She was there Friday before our welcome event and by the time we arrived the place was decorated beautifully. On our wedding day, we arrived and our bouquets, the boutonnieres, the flowers for the cake, and all across the venue were places meticulously. Some time between the ceremony and reception while we were taking photos, Susan TOOK DOWN ALL of the ceremony flowers and put them all up in the reception ballroom in addition to the flowers she had already set up. Susan stood with us when we were waiting to walk down the aisle and she was such a wonderful, calming, kind presence. We truly cannot recommend her and Lakes Region Floral enough. You will not regret it. decor. I loved working with her from day one and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the vision I had for our wedding day. We used her birch arbor as the backdrop for our vows and she decorated it with gorgeous flowers, greens and garland. She also hung beautiful glass orbs with flickering lights that glowed as darkness approached. We used a color pallet based off of our invitations and she incorporated all the colors both inside and outside the tent. The details were beautiful from the candles on the tables to the large accent lanterns and barrels. We had custom chalkboard signs announcing our schedule and many more beautiful floral accents throughout. My bouquet was stunning and we received SO many compliments from our quests about how beautiful our flowers were. I highly recommend Susan at Lakes Region Floral Studio for your wedding! She always made me feel at ease that she would make any space look beautiful, even when the threat of bad weather would potentially move us inside. She is so kind and thoughtful and was there for any and all questions we had. She is also so thorough and thought of every little detail, even when we didn't! She is also tremendously resourceful and repurposed the arbor decorations to go above the fireplace hearth we were sitting in front of and the bridesmaids bouquets all became additional decorations on dessert, gift, and other tables, which we so appreciated. Due to this she stayed throughout our entire ceremony through cocktail hour to make sure the reception hall was set up perfectly. We also rented a number of items from her including birch log slices, birch and glass votives, the log and moss mat table card holder, and more, which completed our vision for the reception. The quality of her work is incomparable; everyone could not stop raving about how beautiful the flowers were. She even gave us tips on how to root the succulents in the bouquet and boutonniere and the best place to go for preserving the bouquet. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I was absolutely blown away by the flowers and centerpieces Susan & her team designed for us. She took my (very limited) description of what I was envisioning, and totally ran with it and knocked it out of the park! My original florist in cape cod (who was much more $$), ended up doing my and my jr bridesmaid bouquets + I couldn’t believe how much better quality the bouquets that Lakes Region Floral did for the wedding were over these other two bouquets! We ended up with LRFS because they have the most competitive pricing and were able to provide all of our rentals (~100 candles/votives, lanterns, centerpieces, etc.) in addition to gorgeous flowers. On the day of when my bridesmaids saw their bouquets they were so THRILLED and so was I :)! Our archway, heatable, centerpiece, and grand staircase looked like they were out of a fairytale and amazingly came in under our budget. I don't know how they did it! Susan and her colleague stepped right in on the day of and made sure everything looked perfect and everyone had their flowers/corsages/etc. without me having to worry about a thing. On our long farm tables the staff assembled an assortment of greenery over our ivory runners and made a gorgeous garland for the sweetheart table. At the center of the dance floor Susan secured a large faux greenery wreath that was the finishing touch to the barn.
