Lake Lawn Resort & Calladora Spa

t the staff at Lake Lawn Resort is comprised of some of the most professional, quick-thinking, and compassionate people we've ever come across. Not only were they terrific in getting medical personnel on site as quickly as possible and making sure he was in good hands on his way to the hospital, but once my sister-in-law collected herself and realized she was a bit too tipsy to drive and be with him, the resort's DIRECTOR OF FINANCE volunteered to take her. I'm an accountant. This is not in the job description. His generosity still makes me tear up. Perhaps the most reassuring thing, though, was having the resort's event manager, Jaci, at our side throughout. We'd grown to trust Jaci because of her responsiveness, transparency, bubbly demeanor, and attention to detail, but I can't stress enough how much easier it was to think clearly and act decisively with her around. I just felt in my gut that with Jaci in charge, my brother was going to be ok, and it freed me and my future husband to spend our time comforting the people who really needed it: my mom, my sister-in-law, and above all my niece, the 12-year-old girl who had just had the scare of a lifetime. The reception got back on track. The space was beautiful, the food was excellent, and the dance floor was packed all night. Most importantly, my brother was back to his old self by the next morning. Did I mention that the ceremony was lovely as well? We had the reception in the Lake Lawn Room, but the ceremony itself was out on the Enchanted Shore (with about 105 guests present). It was a bit chilly, but we worked out a plan with Jaci to keep our guests comfortable, and it was sooooo worth it. Just a gorgeous place to tie the knot. One last thing to consider: try booking the Lake House on the property if you want to entertain guests the night before or the morning after. We had a Friday night party and Sunday beer/mimosas, and having everything in the Lake House made for a great time without needlessly complicating things. Bottom line: this place and these people are fantastic. And if you get Jaci as your event manager, you've hit the jackpot.

ation and expertise was impeccable. She was flexible willing to make my every whim happen. Our guests got great deals on their rooms with the block. The bridesmaids and the moms did manicures and pedicures at the Calladora Spa and had a great time. I received the best manicure I have ever gotten from the Calladora Spa, absolute perfection. Pam led our rehearsal and was very helpful for our officiant who was doing his first wedding. Lake Lawn had a beautiful fall display we did all of our photos in front of. The bridal suite had two bathrooms which was perfect for my bridal party to have their hair and makeup done in. Lake Lawn delivered gift bags we made to all of the guests. We did the Gold Package and had planned on the Enchanted Shore for the ceremony and the terrace for cocktail hour. The weather was, unfortunately, very iffy and we were able to move everything indoors just in time. Our ceremony started fifteen minutes late but everybody made it to where they were supposed to be. We did not have a DJ and were able to work with the on sight audio specialists to bring in speakers and they even rushed to our aid when we couldn't get our music to play. The best thing about Lake Lawn was, for sure, the food. Rarely do people walk away from a wedding talking about the food but the parmesan crusted chicken and filet were absolutely on point. Guests made many mentions to us about how amazing everything was. I loved that this venue could be dressed up our dressed down depending on the wedding you wanted. You could spend alot of money or a little money depending on the package you go for. It had gorgeous lake views without the crowding that Lake Geneva has. I would have my wedding all over again, at Lake Lawn, if I could. If you have the chance to get married here, just do it.

Looking back on our day and seeing some of our photos, I have zero doubts in my mind on why we picked Lake Lawn for our ceremony and reception. They were fantastic!!

