Lakeside

about it - which is something not many wedding venues can claim. The views of Lake Minnewaska created the most beautiful backdrop for the day and made for absolutely stunning wedding photos. The pontoon ride on the lake and shuttle bus experience added such a unique touch for our bridal party and immediately family's photos is something we still talk about. The food was OUTSTANDING. To this day, family members still bring up the chick cordon bleu and Swedish meatballs, and the late-night Mac & cheese snack was a crowd favorite. Every details was thoughtfully planned, and the staff made sure everything ran seamlessly. Having the hotel conveniently across the street made the entire weekend so easy and enjoyable for our guests. Everyone could relax, celebrate, and truly be present for such a special occasion. Our daughter's wedding was one of the most memorable days of our lives, and Lakeside Ballroom played a huge role in making it so perfect. We will always be grateful for the beautiful memories made there and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a venue that their family and guests will remember for years to come!

entire experience of planning the wedding with them went so smoothly and was stress free. We wanted burgers at our wedding which was out of their norm and they said no problem and it was easy peasy. Glenwood is a great cute lake town to get married in and I want to spend anniversaries in the little town moving forward. The hotel nearby is within walking distance which makes it perfect for you and guests. There are also plenty of cabins for rent nearby also. They have a shuttle available also to drive people back around the lake wedding night which is a huge plus! The Lady Lakeside pontoon ride the venue provides for cocktail hour was one of my favorite parts of the day. Overall we had a great experience and it was unforgettable and beautiful day all thanks to Lakeside. :) Highly recommend!!!
