Owner Christine turned her passion for entertaining into a business after retiring from a career in education. She's dedicated to making gatherings feel effortless and memorable. Boxes serve anywhere from 1 to 20 guests, while flat-lay and elevated grazing tables are designed for larger celebrations. Brunch grazing tables are also available, featuring pastries, yogurt parfaits, and fresh fruit alongside classic charcuterie favorites.

Hi! I’m Christine Evans, owner of Lakeside Charcuterie. After spending 33 years in education—19 years as an elementary teacher and 14 years as a principal—I retired and began an exciting new chapter at our home on Lake Wissota.
Throughout my career and personal life, I have always loved creating beautiful experiences that bring people together. Lakeside Charcuterie grew from that passion and my belief that thoughtfully prepared food can make life’s special moments even more memorable.
I create customized charcuterie boards, cups, platters, flat-lay grazing tables, elevated grazing tables, and brunch displays using fresh, high-quality ingredients. My services are perfect for wedding cocktail hours, bridal showers, bachelorette parties, rehearsal gatherings, engagement celebrations, and convenient food for the bridal party while getting ready on the wedding day.
Whether you’re planning an intimate gathering or a celebration with a large guest list, I will work with you to create something that complements your vision, style, needs, and budget. Every detail is thoughtfully curated and beautifully presented so you can relax, enjoy your guests, and make memories.