Pam went above and beyond answering countless emails, organizing our rehearsal dinner, welcome bonfire, wedding ceremony AND reception all flawlessly. We have had people reaching out non stop since our day complimenting on how beautiful it turned out and how incredible the food was. We owe it all to LLR! I can truly say there was not one moment where we felt ANY stress. We are so beyond happy with how our day turned out and wished we could redo it the exact same way every single year. Thank you thank you thank you Lake Lawn.

nd the reception in one place was KEY for us and our guests. Not only did we save money on transportation, it was so much less stressful day of! Plus there are so many amazing spots to choose from at the resort. Pam was incredibly helpful and a great support through out the process and so kind and sweet to work with! She even got our littles down the aisle when they were nervous! Cocktail hour was a blast and the food was great!! I cannot recommend this spot enough and we cannot wait to go back and celebrate anniversaries!

barbecue location change due to a flash rainstorm. At the end of the day, we had the perfect event with everything coming together seamlessly. The lakeside ceremony location was so beautiful and peaceful - even in the middle of the resort it felt like a space just for us. The reception was the perfect mix of great food, a gorgeous space, and dancing until we couldn't stand. Everyone from the front desk working with a lot of out of town guests with unique needs and last minute requests to the spa to the event staff moving tables and chairs on short notice to the bartenders dealing with our rowdy families and friends, everyone at Lake Lawn was warm and helpful throughout the weekend. The one constant through the process was our Lake Lawn event coordinator Jaci. She was so accommodating to us, both sets of parents, and all of our guests with unique situations. She had such a clear handle on what we wanted our weekend because she took so much time getting to know us at the start of the process and learn our likes and dislikes to anticipate our questions before we asked them. Not that we ever need to plan another wedding but if we had to, Lake Lawn would be the only place we would want to do it.

She has a gift for what she does and made us feel like we were the only ones she was working with. She walked us through the whole process and was so responsive and professional. Our reception was at the Geneva Club, which had floor length windows and even having the weather safety of a indoor reception room, ac and build in bar and fireplace, it still gave us a very nice view of the lake, sky and garden. Jaclyn, our Event Manager, took all the requests and walked us through all the steps of our event, giving us the safety that everything would happened as planned and so it was. Their professionalism made everything run smoothly, stress free and beautiful.

On the day of the wedding the staff at Lake Lawn made everything (and I mean everything) easy and seamless! e our 150+ guests. It was so nice to have everything in one spot, and it made coordination a breeze. When we booked Lake Lawn, they made our wedding planning process so easy by giving us with a huge list of their preferred vendors. We're from out of town (Chicago), so having that preferred vendors list saved me a ton of time and a ton of searching to find vendors in the area. And the vendors we did choose were stellar! Speaking of coordination, Lake Lawn provided us with a wedding specialist, Pam Linker. She was AMAZING to work with! Very patient and timely in answering our questions (and trust me when I say we had a TON), and she provided us with some suggestions of what other couples had done at the resort in the past. She was with us through everything including the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception, and her calming presence was a huge component of why our wedding day was absolutely perfect. I felt a lot better knowing that she was there to handle any last-minute issues and questions so I could focus on the day ahead. We love you, Pam!! The food and catering staff is wonderful as well! We had quite a few guests with dietary restrictions (gluten-free, dairy-free, both gluten- and dairy-free, and vegan), and the catering staff was able to accommodate them all. The servers at the reception itself were mindful of these restrictions as well and followed our tags to the letter. Our guests were thrilled, and they keep telling us how delicious the food was! Overall, our experience with Lake Lawn Resort for our wedding was extremely positive, and if I could give them 10 stars I would! If you're looking for a wedding venue that has everything in one spot, a wedding specialist who's an absolute rockstar, and food that your guests will devour, look no further than Lake Lawn. Last note: For those of you in Chicago, Lake Lawn is about a 90-minute drive from the city. A lot of our guests were from Chicago as well, and they were able to make the drive easily after work for our 5:00 ceremony on a Friday. Just one more bonus of Lake Lawn!

