Lamborn Farm is an absolutely stunning venue with an abundance of space. It’s the perfect setting for families with children, as the expansive outdoor areas offer so much for everyone to explore. Joseph and his wife were incredibly kind and accommodating, going above and beyond to assist us with both setup and teardown. Best of all, they have a whole closet of rustic decorations available to use, so no need to spend a fortune on decorations. Truly a dream location at an unbeatable value.

Located in Leavenworth, KS, Lamborn Farm is a scenic wedding venue with a rich local history. This lovely location is available for weekend-long celebrations under the stars. The traditional barn provides a cozy indoor space for dinner and dancing. Couples can conveniently plan a series of events all in one place. Begin with an intimate rehearsal dinner on Friday and end the celebrations with a bang on Saturday night.
This scenic estate was founded in the 1870s as the Horace and Rosemond Lamborn Farmstead. Since then, it has served the locals in lots of different ways. From boarding horses to producing dairy, this family farm has played a huge role in the community. Today, the property provides a scenic place for loved ones to come together. The fun, airy atmosphere of the farm is an excellent setting to celebrate important events. Lamborn has been honored as a Kansas Century Farm by the Kansas Farm Bureau. The property has strong family roots and an incredible connection to the community. The traditional red barn has been updated to suit the needs of modern couples. Large doors open onto natural farm surroundings. An old-fashioned carriage sits in front of the barn as a token of its rich past. Inside, to-be-weds will find true rustic romance. Light wooden tones and an open floor plan create a bright and inviting space. String lighting adds a delicate touch for classic country celebrations. There is room for a banquet of 200 guests inside. Couples can choose to tie the knot in this historic red barn. Alternately, the farm features a peaceful outdoor site overlooking the pond. To-be-weds imagining a charming ceremony surrounded by nature can set up shop here. End the night sitting around the cozy outdoor fire pit with loved ones. The newlyweds can roast marshmallows and look back on their magical day.
Lamborn Farm is a flexible space for rural wedding celebrations. You and your partner can choose your preferred vendors for food, flowers, and more. This will help to ensure that every detail lines up with your vision. The team can recommend some top-notch professionals to help get things started. They have connections with DJs, photographers, and more. You will have access to the property from 12pm Friday to 12pm Sunday. This leaves plenty of time to transform the space into your dream wedding venue. You and your partner will also have lots of time to prepare in on-site dressing rooms. Both sides of the wedding party will be accommodated. You can rest assured that you will not run into your significant other before stepping down the aisle.

sional but also personable. The only thing I'd say is if you're getting married in the summer be prepared to spend most of your time outside because the barn was way to hot. We loved our wedding at Lamborn farm!

I can not say enough good things about the Lamborn family. We got married in their barn April 21st, and it was the most perfect day. You get such a good deal for a very fair price....
You get the barn from Noon Friday to Noon Sunday, which was such a stress reliever to us. More than enough time to set everything up, and get comfy in the sweet little wedding cottage. My wedding party also loved the fact that they didn’t have to tear everything down the moment the DJ stopped playing. Joe & Valerie, the owners, were so helpful & accommodating from the start of this whole process. We met Joe at the farm multiple times leading up to our date to look around, ask questions, whatever we needed. If Joe couldn’t be around to help us, Valerie or their kids were right there- asking what they could do for us. Every request we had was met with a smile. It was very cold the morning of our wedding, and Valerie spent most of her morning setting up heaters to keep the barn as warm as she could. The barn is gorgeous. The land is stunning. The perfect combination of rustic & elegant. I could go on & on about all of the ways that the Lamborns made our day special. I will forever recommend this farm, and this family to everyone I know. Brides, if you are looking- please do yourself a favor & check this place out.

e were wanting. The moment we looking at the venue we knew that this was the one we were going to get married in. Joseph and his family were so friendly and so accommodating during this whole process and wanted to make sure Bryan and I had an amazing wedding. There was a huge storm that rolled through the night before our wedding which had the power go out, tree limbs down, and the barn doors flew off but Joe was there the morning of our wedding making sure everything was taken care of and looking fabulous for our wedding. We appreciate you all and everything you did. If you are thinking about booking here just do it because you will not regret the decision!

ol is allowed, there are many decor items available to use, you have the venue for three days, and it is an historic, working farm with a lot of charm and unique features such as a peacock, old church pews, and a pond. The owner, Joe, is very flexible and truly cares about making your wedding day everything you dreamed. He allowed me to make payments on the venue, he came out and showed me and various other wedding party members the venue several times throughout the year, and he also offers a guest house for rent on the property.

eased. I visited other local venues that offered a barn wedding and all of them wanted to charge more for a smaller barn and offered less. When you rent Lamborn Farm you can use any of the decorations and props they have available for no extra charge. You get the venue for the weekend so you can setup Friday and clean up Sunday. You also get the Lamborn family that will help you setup for your special day. I wanted to have a fire pit and s'mores during my reception and they setup hay bails around a fire pit, they started the fire and a member of the family set out by the fire all night watching and helping people make s'mores. They did not charge me anything for this service. I can not say enough nice things about the family and venue. My wedding day was perfect because I chose Lamborn Farm which was the perfect venue for the wedding I wanted.

enue was the fact that you reserve the entire weekend when you reserve the barn. We had from Friday at noon until Sunday at noon to set-up and then clean up. We could not have decorated and made all of the special touches to our special day without that time allotment. Our experience at Lamborn Farm was beyond anything we could have imagined. If there was a problem, they fixed it. If we had a crazy request, they allowed it and helped make it happen. We were able to use his table cloths, mason jars, burlap table runners, wood slabs and so much more at no additional cost! The price was perfect for what we were given and we are so thankful that we had our wedding here. It was a perfect day and we would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a rustic, barn wedding without hesitation.
