evious Tuesday and told they would arrive at 345 for my 4pm rental. I explained to the young lady that that was CERTAINLY not enough time at all and she assured me there would be plenty of men to help with the set up. Then I received an email Friday explaining that they would arrive at 2pm but may be delayed bc of traffic and was relieved they changed the arrival time. Meanwhile i paid an extra delivery fee bc there was a distance to drive. Well 330pm Saturday rolled around and still hadn't heard a word about arrival. When I called I was meant with an attitude and told they would be there by the quoted 345 arrival time. They arrived with 2 ppl at 350 a young man and a woman. It took 25 mins just to park the ride properly (in a super easy location) then my guest had to set up the table and chairs themselves. Next was the bounce house disaster. That took an hour and a half to get properly inflated, the guy didnt checked the zipper on the bottom and blew a fuse twice in the house. Then it had old food and icing all over the inside 🙈 they did stay an extra hour but everyone left by the originally slated 7pm time. Even my son was back in our house. Honestly it ruined the day my husband and I were stressed and short with guests and even the birthday boy bc we were dealing with the horrible experience. I paid the full amount remaining in cash like an idiot bc i thought the company would certainly make it right, they essentially ruined our party. I asked for $400 refund the cost of 30 mins of the rental. I thought that was more than fair. They refused, will not let me speak to anyone higher in the company and are lying completely about times they quoted me etc. just want to warn anyone else to steer clear!

we had a kid free wedding. But let me tell you, it was one of the best decisions we made. At various points leading up to the wedding, I was more excited about the bounce house than I was anything else. I had DO MUCH FUN bouncing. We had our photographer and videographer posted outside the bounce house and I cannot wait to see the incredible pictures/video we got! Overall, Monica was pleasant and very easy to work with. I initially reached out to get a proposal about eleven months out from our wedding and she was so helpful in suggesting the best time to rent and was honest about the availability of their inventory. I forgot to follow up, and Monica thoughtfully reached out to inquire if I was still interested. Booking them was super simple and straightforward. Delivery on the day of the wedding was seamless. We had a slight issue with the strength/power of the electrical outlets at our venue and we ultimately had to use a generator. The delivery person was quick to pick it up and bring it back to set everything up on time. I didn’t find this out until after the fact which was great. My only frustration was that the message that the generator would cost extra was not conveyed to me, so two days after the event, I was surprised when I received a new invoice. It of course makes sense, and I have no problem paying for something we used, I just wish I would have told to expect that - which in all fairness isn’t anyone’s “fault.” Things happen, and I’m just appreciative for their quick problem solving.
The bounce house was beautiful and the quality was great! 10/10 would recommend, and I’ll rent from them again as soon as I can convince my husband to have an excuse to get a bounce house!