Our guests raved about the location - it was wonderful to have the lawn and the lake as a backdrop, and we had nice enough weather that many guests stood outside the tent to chat with other guests and take in the beautiful evening. We also had guests rave about the food! Lake Lawn's recommended DJ, photography, bakery, and floral vendors also ended up being amazing all the way around for us. As someone who grew up in Delavan but now lives in Ohio, what a treat it was to celebrate our marriage at Lake Lawn, which so perfectly showcased/showed off my hometown to the many out-of-town guests we had, and helped remind the in-town guests how grateful they are to live where they do! Thank you, Pam and the team at Lake Lawn for making our wedding perfectly US! We can't wait to keep coming back to Lake Lawn for years to come and reminiscing on our perfect wedding night there! If you're looking to get married in the Delavan/Lake Geneva area, can't recommend Lake Lawn enough!

th the planning process. From the contract to the food tasting, to the guest list and every question or doubt I had- she was on top of it and extremely efficient and got back to me right away. We planned to have our reception outside and when it started raining during the cocktail hour she worked her magic and moved everything inside, even upgraded our area to accommodate my guests. I showed up after the ceremony not knowing what to expect because of the rain and it was all done and set up. I got so many compliments on the food, the decor, the music, everything! We were happy Jaci talked us into keeping it inside because otherwise I think people would have left early. Everyone had a great time, the dance floor was packed all night and it was the perfect night. Super satisfied with Jaclyn and Lake Lawn!

. She was incredibly organized and a great communicator. She paid attention to every small detail, from making sure the guests had water at the ceremony to having the fire pits lit by the lake so our guests could roast s’mores at the end of the night. Jaci took all the stress out of the day, and we are so thankful we had the chance to work with her! Jaci helped us plan a full weekend of events for our friends and family. We started the weekend with Welcome Cocktails at the Courtyard Garden. Then, we had our ceremony at Promise Point and the reception was held outside on the lawn overlooking the lake. The food for our event was AMAZING! Tacos, BBQ, Mac N Cheese Bar…. the list goes on...our guests are still telling us it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding! To end the night, our guests danced the night away under string lights in front of the lake. It was a night we will never forget!

BREEZE to work with through our postponement. We heard horror stories about brides losing money on contracts, or being charged more at other venues in Illinois and Wisconsin. But Lake Lawn was the complete opposite. They graciously helped us find a new wedding date, and honored their original 2018 pricing, even in 2021. We also had a switch in coordinators throughout the process, and Pam (our new coordinator) made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. We truly enjoyed working with Pam and the day of she was beyond amazing, making sure every detail was perfect. If you get Pam, know that you are in amazing hands! She is very experienced, hardworking, and all around a great person. Lake Lawn also updated and remodeled the wedding reception rooms during COVID. They are gorgeous looking! New carpet and other updates make the reception rooms even better than they were before. If you haven't seen them yet, you must go! We truly loved having our wedding here, and felt that everything we asked for and wanted became reality!

I had a vision and it all came together because of her! I could not recommend this venue & jaci as a wedding coordinator enough! I am so incredibly happy with how everything turned out! ave an indoor wedding (we used the Wisconsin room which made for a beautiful view of the lake). This change was heartbreaking but Jaci (catering manager) and Robert came through with last minute changes to make our indoor ceremony magical (e.g. adjusted cocktail hour backup room, accommodated the request for the upgraded chairs used for the indoor ceremony). They were both present during the ceremony to provide instruction to the wedding party. I also felt that Jaci advocated for me (the bride) and what I wanted when others voiced opinions on how to do things. The reception was also perfect. Jaci was so accommodating in last minute changes (I had to reduce the table count and add/remove guests in the final hour). The food was amazing! We had several guests say this was the best food they ever had at a wedding. Our guests also loved the property. I would recommend Lake Lawn over and over again.

