The day of, Susan and her team delivered and set up the flowers flawlessly, helped the bridesmaids/groomsmen with their bouquets/boutonnieres, and even relocated the flowers from the ceremony to the reception to help save some money. The birch arbor was a wonderful touch to our ceremony, and all the flowers we had were fresh and lovely. l proposal after our initial conversation and offered recommendations to fit our theme and budget. LRFS is very flexible and allowed us to revise the proposal as we got further along in our planning. The day of our wedding we were blown away by the arrangements and how closely they matched our discussions with Susan. She even stayed on-site to repurpose the ceremony flowers and move them to the cocktail hour and reception areas. LRFS is highly recommended!

did she provide the flowers, but other elements of our decor, like decorating the fire place behind our sweethart table, providing table numbers, and arranging our place cards. Her wonderful assistants also moved some of our floral arrangements from the ceremony location (on the top of a mountain) to our reception location. I ended up going a smidge over my original budget, but all of the extra details that I added really helped make our day special! If you are looking for a florist, I would definitely recommend going with Susan!

l I was able to do was describe the look/feel I wanted...and Susan nailed it. My breath was literally taken away when mine and my bridesmaids' bouquets were delivered the morning of. They were more beautiful then I could have ever imagined. What I also loved about working with Susan was that she was very respectful of our budget. our wedding. A few days later, Susan sent us the most beautiful proposal we have have ever seen, with all of the details fully described and laid out as we had initially discussed. Though we booked her about eight months out, Susan made sure to check in with us sporadically to make sure that our vision remained the same. She was always there to answer my questions and to help keep me calm when I was becoming a nervous nellie in the last couple of weeks. The flowers were ABSOLUTELY breathtaking, and Susan arranged them beautifully. Not only did Susan deliver the flowers to the Bridal Suite herself, but she did all of the set-up and break down of anything we rented from her to include: setting up the Church, setting up the reception venue, distributing bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, etc, staying through the ceremony, MOVING decorations from the Church back to the reception venue following the end of the ceremony, and making sure all of the details were just right. Without hesitation, I would HIGHLY recommend that you consider Susan to be your Wedding day florist. She is wonderful to work with.

We had a detailed call complete with sharing of photos and ideas and Susan providing thoughts and comments. She then turned all of that into a detailed proposal with clear descriptions and pricing. I appreciated how when I communicated my budget to Susan and the initial proposal was higher, she sat with me to brainstorm ways to knock pricing down like reusing bridesmaids bouquets and the arbor flowers at the reception. To me this demonstrated a real commitment to making sure I got the vision I wanted, for the price I could afford. Visiting Susan’s shop made me realize what a wonderful repertoire of things she has and how many different style weddings she could design. I definitely recommend treating Susan like a partner and asking her for thoughts and ideas! Susan and her team stuck around to help move things and make sure everything was to plan and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the way everything turned out. She dropped off and set up flowers at three differ net locations (my parent’s house where we were getting ready, the ceremony site and reception) as well as staying to move things after the ceremony! I provided boxes and mason jars so guests could take flowers home and she was totally cooperative about that set up!

n embraced our theme wholeheartedly, creating amazing centerpieces with branches, apples, leaves, blue birds, and soft silver lights. She also carved pumpkins to line our aisle and decorate the ballroom, assembled the woodland creatures we collected, and arched 2 trees in the doorway of the ballroom. She transformed the ballroom into the enchanted forest we wanted and we were in awe at how amazing everything looked. Susan also did an incredible job with my bouquet and flower crowns for my bridesmaids. Both my bouquet and the flower crowns were a beautiful array of colorful wildflowers and sunflowers. They were vibrant and they smelled intoxicating. After seeing my bouquet, I'm so happy I decided to have it preserved because it is the most beautiful flower arrangement I have ever seen and it will make a wonderful keepsake from our fairy tale wedding. I highly recommend Susan. She brought our vision to life and gave us a beautiful wedding that we will never forget.

