Lake Salon did the hair and makeup for my entire bridal party on New Years Eve. Their stylists were AMAZING. I was a bit nervous at first because they were unable to do any trials ...
prior to the wedding, if you are hesitant for this reason…. Don’t be!!! Lock them in now. I promise you won’t be disappointed! All of the women in my bridal party are “natural” makeup wearers, and their wedding makeup was so lovely and enhanced all of their natural features. I wanted an elegant, romantic and natural look which I couldn’t have been happier with! They did the makeup for both moms (MOB and MOG) and both were also happy with the makeup done on “mature” skin. Again, I highly recommend this team—- 5 stars!
My experience with Lake Salon (hair and make-up) was extremely positive. Laura (owner) was so easy to communicate with at each step along the way. She did my make-up (day of weddin...
g) and fit me in for a spray tan the Thursday before my wedding. Barbie was her extraordinary hair stylist/partner in crime. They came to the Wisp Resort Hotel to do my hair and make-up on the day of my wedding in my bridal suite. It was so easy and relaxing. They also did my mother's and my grandmother's hair and make-up. Laura gives great make-up tips that I still use today. She uses quality products that did not irritate my sensitive skin AT ALL. She uses airbrush make up that was light, effective, and stayed all night. We provided some constructive feedback after our trial run and they took it all into consideration for the day of wedding. I felt flawless! Don't be deterred by paying up front - Lake Salon certainly delivers on their promise. Book quickly because they're very popular in the area.
Lake Salon was amazing! They came to my wedding venue and did hair and make up for 10 adults and 3 kids in time for first look and bridal party pictures before the ceremony! Laura ...
was so communicative leading up to the big day, and the full team was amazing. They made us all look at feel stunning! Would definitely recommend using the Lake Salon glam team for your wedding!
I had a wonderful experience at Lake Salon for hair, makeup, and nails! Emily was incredibly great off the bat with explaining all of the pricing/services and protocols for the sal...
on when I inquired. She kept in touch leading up to the week before which made the experience feel personal. Tiffany did my nails on Friday and also my and my MOH's hair on Saturday and did a wonderful job. Emily did our lashes and was able to accommodate with doing some eye makeup. The salon feels very tranquil and is beautifully located near the lake which helps a bride to relax a bit on the big day! Thank you ladies.
Lake Salon was truly amazing! They were quick to respond and had open communication throughout the whole process. They were sensitive and adapted to any concerns I had, especially ...
with COVID making a lot of things difficult this year for wedding planning.
I loved the way my hair looked on my special day! Tiffany did an amazing job and it was exactly what I wanted. Some of the team came in to check in on how things were going and to ask if I needed anything at all. They were all very helpful and detail-oriented. I definitely recommend them for your make up / hairstyling needs. They’ll enhance your beauty you already have and make you look like the queen you are! ❤️
Lake Salon came on site to my wedding at Twin Tails Event Farm. They came prepared with experienced staff, professional make up, and all equipment needed. The staff did an amazing...
job on my bridal hair and make up, as well as my bridal party's hair and make up. We all looked stunning! I couldn't have asked for a more professional team for my special day.
I originally contacted Lake Salon to do hair and makeup for my wedding, but unfortunately it didn't work out. However, I did book them to do my spray tan and my nails. Katie did my...
spray tan, and she was AWESOME! It was my first time ever getting a spray tan and she made me feel extremely comfortable. She explained everything she was going to do before she did it, and it turned out great! A couple days later I went back with some of my bridal party for manicures and pedicures, and again, it was a great experience. They were extremely accommodating, and got us in and out with time to spare. One word of caution though: French manicures are not their forte. I got a gel polish French manicure, and while it was better than what I could have done myself, it was not the caliber I'm used to back home. It also didn't even last a week. Had I known, I probably would've just opted for a pale pink. Overall though I was very pleased and I'll definitely be going back!
Tasha and the owner were amazing. They airbrushed our entire party (7), and had us out of the door in time. The makeup was beautiful and smudge-proof even through happy tears. B...

very catering to my bridesmaids who suddenly wanted their scars, sunburns and their makeups touched up! The day before we also got Amazing! manicures and pedicures. I will totally go back there again!
I was really nervous about Lake Salon. Not because I had heard anything negative but because I am extremely picky and never have my hair styled. I always do it on my own. My tri...
al run left me a little nervous, but I was reassured by the Stylist that it would be perfect on my Big Day. She was right! I loved my hair! She listened to all of my notes from the trial and really allowed me to speak up during the day of. I left the Salon feeling so good. They also styled all my Bridesmaid's hair and only one left unhappy.