something about Lake Lawn that captures your heart. We have been taking our kids there since they were little, so was not surprised that Lake Lawn Resort was her venue choice. First, and most importantly, is the venue contact/coordinator. We worked with Jaci. She is phenomenal to work with. As a first time MOB, she was so informative, no matter how silly my questions were. She is professional, yet your friend. She kept my daughter on track every step of the way through the final couple of months. The rest of the staff at the resort were wonderful...from the golf shop to the kitchen/serving staff to the spa staff. We had a Thursday night welcome bonfire with s'mores and a bar. Friday was a men's golf outing on-site at Majestic Oaks (while the girls went to Popeye's in Lake Geneva). Our rehearsal dinner/after rehearsal dinner party was off-site but even then, the staff was wonderful ensuring guests were routed to the bus I had hired to make multiple trips. We all used the Calladora Spa for various services and were so pleased with our experience. Our ceremony was on the lake at Enchanted Shores. We chose not to have any arches, etc. and simply used the lake as the background. Breathtaking! Our cocktail hour was at the Lakeview Terrace with the reception in Queens Table/Lake Lawn Room, all of them overlook the lake. The food was also very good. If I had to do it over again, I would not change a thing! It was a bride's dream wedding!

r a tour/wedding consultation. Our coordinator had ended her employment when COVID began, and Jacqui picked us up very quickly. Jacqui was amazing in every way possible. She ensured that all of our wants and needs were met, down the very small details. When the rehearsal day arrived, I pulled up in my truck, and Jacqui took all of the decorations and set EVERYTHING up for us, just how we had imagined. Our wedding day came and went so fast. The day flew by but Jacqui and her team ensured that everything went perfectly, which it did, absolutely perfect. I really can’t give enough praise or credit to the venue, our coordinator, even the wait/bar staff. If you’re looking for an amazing venue, and for your day to be everything you imagined, lake lawn is the venue! Hands down!

She answered all of my million questions, she was on top of all of my changes, she was definitely our go to girl and made everything run so smoothly the day of the wedding. I cannot say enough great things about Jaci. We also had our rehearsal dinner at LLR and for both the rehearsal dinner and reception dinner, the food was outstanding! We had guests say that it was the best wedding food they'd ever have! LLR also recently updated their whole event spaces with new flooring, carpet, paint, light fixtures, chairs, etc. and it is SO beautiful! If you're thinking about having your wedding at Lake Lawn Resort, you HAVE to go in for a tour. It was one of the best days of our lives and I'm so grateful we chose to have our wedding at Lake Lawn Resort!

Lake Lawn Resort, and specifically Jaclyn, were absolutely amazing to work with! They were so flexible and accommodating as the wedding drew near and travel quarantine orders were being put in place (we are from Chicago). We ended up changing the location from indoors to outdoors, cancelling the sit-down dinner and instead offering lots of appetizers and an extended bar, and it worked out perfectly! The setting was absolutely gorgeous right on the lake and our guests (which went from 370 to 130) had the greatest time. Jaclyn made sure everything was flawless and her attitude, responsiveness, and professionalism took so much stress off our backs. All the staff at Lake Lawn have excellent customer service and were so kind. I would absolutely recommend Lake Lawn Resort to any couple looking for a venue, and if you get the chance to work with Jaclyn, you will not be disappointed!

o say about these two. Jaci was so responsive, answered all questions I had, and settled all anxiety about everything coming together throughout the almost two year planning time. The wedding reception itself was so beautiful and she set everything up better than I could have imagined. The day ran so smoothly and I was completely stress free and able to be in the moment. The FOOD was to die for. Every one of our guests complimented the food, especially the steak. The late night pizza was a major hit. We were able to have activities planned on Friday and Sunday of the weekend for guests. The convenience of the hotel rooms on site cannot be overstated. I would do it over a thousand times if I could! We LOVE lake lawn.

t trial was! I contacted Christine immediately after being in my friends wedding, and she was so great! She was quick with her responses, got me all of the information I asked for, and booked us for hair and makeup with no problem! I also ended up booking here for our manicures, where Christine was yet again, incredible! I could not find a place that could get all of us in, and ended up contacting Christine only a week or so before my wedding. Somehow she managed to fit us in, and I was thrilled! When it came time to have the services done, the experience was still great. The girls wasted no time getting us started, and even wrapped up all of the services before the estimated time. Everything turned out perfectly, and the girls all looked great! I am so happy with my experience here, I would absolutely recommend Calladora!

