I just wanted to say a quick thanks to Deanna Pederson and her associate Tom for helping us with our amazing honeymoon. We stayed at the Secrets Playa Maroma in Cancun from 10/25-11/1/2014 and had a fantastic vacation. Do not hesitate booking this resort for your trip. We have been to many Secrets in the Cancun area and would recommend any of them without reservation. The resorts are so clean, and the staff is super friendly, and the food is amazing. You want for nothing while you are there. Deanna booked the trip for us, and with all the extra honeymoon amenities we felt like royalty. Tom assisted us on the Saturday of our departure when we had a 12 hour delay at O'Hare. Despite the inconvenience, he kept us in the loop and even contacted us after work hours to see how things were progressing. We could not have been happier! And with the vouchers we have received from Apple for the delay, we will book again

This was my first time working with a travel agent. I've always just scoured the internet to find deals and booked on my own. But, since this was our honeymoon, we figured we would go with a travel agent in hopes they would be able to find us a better deal and possibly get some extra "perks". We originally started with a different company, but I was having trouble getting what I wanted and understanding the break down of where my money was going. LaMacchia was more than willing to help me break it down. I had a pretty clear idea of which hotels I wanted and they were able to get me a good price and even a few deals. I only had one real issue, the original agent I was working with apparently left the company and I was never informed. I had tried emailing her a few times with no response, finally I emailed the main contact address on the website and then was informed she left and connected to a new agent. It ended up working out fine, but I would have rather been contacted and informed, instead of me having to make the contact and find out. Other than that, I would definitely use them again.

My husband and I went to Italy, Switzerland, and Germany for our honeymoon. I was so overwhelemed with the wedding plans, the thought of planning a two week trip was scary. Going to LaMacchia Travel Agency was the best advice we received! From transportation to hotel reservations, LaMacchia took care of every aspect of the trip! It was the most amazing, stress-free time! Plus, they stayed well within our budget. I could not be happier with the service we received. I would highly recommend LaMacchia for your next trip!!

Jessica at LaMacchia Travel did a GREAT job helping us plan our destination wedding in Jamaica. We had 16 people total and she made it very easy to book and plan everything, we will for sure go back!!
