LAMBERTS DOWNTOWN BARBECUE

We had our Rehearsal Dinner at Lambert's Austin on 11/17/17 and we could not be happier that we did! The food was amazing but the staff was equally great! From Fallon, our coordinator and event manager, to the bar and waitstaff, this event went off without a single hitch - and we had almost 80 people upstairs in the private dining area. We could not recommend this place more for your future Rehearsal Dinner. It was reasonably priced, for the amount and quality of food, you received and the venue is close and convenient to downtown. We love Lambert's!

We wanted a good southern brunch in a private space for our wedding reception. We also wanted it to have that "Austin" feel that was important to us for our big day. Lambert's had both, and so much more. We were able to book their upstairs space with a minimal deposit that was then applied to our overall bill. Our coordinator worked with us on a drink and brunch buffet menu, and all we really had to do was show up. This is the perfect venue for a bride who really doesn't want to deal with a lot of details. The building is historic, with a lot of character- and it just doesn't need a lot of decorating. Other than flowers, a cake table and a guest book table- I just let the space speak for itself. The food and service were also impeccable. We had 3 girls working our party of 45, and they were all so attentive and helpful. But the food was really the star of the show! Brisket hash, chili cheese grits, biscuits and gravy...it was all so delicious! We were so pleased with our reception and glad that our guests enjoyed such a delicious meal, while also having the ability to mingle in such a neat space.