Saturday we did pictures and a first look, then an outdoor ceremony at Enchanted Shore, an outdoor cocktail hour at Lakeview Terrace, and then an indoor reception at Lake Lawn / Queens Table room. Coordination - Working with Jaci as the event planner was amazing. She was responsive, anticipated my needs, and accommodated all of my requests. From the first tour to making sure the day of went smoothly, Jaci made planning an absolute breeze. She worked with my mom and family for decorations, let us bring in 13 Portillos chocolate cakes, and always had an answer for any of my million questions! :) Venue: Beautiful. The rooms feel old, but in a quaint nostalgic way. The amenities are awesome so that makes it great. The girls all got ready in a big suite and it was great. The grounds are beautiful - apparently there was a run in the morning at the resort and I had no idea. Beautiful flowers and very clean. Staff: AMAZING! Our waitresses, waiters, and bartenders were so nice and great. They seemed happy to be working which is always great. Food: The pizza and desserts for the bonfire were delicious, the passed horderves were to die for. The wisconsin beer cheese soup also to die for. Good salad. Great desserts. The entrees....well, at the tasting they were amazing. They were very overcooked the day of. But what can you expect when you cook for that many people! That was the least of my worries. All in all - best weekend of my life. Barely any wedding planning stress. And I owe a HUGE part to Lake Lawn!

And what we really liked is that she was on site at both our rehearsal and wedding to ensure everything went smoothly – you spend a long time planning everything together so having her there was awesome and really kept us at peace that everything would go to plan which it did. We’d recommend getting married at Lake Lawn to anyone looking for a magical experience!

The really nice thing about Lake Lawn is that everything is on site. Your guests don’t have to leave, you don’t have to keep tabs on multiple vendors, or coordinate delivery times/places. You get a wedding coordinator as part of your package too! Our family and friends from out of town loved it and there are things to do for all ages. HIGHLY recommend Lake Lawn!

We loved coming to Lake Lawn throughout the year for our tasting, or just to hang out and see other weddings here! We came up on a Thursday before our wedding on Saturday and enjoyed a mini vacation with friends and family. On our wedding day, Jaci did an amazing job setting up the reception with all my decorations! The day went by smoothly! My guests loved it here! Unfortunately I only gave 4 stars because we did have a problem with some of our chicken entrees, they were not cooked all the way and had to be taken back. This caused a time delay. I don’t think this is a common problem they have, it was unfortunate that it happened to our guests. Other than that is was a BEAUTIFUL day at a BEAUTIFUL venue! We will be back for vacations in the future!

Not only did my hair and makeup last throughout the night, but it also held up during our outdoor ceremony with 40+ mph wind gusts! We will be forever grateful to everyone at Lake Lawn & Calladora Spa for helping to make our big day so incredibly special! We felt like we were walking around on cloud nine and were truly able to enjoy each and every minute of the day without having to worry about anything. The resort is absolutely gorgeous and the views are breathtaking! Absolutely perfect in every way!

I'd be failing if I failed to mention the Calladora Spa as well. It's beautiful! I had my hair done there and it was perfect! It was exactly what we had discussed! While in the spa getting my hair done, I was able to look through the history book of Lake Lawn and see photos from when the whole resort was practically a circus at one time (the elephants were named Romeo and Juliet), it gave a whole new appreciation and value for Lake Lawn.

