my breath away the moment I laid my eyes on it but it was even more breathtaking when I walked down the aisle and said “I do” to my now husband. Nicolerose Ramirez was our day-of coordinator and whenever I had a request or question she was on top of it! She was amazing and made our experience that much more amazing. Our photographer, DJ, bartenders, and officiant were all through the venue and they were amazing as well. All in all our experience with this vendor exceeded our expectations and our wedding turned into the most magical night and was better than both my husband and I ever imagined it would be. I would recommend them over and over again to anybody who’s getting married or even renewing their vows!

he weather. The staff was not helpful with setting up decorations on the tables. The staff was not professionally dressed at all. They looked like they were hired off the street or wearing sweats and/or pajamas. The coordinator Leslie was completely unprofessional, talking to my guests about her "dead husband" and not liking her job and wanting to hopefully meet someone at one of the events she oversees. The flowers were wrong, wrong colors, and wrong boquet style.The food was wrong, and the employees took what was left after the first round, so my guests could not get up and get another serving and the wedding cake was wrong. An employee stole an envelope with $500 in cash from my parents' right off the table as they got up to dance. When we confronted Leslie, the coordinator with the situation, she ran and locked herself in her office. We asked her to please check the cameras and video and she refused. She offered no apologies or to look into the situation or till this day no feedback. I have called several times and left several messages for Angelina McKenzie and the conpany owner with no call back. The only thing offered were excuses and trying to put blame back on us by Angelina McKenzie. I left several messages for Angelina McKenzie, Felicia (floral manager) , Alison Johnson (photographer), and the Owner of the company regarding the several issues and still have not heard back from anyone. You and your company made this bride cry on her wedding day, and you should've made sure it was the best day ever for me, my husband and our guests. I do not recommend Lakeside Weddings for your wedding. Let's see how long it takes for a response to this review.

hing hosted by an Elvis impersonator or any of the other cliches. We wanted something beautiful and quaint while not being too far from the strip. Lakeside Weddings and Events checked every single one of those boxes. Our date was available and everything felt so perfect, we couldn’t send our deposit over fast enough. When I say we were thrilled to have booked this venue, we couldn’t have gushed enough over it. The last 6 weeks, or so, leading up to our wedding we submitted all of the documents Lakeside and Wynndy requested regarding food, music, and so on, everything seemed to be going to plan. We were truly over the moon for this day. Fast forward to the day before our wedding, the first time we got to see our venue in person. Instantly upon arriving to the venue, it seemed no one even knew we were coming - let alone that it was a scheduled appointment. Finally someone acknowledged us and then we were placed with a different woman… a woman who was seemingly brand new to every detail of our wedding. Including financial agreements such as we paid an additional fee for additional time and this person flat out told us we were wrong, despite what the contract blatantly stated. Long story short, this woman was the end to our dream wedding. If it could’ve backed out then and there we would’ve been on our way to the strip to find an Elvis impersonator to host our wedding. And I wish I was exaggerating. But back to before the wedding. Once we were finally able to track down Wynndy, our contact the entire duration of planning this wedding, she also told us we were wrong when I had our contract that clearly showed the additional time paid for in my hands. Both of these women gave us incredibly pretentious attitudes, along with gaslighting us by continuing to tell us we were wrong, the day before our wedding over things that were later found to be correct in our favor. As I was waiting to walk down the aisle, I couldn’t help but realize the song I was supposed to be walking down said aisle to was already playing for the bridal party. All music was clearly written in the documents we were asked to submit. When I waved at the DJ we were given (a part of the venue fee - you get no credit if you want to book another) to let him know the music was off, he just pointed his finger towards this woman ruining our ceremony music, blatantly showing how little he cared about this wedding. Not a single song we requested for our ceremony was played at the correct time. Including the one I was supposed to walk down the aisle to. Fast forward to our reception, when my now husband quite literally had to bribe this DJ with money to get him to turn up the music because even at the back table of a reception for a wedding of 50, I could hardly hear the music. All of this to say if you want to waste your money on a venue who couldn’t care less about you or your desires for one of the biggest days of your life, Lakeside Weddings is for you. They aim to displease and quite literally ruin some of the biggest parts of your day. Overall this is a beautiful venue with some of the worst wedding coordinators I have ever experienced. Did I mention I’ve been a wedding photographer for 12 years? Take my advice, go somewhere else. Sadly, this place couldn’t care less.

