a bridal bouquet for our backyard wedding during COVID. Eileen at Lake Forest Flowers was able to provide be a beautiful bouquet at a good price. We had a quick phone call about what I was looking for and she created the perfect bouquet. Would definitely recommend!

Eileen was such a joy to work with throughout the entire planning process! From our first meeting to the day of, I couldn’t have asked for a better florist to work with. Her and her team put together a wedding vision I didn’t even know I wanted. Coming in to the whole process, I had no idea what flowers, what style, or what theme I was even visioning. Eileen was so patient with me and guided me through it all, asking the right questions and making me consider things I never would have even thought of. I trusted her entirely and I have no regrets! She even went out of her way to work with my church and my event coordinator at my hotel reception without putting me in the middle to have to worry about it. It was hard to find a florist that would deliver and set up in Waukegan and in Glenview so the fact that they were able to do that for me was a huge plus. She made that whole year as stress-free as possible. By the time we finalized everything, I had no doubts that everything would not only look perfect, but go smoothly- and it did! Eileen is fantastic and was totally game to design some less traditional arrangements for my wedding. It's not often you find a florist who is totally game to do wedding florals that involve bare winter branches. She was able to take my ideas and transform them into real life, budget-friendly designs, in addition to giving me some amazing alternate ideas I would never have thought of. I found this little shop on the knot and I am very happy I stopped in. I had a couple ideas of what I wanted but Eileen went above and beyond to find the perfect arrangements. She was able to work within our budget and was very patient with my indecisiveness. Every time I had a question, she was very quick to respond to me. My husband and I recently got married in November, 2018. Like any engaged couple, we had done plenty of research for all of our vendors. When I came across Lake Forest Flowers I just simply had a really good feeling about it. I liked the fact it was a local and friendly company that seemed to truly care about their clients. When we met Eileen we immediately KNEW this was the place for us. Eileen was so attentive, enthusiastic, and genuinely happy for us to get married. I had a vision for our wedding flowers but wasn't exactly sure how to express everything. Eileen knew exactly what to ask and guided us in the perfect direction. I trusted her ENTIRELY and I knew that this was one vendor I absolutely did not have to worry about for the wedding - which is a really great feeling. And Eileen created the most beautiful wedding arch that we repurposed for the ceremony and reception. She is a true professional in every way but more than that, she was a caring and an entrusted friend on our wedding journey. My daughter and I went to Eileen for a consultation and estimate before my daughter’s wedding on September 1, 2018. Thank you to John Looby and Eileen Weber at Lake Forest Flowers for the spectacular white with greenery floral arrangement for my daughter's wedding at the Union League Club of Chicago. The low arrangements glowed with beautiful fairy lights. The tall arrangements burst with white orchids while the water-filled glass cylinders magically illuminated orchids within. Every detail from the bouquets to the long floral garland on the bridal table fulfilled the bride's vision. The highest level of professionalism was apparent throughout the entire planning process and right to the end of the event. I most highly recommend Lake Forest Flowers !!

Eileen and Lake Forest Flowers did an incredible job creating the floral theme and setting it all up for my wedding at the Armour House. I met with Eileen a year in advance, and we remained in contact as the months went by to create a proposal we were all excited about. She did not get frustrated with me when my ideas and opinions kept changing, and I greatly appreciated that! She also kept the proposals within our budget, and did not pressure us to increase it in any way. The florals at my wedding were to die for. She took every one of my suggestions into consideration, and made it all flow together so perfectly. Our wedding guests complimented the arrangements and bouquets which shows it did not go unnoticed! As someone who knows close to nothing about flowers, but still blissfully loves them and wanted to have gorgeous flowers for her wedding, I am so lucky that my mother in law recommended I work with Eileen at Lake Forest Flowers! A quick look at their website, Facebook page, or Instagram will show you what I can’t in words—Eileen’s arrangements are thoughtful, beautiful, unique, and timeless! What I can tell you beyond the photos is that Eileen really cares about the vision you have for your wedding. She was patient and helpful during our in-person floral meeting and able to imagine the things I had in mind despite my not knowing the words for anything. She also kept my husband’s preferences in mind despite his being a typical guy just trying to avoid any frou-frouness. :-P Budget was an important point for us and Eileen made every cost very clear in her floral proposal, adjusting and readjusting as we decided against certain points while adding others later. She allowed additional flexibility with my mother in law and her friend kindly opting to deliver and set up flowers on the actual wedding day. Our desired look in the end was very simple with white and soft pink flowers and lots of greenery. We had lantern centerpieces for our tables with greenery and flowers instead of large floral arrangements. Everything was beautiful and unified across her every creation. We also had baby’s breath for my hair and bridesmaids’ hair which everyone loved. Also, I requested to have eucalyptus throughout everything, which she truly honored, and I think this added a wonderful soft fragrance to the entire day! Also, I was able to have peonies in my bouquet which are my FAVORITE but not at all in season! In the end, Eileen made a potentially stressful part of wedding planning SO easy and rewarding. She is such a talented and kind florist who will truly help to make your wedding as beautiful as you could dream. We are so lucky to have worked with her!

Immediately after meeting Eileen, we knew there was no need to look any further for a wedding florist. She was so friendly and professional and assured us that she could work within our style and budget. I showed her my Pinterest board and she literally brought it to life! Our style was a bit less traditional- going for a softer more natural feel with our flowers - and Elileen immediately was on the same page with us. As the wedding approached, Eileen was always willing to make adjustments, as there were a couple of last minute changes to our order. She was so flexible and easy to work with. I never once stressed about the flowers for my wedding. Lake forest flowers delivered beautiful bouquets, boutonnières, center pieces and other decorative arrangements. The flowers the Eileen provided for my wedding day were incredible! I loved working with her so much. She was very prompt with her responses. I gave her some ideas of what I liked, and because I trusted her so much, I asked that she do what she thinks is best. It was a relief not to have to worry about one aspect of my wedding.

We sent her multiple pictures from Pinterest to give her an idea of our vision and our bouquets turned out so beautiful! They were a little bit smaller than I imagined, but they still looked great. Lake Forest flowers did the flowers for my sister's wedding and they were stunning, so I decided to meet with them when I was planning my wedding. Eileen from Lake Forest Flowers was amazing! When I went in for my consultation, I did not have much of a vision for my wedding, but Eileen helped me to figure out what I wanted when it came to flowers. She also was extremely helpful with everything that goes on the tables. The vases that Eileen found for my flowers were gorgeous! She also found beautiful votive candle holders. I was blown away by the bridal bouquet and bridesmaids bouquets. The groomsmen's and groom's boutonnieres were very unique and elegant. Eileen had every detail down to a tee, and she was amazing to work with. I would recommend Lake Forest Flowers to any other bride to be.

I worked with Eileen and John from the get-go on my wedding. Some of my favorite flowers were out of season and I new would be expensive. They were able to get them for me without a question. We created 3 different floral designs for the tent and all were stunning. We were even able to rent silver charger plates, silver candelabras, beaded votive candles, and ivory satin table cloths to complete our look. Not only were the flowers beautiful, but they were fresh! Some of my guests commented that the centerpieces lasted 2 weeks! They were able to accomodate my budget as well as many of my friends that were smaller. You know when you work with them that all details will be accounted for and they are the ones setting up - not sending some random crew. I encourage you to stop in and see the floral books they have of their work or on their facebook page. For 32 tables, and 8 bridesmaids + church decor, I feel that I received great value and everyone keeps talking about it!