It was very comforting to know she was on top of everything while we were getting ready for the ceremony. Our guests were equally blown away by our venue. The entire resort was beautiful and I overheard my guests already planning return visits. I was very proud to host my wedding in such an all around wonderful resort. The food was fabulous, every staff member we passed greeted us with a smile. Our wedding weekend was perfectly executed. We also held our rehearsal dinner in the Wisconsin room and had a brunch for our guests the morning after the wedding. All of the details came together perfectly to make this a weekend to remember for not only my husband and me, but for each of our guests. We actually were supposed to have an outdoor wedding but it was too windy and raining. She was able to help facilitate and organize everything at the last minute to make everything run so smoothly, no one knew the difference! It was literally our perfect day! We couldn't have asked for more. We definitely recommend Lake Lawn as a wedding venue and you'll have a great experience. And since our wedding was on a Friday, we were able to hang out at the resort on Saturday with our close friends and family...it has everything you would need to park and stick around for the weekend and have some fun!

We had many, many conversations and she never made me feel like I was a burden. After reading all of the other reviews, I understand that is just who she is. She cares about her clients and made sure we were at peace with all of our decisions. The morning of the wedding we were in the reception room getting ready and we noticed the floor plan wasn't fitting quite how we planned. The guys that were there to set everything up talked it over with us and they moved everything exactly where we wanted. In the end we were even able to make the dance floor bigger, which in retrospect came in very handy!! We had many rooms booked through the group and there were no issues with any of our guests. The discount they offer for the group is also quite nice. The spa was wonderful. We had like 15 people in there and they were on top of everything! Christine was great as well. There was a discrepancy with the final bill in the spa and she worked with me until we figured it out. Overall, I couldn't have imagined a better day for my daughter and the people we worked with during the 15 months of planning were a big reason why. We got compliments for weeks after the wedding (and still get them when we run into people). It wasn't just the wedding, it was the atmosphere and the professional manner in which everyone(from the bride, the dj, the photographer and all of our guests) was treated. Thank you LakeLawn and Kristina for making my only daughters wedding a dream come true!

f our wedding planning, Lake Lawn Resort was going through some administrative changes in their wedding planning department; however, they continued to stay in touch with us and keep us on track for getting our wedding ready. We got to meet Kristina Colin several months before our wedding, right when the final details needed to be hammered out. Kristina wanted to make sure that she had EVERY detail about what we wanted, how we wanted it to look, etc. We didn't even really know what we wanted, but Kristina guided us through and provided great ideas. We really felt that she took the time to get to know us as well--my now-husband and I are fairly goofy, to say the least. Kristina was so excited to offer laser tag for our wedding party, and of course we said yes! On the day of, Kristina was there early and kept everything moving and helped with preparations, decorations, etc. Our ceremony was outside, and at the time there were 35 mph winds. I was concerned, but Kristina just rolled with it, and her calm demeanor was very encouraging. Kristina also made sure to check in with my husband and I before each next 'event', and stayed fairly late to make sure that everything turned out perfectly. It was a very busy weekend too--I know she had like three weddings the weekend we got married! My husband and I would both strongly recommend Lake Lawn Resort to anyone who is having a special event!! :D

a lovely and calm demeanor, so no matter how stressed I felt, she had a soothing presence and great attitude. There was not a time where she wasn't smiling. I was able to assign a dear friend of mine to help with decorating the reception room (the Geneva Club Room was fantastic!) and Nicole decorated it beautifully with her! It was certainly much better than I anything I could have thought of or envisioned. In addition, the food was fantastic, our friends talked about the beer cheese soup for days, and they LOVED the late night snack of grilled cheese and tomato soup shooters! What I appreciated most was that Nicole was able to create the head table that I really wanted to have - 22 people, so that everyone in the wedding party could sit with their dates. This table with gorgeous and I loved that we were all so close together. The service was wonderful - very professional and kind. Also, I love the bar in this room because it encourages closeness and we had a lovely fireplace nearby. I would choose Lake Lawn one hundred times over because it was perfect, especially if it meant working with Nicole again. Thank you!

weekend. While it was my first time working an event at LLR, I was made to feel like I’d been coming there for years. All of the staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed to create a perfect day for our clients. Kristina Conlin was our event manager and her attention to detail, calm demeanor, and charming sense of humor put everyone at ease – especially when the outdoor cocktail hour was interrupted by a downpour and we had to move everyone inside. She, along with the FANTASTIC banquet and bartending staff, handled the turnaround quickly and with grace. In addition to the event space that boasted a vaulted ceiling decorated with bistro lighting and perfect views of the lake, my clients were thrilled to get to host their ceremony on the new terrace – it was truly such a beautiful day and the guests had a marvelous time. I highly recommend this nostalgic, welcoming gem of a resort.

