I rented a white adult bounce house for my wedding reception and it was a hit!! I was adamant about having a bounce house, which a lot of people thought was silly, especially since we had a kid free wedding. But let me tell you, it was one of the best decisions we made. At various points leading up to the wedding, I was more excited about the bounce house than I was anything else. I had DO MUCH FUN bouncing. We had our photographer and videographer posted outside the bounce house and I cannot wait to see the incredible pictures/video we got! Overall, Monica was pleasant and very easy to work with. I initially reached out to get a proposal about eleven months out from our wedding and she was so helpful in suggesting the best time to rent and was honest about the availability of their inventory. I forgot to follow up, and Monica thoughtfully reached out to inquire if I was still interested. Booking them was super simple and straightforward. Delivery on the day of the wedding was seamless. We had a slight issue with the strength/power of the electrical outlets at our venue and we ultimately had to use a generator. The delivery person was quick to pick it up and bring it back to set everything up on time. I didn’t find this out until after the fact which was great. My only frustration was that the message that the generator would cost extra was not conveyed to me, so two days after the event, I was surprised when I received a new invoice. It of course makes sense, and I have no problem paying for something we used, I just wish I would have told to expect that - which in all fairness isn’t anyone’s “fault.” Things happen, and I’m just appreciative for their quick problem solving. The bounce house was beautiful and the quality was great! 10/10 would recommend, and I’ll rent from them again as soon as I can convince my husband to have an excuse to get a bounce house!
