Very nicely set up with the food banquet tables in a separate room with an entrance and exit to flow quickly. The bridal suite was absolutely huge and very tastefully decorated creating fabulous getting ready pictures. Highly recommend you consider this venue for your event!

at Lake Lyndsay was great to work with, particularly Sam and Sherri. Sherri went above and beyond on our day. We had our dog come down the aisle as a surprise in the middle of our ceremony, and she brought him out and held him until it was his time to go. She then proceeded to watch him and take him for walks during the reception, so we did not have to worry. We could not have been happier with Lake Lyndsay, and we would pick it over again.

The staff went out of their way to ensure all our questions were answered and we felt like the communication was top-notch from the first visit to the last of the clean-up. We rented the "supply room" which contains various signs, candles, center pieces and everything you could just about think of. This saved a lot of money and a lot of time on our part. The bridal suite is fantastic with plenty of room to relax, eat, drink and have hair and make-up done. We had to make a last-minute decision to move the wedding indoors since the rain just wouldn't let up. The move was smooth and the wedding went off without a problem. Kudos to all the staff, for a beautiful venue and very attentive staff.

prompt with answering questions. The decoration room was a bonus and the gazebo next to the lake was beautiful! They were gracious with the time we were allowed to decorate and cleanup. We were extremely happy with our experience with Lake Lyndsay. The only thing that caused an issue was the trains that blocked certain roads all throughout the day that led to the venue.

that ended up being inside. A shed with extra tables/chairs was placed at the venue which we were unaware of was happening and had planned on using that space. We filled out multiple questions about the layout/event again not sure why because we were responsible for getting out tables /chairs from the shed and setting it all up. The event coordinator got into it with multiple guest at the end of the night and was very unprofessional. We weren’t able to take photos at the barn due to construction equipment etc and the bar was not at the venue the day before for us to decorate so I had to have someone come early the day of the decorate. Beautiful location but could really step their game up otherwise.

t all of our questions were answered. The venue is absolutely beautiful! I got married at the Lodge which has a lovely lakefront spot. We ended up having rain the day of but we made a smooth transition indoors and everything turned out just lovely. I would definitely recommend for your big day!

The wedding we hosted together was in the lodge & had a stunning ceremony under the gazebo with the reception inside. Ample space that fit a large sweetheart table / stage area for photos, extensive DJ set up, tables for almost 150 guests, and a photo booth & buffet. While at the Beach House on the day of our event, July 10th we had LL coordinators that were incredibly nice and answered any questions we had. The reason for the 4-stars is because of the cleanup process at the end of the night. Whoever the lady was working was grumpy and made us feel rushed to clean up and get out. We were told we had the building until 1am and she was rushing the cleanup like we had to be out by 11:30. I recommend this venue 100% but the lasting impression just wasn't great.

The reception area has great nooks to organize appetizer tables, a buffet, bar, bathrooms, gift table, etc. The getting ready rooms for both the groomsmen and the bridesmaids are spacious. We booked about a year ago, not knowing where COVID would be by the time our date came around. Our venue was prepared for whatever that looked like. Beyond that, they worked with us to make sure everything was ready for the day of. They would always make sure we could make as many visits to the venue as needed, the floor plan meeting we had with Sam was so helpful in nailing down where everything should go. Because there was no wedding the day before, we were able to start setup at 10am the day before and rehearse on site. They provided a table for the candle ceremony and two easels for signage. Added on top of all of it, it's reasonably priced! Couldn't imagine my big day having been anywhere else.

bars inside, 1 bar outside, and it the place felt large enough with social distancing in place. The grounds are gorgeous. My pictures that I've been able to see so far look beautiful. We were fortunate and had a wonderful weather day, but the lake setting and outside of the building are pretty. The staff there is so easy to work with and they are great communicators. I called and texted several times before the day and they were quick to respond and had an answer pretty immediately for me. The outside area was nice for guests that didn't feel comfortable inside, but wanted to stay and celebrate. We had a bar and bistro tables (available to rent from Lake Lyndsay) outside and people were out there all night. One of the BIGGEST benefits of this venue is the decoration room they have. It is an extra fee, but no joke it has every decoration you could ever want or need, and the decor fit the venue so well. We didn't have to rent decor from anywhere else but used that room, so we just picked out our table decorations, mantle decorations, an envelope box, etc. prior to the day and then everything was pulled ready for us to decorate. It made it simple or if we ran out of something we could quickly grab it. The bridal suite is also incredible. It is huge, there is no shortage of mirrors or outlets. It was the perfect place to get ready. I just couldn't have had a better experience with the venue and the people working there. It was perfect for my husband and my's day, we loved every minute of it and Lake Lyndsay made it great.