She made us feel so comfortable and worry-free leading up to the big day. The same went for the wedding day - there was not one thing that we had to worry about. She met with our florist, and even texted me a picture of the beautiful tables/center pieces all set up (while I was having mimosas with my girlfriends). Everything was timed perfectly, and we owe it all to her. The venue itself is so BEAUTIFUL. All of our friends still talk about how perfect the setting is. It made for such a fun weekend for all of our family and friends with all of the outdoor activities that Lake Lawn offers. Thank you again to Kristina and the Lake Lawn team for making our dreams a reality.

as beautiful as was our reception hall which looked out onto the Lake. It was so convenient to have everything right on site both for our guests to stay there and for us to get ready for the day. We also went to the spa for hair and make up which was convenient and they did a great job. I would highly recommend Lake Lawn Resort to anyone looking to have their wedding with everything available to you in one location along with amazing staff to help with whatever you need!

, the rooms clean and spacious and looking out to the lake was absolutely breathtaking. Kristina Conlin had every detail covered in making sure my niece had the perfect wedding day. Although it rained outside, Kristina had an alternative plan already set in place to move the ceremony into a nice quaint setting indoors, The ceremony was beautiful. The room where the reception took place was set up with a wonderful view of the lake including a deck where people could go out and get a breath of fresh air. The resort room where the reception took place was beautiful, the food was delicious and by the time the night was over it was clear that everyone had a wonderful time. Great Job!

Kristina was amazing to work with. Everything we discussed was followed through according to plan. There were no hiccups as many people warned me there would be on your wedding day. We love lake lawn and our family has visited for years and will forever continue the tradition! Highly recommend this wedding venue and Kristina - you won’t be disappointed!

She was on hand throughout our wedding day to make sure everything went well, and handled last minute changes with ease. I was never stressed the entire weekend knowing she was looking out for us. Even though we were one of five weddings that weekend, Lake Lawn went above and beyond to make our wedding day special.

We had several out of town people attend and they all commented how nice the resort was from the rooms to the food, activities, pool, lake views and of course our wedding. It beats Lake Geneva locations and provides for all of your needs. You'll understand this review once you take a look. The golf course is competitive and our guests enjoyed it Saturday before our ceremony. Thank you Lake Lawn and Kristina - it was the best for Eric and my once in our lifetime day!

She was always available through email, phone calls, and even text messages. She helped make our day run smoothly!! We had no stress at all that day and we owe it to her. Kristina responded quickly and efficiently to emails and requests that we had. We felt comfortable going to her with our concerns, big and small, and she never made us feel like we were bothering her. She listened to what we were looking for and made our wedding day into an event that our family and friends cannot stop raving about. She made several great suggestions that made things even better For example, I had two whiskey barrels that I had borrowed from my sister, but had no specific idea of where to put them - Kristina had them moved up to where we would be standing as part of the backdrop of our wedding and I absolutely loved it! The best part was that if I had said no, she would have put them wherever I wanted because as Kristina says, "What the bride and groom want, the bride and groom get" :) It should be noted that Kristina was not feeling good at all in the weeks leading up to our wedding, but she showed up and did everything she could to make our dreams come true (and with a smile). In general, everyone we know had a very positive experience with their hotel rooms, the spa, the food and the amenities of the resort. We plan on spending our anniversaries to come at Lake Lawn to celebrate the wonderful experience we had there!