edding planner was literally switched 3 times in 1 year of planning . (Communication and promises made were never followed up with) 2. Upon arriving to the venue we were told there was a groom suite we would be able to wait in . There wasn't. Just 7 grooms and my parents waiting in a lobby for 1 hour 😒. We were told the day of the wedding that they no longer had a groom suite available and that it wasn't in our contract. 3. Photos took waaay too long . Over 2 hours of our reception time . (I highly recommend getting pictures done in advance by your own photographer) 4. Had our first dance around 8pm and our wedding was supposed to end at 10pm 🤔. Time table was very off and WE had to pay $500 out of pocket to extend our wedding 1 hour. 5. Food was improperly cooked (potatoes were raw and crunchy) and we didn't have enough children plates served which had my guests running down the street to get there kids food because the kids were denied access to our buffet line. 1 hr later they apologized and brought out more kids plates. 6. The DJ ("MC") was absolutely horrible . Made her a whole Playlist which was mostly r&b and hip hop and somehow we ended up with Stand by Me & Bubbly by Colby Callet as our money dance song 🙄🤦🏽‍♂️. She was not involved with the guest and literally stood in a booth the whole time playing songs off of a computer. 7. Guests didn't even know we had cut the cake because the "MC" never announced the cake cutting. 8. A portion of our wedding favors were never displayed with our other favors because they contained alcohol in them and we had children at our wedding (mini liquor store style shot bottles). Instead they were displayed on the bartop which our guest were taking and drinking thinking they were provided by the bar. (This was very upsetting because we paid for the open bar and they were using our purchased favors to serve the guests). 9. After pointing out obvious mistakes a few days after the wedding, the wedding coordinator became very defensive and continued to talk over me while I was voicing my concerns . I found that very rude and unprofessional. The wedding venue did end up apologizing and they gave us our final hour and picture package for free but it came no where close to the money we spent on this event. I strongly advise anyone booking a wedding here to make sure EVERYTHING is written down in the contract you sign. This is a beautiful venue but I can not and will not recommend this place to anyone due to the mistakes that occurred.

We wanted a small and close wedding with our friends and family at the sunset with a pretty view, we just missed the sunset because of the weather and it was a little windy, but the place was perfect, met every need and desire we had for our important date, just be aware of weather when you book your date, so you could catch the beautiful sunset.

worth every penny!! I wish I could do it all over again, just this time make it longer!! I also recommend Jason, our minister, he added a magic to our ceremony that I can't explain without you having been there to witness it. Perfect venue, perfect wedding, perfect day!!

was average, the cake was good, the DJ did an amazing job and the photo booth was a big hit. Our guests were amazed. Everyone had a great time. I highly recommend Lakeside Weddings to celebrate your special day.

But everything was beautiful just like the pictures we saw online. If you are looking for a beautiful venue to celebrate your wedding day. I highly recommend Lakeside Wedding and Events! every penny. We were able to get married in Las Vegas without the flashy flashy Vegas vibe and everyone there complimented how beautiful the venue was. They have a few different venue options that are all very beautiful. My only wish is that we could have been married at sunset, I was told that they don't book at sunset for the ceremony only option. I also feel like they were just a bit dismissive because it was only a ceremony and not a reception as well, but I don't read too much into it because I live out of state and many things can be misconstrued in emails and texts.

r special day would be something we would always remember. Our wedding coordinator, Lucas, was amazing! He helped us out from day one and was available to answer any questions we had up to our wedding day. Even when a slight hiccup occurred where we had to change the date of our wedding, Lucas made sure that everything would be taken care of and that it was no issue. "No need to stress," is what we would say when I would call asking questions and panicking. It is because of the professionalism of Lucas, the excellent service of those involved with the wedding and the peaceful, beautiful venue that I would highly recommend Lakeside Weddings and Events to anyone considering this location for their wedding or special event.

Very professional. Couldn't be happier. They truly made my wedding day perfect. We did ceremony and reception here. It was so convenient. They literally provided everything I needed. We are from Canada. So it was so stress free and I can't say enough good about them. So grateful and thankful to have had this as my wedding venue.

ing. She made everything so easy, and she look plenty of time with me to make sure I understood what was happening. When the day came, it was perfect! Everything ran so smoothly. The DJ was amazing in keeping the dance floor full and was the perfect hype woman! Our photographer Michael was also wonderful and attentive! He made sure to capture all of the best moments, but he also made it a point to not be in the way of other people. He was also very open and easy to talk to and share ideas with. The food was also amazing! It was a buffet style with a plated starter salad. We also had the option for vegetarian meal for those who wanted one. Those plates were also very good! It really was a dream wedding!