Her crew came wicked early on my wedding day and took care of set up for everything, showed us how to hold the flowers, pinned the guys boutineers, and even set up my favors and seat finders for me! They were absolutely stunning! It's hard to compete with the backdrop of our ceremony, seeing as we got married on a mountain, but the flowers fit in perfectly. Not only were the flowers gorgeous, but the Lakes Region team were with us every step of the way during the ceremony. They stayed close in case we needed their help during the wedding and re-purposed the flowers from the ceremony site to the reception site so we could enjoy them even more. I can't say enough nice things about this vendor. You will not be disappointed by choosing to work with them!

Susan was flexible despite my frequent neurotic changes to decorations and tried to work with us to find something affordable (although it turns out florists are just going to be expensive no matter what, she was much less expensive than the others we looked at). Susan also stuck around to help during the ceremony and even provided emotional support! Although I haven't seen pictures yet, I know they're going to be spectacular because of all the work she put in.

ng - it was all true...and then some! We didn't actually meet with Susan before the wedding - we did everything over the phone. The first quote was a little more than I wanted to spend, so I worked with her to make some adjustments and get the cost down to something more in my budget. The end result did not look like we skimped - she made everything look amazing from the bouquets to the boutonnieres and corsages to the decorations. The best part was she didn't just drop off the flowers and leave - she stayed for the ceremony, waited for us to finish our pictures, and then took the decorations from the ceremony into the reception and used them to decorate the reception hall! The guests couldn't stop raving about the flowers. Even more impressive - they looked just as beautiful TWO WEEKS after the wedding when we left them in vases with water! Amazing.

f the bouquet I wanted and she made an exact replica. Whenever I wanted to change some of the details, she was so accomadating. She has even asked me for pictures when I get them. It rained on our wedding day and rather than telling me it is good luck like everyone else, she took the time to catch some rain water in a jar and gave it to me to baptize my first child. That was not on a florist's list of duties and it made me so happy, despite the rain. She definitely went above an beyond to make sure my day was perfect. The flowers were all absolutely stunning and I would not hesitate to use her again.

She gave me tips to help save money and just took my color ideas, with some of her own, and with my few pictures and hers she helped me pick a few flowers and took creative liberty in designing the bouquets. THEY WERE BEAUTIFUL!! (I would recommend bringing color swatches of your bridesmaids dresses if you have them). I told her I wanted the boutonniers to be sorta "funky vintage" - that was all I said...she nailed it! She came to the wedding and spent time handing out flowers, setting up the arbor we got married under and even helping pin on boutonniers. Susan was helpful, nice, patient, professional and a VERY talented florist!! I wish I had a picture to attach, but if you look her up on Facebook at fall weddings, you'll see!! This is by far the vendor I would most strongly recommend!!!

her hoping for some guidance. Well she did just that. The centerpieces she made were carved out white pumpkins that were made into vases and had and enormous amounts of puple and white flowers and greens in them. People were fighting over who would get them!!! As for my flowers I told her I wanted mine to be dark purple with white accents (the bridesmaids whore dark purple) and theirs to be white with dark purple accents. She couldn't have made them more beautiful. I'm so glad I spent a little more on the flowers, it made such a difference!!!!

d. I could see it in my head, but I didn't know the names of the flowers and I couldn't draw out what I was thinking. So I just showed her pictures of the different flowers that I liked and I trusted her to arrange them and make it beautiful... and she did. She did a terrific job and everything was truly beautiful, despite the fact that it was not exactly what I wanted. But I blame myself. I was hesitant because I didn't want to come across as overly controlling, so I didn't push, but in retrospect I probably should have. The arrangements were beautiful, but they were not what I had pictured in my head. If I were in the same position again and I was unable to find a photograph of exactly what I wanted, I think I would go out and buy the flowers that I liked and try arranging them myself to show her what I wanted. I know if I had done that she would've seen my vision and provided exactly what I wanted. Her work was high quality, the flowers lasted almost 5 whole days,and the sweetheart table cetnerpiece was gorgeous! She was very accomodating and she provided all of the services that I needed within my budget, so I have no complaints there. I would definitely recommend her, but I just think I should've requested a "sample bouquet" or something like that to make sure that we had the same vision.