on. Even more impressive was the top-rate attention provided personally by Lindsay. The lady who normally prepares the venue for each event had a family emergency that day, so Lindsay and here husband took care of everything. I expected they would make sure everything was clean and ready to go; what I wasn’t expecting was that they took our table layout sheet and set up all the tables for us! Since the cleaning ran a little behind, they wanted to make sure that everything was in order in the amount of time we had. Lindsay went above and beyond by helping my husband and I put out the flowers on each table and helping to arrange them. She kept telling me to go home and get ready and she would finish up. My biggest surprise was when, upon returning for the ceremony, she had taken the extra flowers and created additional flower arrangements with her own vases. Lindsay is sweet, genuine, personable and caring. She attended to our needs in ways that I never expected. Lake Lyndsay is a beautiful setting, with so many possibilities and freedom of choice. The price was perfect and we’re so happy we chose this venue. One thing to keep in mind, we did run into issues with the trains and train yard located near the Hamilton side of access to Lake Lyndsay. We were late several times due to trains being stopped on the tracks. Lyndsay even went as far as talking us around all the various tracks to get to the venue in time for the wedding. I would suggest that you make your guests aware of this and suggest alternate routes to the venue. We could have avoided this stressful situation had we anticipated a possible issue.

me a back up date specially for me incase my fiancé, now husband, and I had to cancel/reschedule our wedding and this was at the beginning of April. We had to reschedule and they were so accommodating and helpful. Leading up to our wedding on October 17th, they continued to be helpful and answered any and every question I had for them. We rented out their decoration room that is available onsite (which is sooooo worth it brides! Any and everything you can think of is in there and you don't have to transport or be stuck with all of these decorations!) and they allowed us to come in multiple times to figure out what we wanted to use for our wedding. The bridal suite and groom's room are the perfect spots to get ready in for any size bridal party (we had 20 total). We booked the Main Lodge for our reception and it was perfect for our 270 guests to social distance while continuing to party all night long. The tables were 6ft apart but you couldn't even tell, the place is beautiful and compliments any decoration theme you want. The Lake Lyndsay staff is so helpful and professional and are willing to do anything they can to help make your big day as perfect as possible. There's so many more things I could say about this place considering I’ve been to numerous weddings here and my high school proms were hosted there, but the most important thing I can say is you will not regret booking this place!!

e were both sold. (side note they recently made renovations and they are fabulous) The venue is gorgeous (all three buildings) and reasonably priced. I love the fact that it has amazing and beautiful views. We got married at the lodge on 09/19/2020 and it was beyond perfect. Sam was amazing throughout the process with answering all my questions and meeting several times to help with all and any questions I had. I LOVE that they have a decor room you can "rent" for the night as well- it helped SO much with decor (they have so much to choose from and it is all so cute) I LOVED the amazing bridal suite my girls and I got to hang out in all morning and get ready in. The staff is very friendly and work and help so much. I love that you get venue ALL day. I couldn't have pictured a better venue for our wedding day.

I couldn't even imagine having our wedding at another place! The compliments we received from our guest were non stop! It was without a doubt the best day of my life! 🥰😍

We had an incident with an injury before the wedding on the property and she did nothing for it, knew nothing about the area and acted like nothing was wrong with what had happened. Otherwise it is an amazing venue with mostly amazing staff. Loved the diy aspect the the venue. It helps you save money and is a lot of fun!

However, in late May, the governor expanded the receptions to allow 300 people so Lyndsay allowed to switch back to our original to July 2020 date to have both wedding and reception that same day. Lyndsay is all about working with the bride and family to the the best of her ability given the circumstances. We chose this venue ( we rented the lodge/ gazebo on lake) for the beauty-(super gorgeous), convenience logistically ( close to Cincinnati and Dayton) and also the freedom to select our own vendors to personalize this day. Many vendors love this venue because Lyndsay and he staff are a joy to work with. Lyndsay runs a top notch company and truly cares about helping each bride experience the wedding of her dreams! We are sooo thankful we chose Lake Lyndsay!

The rain caused a couple of our direction signs to fall apart and the maintenance manager took it upon himself to fix them for us! Lyndsay is also great to work with, very approachable and was always willing to answer all my crazy questions :-) I highly recommend this venue, you won't find anything else like it (especially for the great price)!!

oming off the lake (makes for beautiful photos), the caterers had all the room they needed for a gorgeous and delicious display, and the DJ was able to fill the atmosphere of Kayla's Korner in such a way that the dancing lasted all night! The staff at Lake Lyndsay was so good about answering our many questions over and over with professionalism, care, and enthusiasm for celebrating our big day! This is a family owned venue with 3 building options- and you can feel the love in each building and in each interaction you have with them. The pictures you see here are so beautiful- well I'm telling you its even better in person. We fell in love with the venue and picked our wedding date around it- hurry before they are booked too far out for you!

s venue. It was beyond PERFECT. The lake and lodge were both STUNNING especially with all of the Indian decor we added. Everything went so smoothly. All of our guests and both my husband and I had a BLAST. We danced the night away (it's a great, BIG dance floor by the way!). Lyndsay was so wonderful to work with during the whole planning process. She was so flexible and helpful for any questions we had. I would highly recommend this venue to any future brides and grooms out there. We couldn't imagine our wedding weekend without this venue and we are so thankful we chose them :)