Lakeside because of their reviews and beautiful location. The staff there were very professional and very accommodating due to the last minute hustle. Isabel was our planner and was absolutely wonderful. They made our day special when it could have been a complete disaster. Book here.

her the perfect wedding. Lakeside has just about everything you need- DJ, cake, flowers, photographer, videographer, minister, photobooth, everything! This was very important for us since we did not want to spend all that time finding individual vendors. And the venue is gorgeous! Right on the water! We were in the reception room with the indoor tree, beautiful chandelier, and twinkling lights. The only thing to consider is the size of the reception room. We had about 140 people and the room did seem a little crowded, and the line for the bar did get long but the bartenders did a good job moving people through quickly. We are so happy that we chose Lakeside and had an unforgettable night! Thank you!

Karolynn made sure that it was the most perfect day a bride could ask for, staying on top of everything and making sure that all guests, not just the Bride and Groom were taken care of. Lakeside Weddings took all the stress out of planning a wedding and we were able to enjoy our day to the fullest. If you are planning on a Vegas wedding, you need to contact Lakeside Weddings, they will give you a day that you will never forget!

and reception never saw a hiccup or mistake. The wedding and reception was an intimate (70 guests) gathering for family and friends. The venue was warmly transformed into my dream venue and the cost was very AFFORDABLE for everything contained within my selected package. From the plum and silver decor to the gold overtones in the reception room, my wedding vision came true to life. I could not ask for a more perfect place to say "I Do". Jhanae unselfishly gave me sage advice throughout the entire process, which included careful orchestration of the menu selection, music, entertainment, wedding decor, and floral arrangements. Because my fiance was in Afghanistan and wasn't due back the states until a week before the wedding, planning rested solely on me, which made me have to rely on Jhanae's wedding expertise. From the day I walked into her office looking for wedding assistance she helped me overcome my nervousness, and wedding jitters. My event was at sunset so the lake was beautiful and the perfect backdrop for the ceremony. I could go on and on about the venue, the extraordinary level of customer service, professional photography, the picture booth, the food and wedding cake bakery and the DJ because each of these services were "FIRST RATE". Everything about this place oozed of FIRST CLASS so having your wedding and reception afterwards at this facility makes the bride and groom King and Queen for the day. You will not be disappointed if you decide to hold your magical event at this venue. You cannot go wrong with planning and having your wedding at Lakeside. Trust me on this one :) You will not be disappointed.

We had cupcakes instead of a wedding cake and they were SO delicious (and I don't normally like sweets)! We went with a Fall Theme and Wynndy went the extra mile to decorate the wedding aisle and reception area better than I had imagined! Everyone talked about how good the food was and how beautiful the wedding was. One of our guests is a musician who has played thousands of weddings - and she said that it was the most beautiful wedding she had ever been to! The DJ was outstanding as well! My wedding day was the best day of my life - and I can thank Lakeside Weddings & Events for that.

hat. Beautiful venue and a great price. I loved they they allowed us to bring in our own camera and allowed our guests to take pictures. The photography company that they use is a joke! I have had tons of photo shoots with professional photographers and have always felt the prices were right. However the company they use is way over priced! like hundreds of dollars over priced. To have them put 9 pictures on a disc (that you can barely see online) was 295$ or 100$ per photo for copyright release, (that's insane to me). The florist Robin at Lakeside Flowers is Very nice! I used my grandmothers fabric bouquet and she took the difference of the bouquet and boutonniere it comes with and allowed us to use that as credit towards our arch way floral decor. She added in some petals by the altar without a charge and her work is stunning! Our Limo Drivers were so nice also.

She was always available for any questions or concerns we had, not to mention being flexible and willing to help us. We couldn't have asked for a better coordinator. Wedding date: 9/26/15 approximately 6pm Ceremony: Heritage Garden Reception: Swan Banquet Hall The ceremony location was elegant, romantic, and had an enchanted lakeside feel with the swans and ducks. The reception room was beautiful, romantic, with a modern Victorian look, and a beautiful real life tree that grew through the center of the dance floor. The tree might not sound appealing but trust me, it has so much character and it looks gorgeous at night.

we met Jhanae and viewed The Heritage Gardens at Lakeside. Jhanae assisted us throughout the preparations of our wedding. In our package she included a live video feed of the wedding, which people were able to access for a month. Our guest list was small, so she suggested that we have our reception next door at Marché Bacchus, which had a beautiful view of the lake. The flowers from their flower shop were absolutely beautiful. Robin gave me suggestions on flower types and colors. She created a beautiful bouquet for me and my maid of honor. They have everything anyone could need. Banquet halls, flower shop, salon / day spa. We loved the experience and strongly recommend them to anyone looking!

She helped me with so much and she definitely did not fail me in the end. She helped us pull of the most beautiful day ever, I am glad we stuck around at the end. The day of, everything worked out just right. The scenery, the set-up, the food, the music and the photography were wonderful. My cake was also gorgous! The Photographer took over 100 pictures and had so much patience with us. Jhanae was only a phone call or email away, quick to respond, and delivered every need! Great Venue and even better Staff! a photographer as it is the contract that we had to use their photographer. I wish we could have used our own as I felt that the photographer was really rushed and missed some moments that we would have liked captured. Our "wedding planner" was very nice, however seemed a bit elsewhere on our day. Also we requested to speak to the minister prior to the wedding as we had a special request, first were told we could only speak to him on the day of and then with further requests were allowed to do so. Not sure if our request kind of put off the planner or not or if it was just not typical for bride & groom to be allowed to speak to minister prior as he is subcontracted. We were told at the time of our booking that there were no other events booked that day and therefore could take our time changing into our dinner attire. Turns out there was another event booked and it just wasn't communicated so felt pretty rushed. Our dinner (partnered with Lakeside for timing but was a separate charge) was to be ready for guests by 3:30pm and was not ready so this caused some displacement of our guests as well. Typical Las Vegas weather would have been fine out next to the lake to chat, unfortunately it was freezing. The day itself turned out well just wish some of the details could have been handled a little more proficiently for our taste.

he gardens are peaceful, quiet & well-kept, a great outdoor space. Naturally pretty. The banquet room has great trim & chandeliers. It really is a special little place. Kudos to Lakeside for carving out a beautiful niche within Vegas. Our coordinator, Wynndy, was incredible! Always poised, organized, knowledgeable, professional & very personable. She was easy to communicate with & had great input to help our planning. Our wedding day ran smoothly, everything was done timely. Dinner was delicious!! So much that we asked to thank the chef in person. We’re foodies and we enjoyed it. The other vendors we used included the baker, Dawn, who made us two amazing cakes. DJ Jen really made it a great party. People enjoyed themselves from the moment they got there. Our Officiant, Pastor Joey, was great! He perfectly blended humor, advice & religion which is exactly what we wanted. He was very personable, his delivery poised, not boring or stuffy. He definitely made the ceremony flow well. My full review is on Yelp. Overall, we definitely recommend Lakeside. It's a beautiful setting that really makes you forget you're in Vegas. The staff was attentive & helpful. The cost was on par. We had a fun memorable day with no issues.

too glorious to be angry. Outside of that, everything was gorgeous and my day was absolutely terrific. The photographer was great even though we missed some shots as a family group picture. We were too busy to remember every shot we wanted. The food was tasty for the guests and the Wedding Cake was fantastic!!!! We brought in many flowers to complement the florist. It worked out well for us.

Jhanae Loring, my coordinator with them, always sent me a summary of everything we discussed so that I could look back at it later and have peace of mind that I had covered everything. She was very efficient but also fun, not stuck up and trying to sell you everything like a lot of coordinators-we would know, we cancelled 16 deposits and our old venue before choosing to do our wedding with Lakeside. Lakeside has salon and dry cleaning services on site which make it very convenient to get everything done without running all over town. Their onsite florist, Robin Williams is also incredible. We had a special last minute fall request on our flowers which she took care of with ease and made our flowers really pop for our wedding. Everything went so smoothly and all of the planning/putting together was so stress free for the price and value of the services received that I wouldn't change a thing and would recommend Lakeside and it's staff to anyone looking at getting married in Vegas. If you're looking for amazing service and a beautiful wedding no matter what your budget is then Lakeside may be for you and your wedding. A HUGE thank you to everyone at Lakeside for making this the wedding of our dreams. It was beautiful but at the same time very us and down to earth. Thank you for taking the time to hear us out on what we wanted and not trying to paint a picture of how you thought it should be for us and then selling it to us. You guys are amazing!

tiful and inexpensive, the ceremony was only about 20 minutes long and our pastor was a very nice man. The venue is right next to a small beautiful lake, with beautiful weeping willows all around. I couldn't have asked for an easier wedding and I'm so thankful I was referred to lakeside weddings! !

She was really helpful and patient. We were all very late and Danielle went above and beyond keeping us calm and helping everybody to be ready. Things were very smooth and I didn't have to worry with anything. I really recommend Lakeside Wedding.
