Professional, clean, kind, flexible, and on time! What more can you ask for? We had a socially distanced school bus with open windows and great music playing. They were flexible with timing when we wanted to extend by 45 minutes and so kind and lovely to work with -- also such a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Our experience with Lamoille was as good as you can ask for from a transportation company. We worked with them to create a very detailed time sheet for when busses would leave from our hotel and then when busses would shuttle people back from the venue to the hotel. They also made sure that we provided point people for day of contact to make sure no guests were left behind and all the busses ran as smoothly as they were supposed to. I can't speak to the rest of the reviews, but Lamoille made it clear that without someone giving busses final go ahead on the day of they would very strictly follow the schedule. I think having people on both ends of the process to facilitate that (who were not ourselves - we had our wedding coordinator manage this) made sure everything went perfectly. All in all they did exactly as we wanted and people had no complaints about the busses or the drivers. A perfect experience!

DO NOT USE! One of the buses got lost on the way to our venue.. and what should have been a 10 minute drive was a 45 minute drive. Our ceremony started late and clearly we were very stressed. As if that wasn't enough.. the same bus left some people stranded at the venue at the end of the night. My step dad ended up having to bring people back to the hotel from the venue in his car in multiple trips.

Left bride and groom stranded at venue - DO NOT HIRE This company is a disaster. For starters, the contact and person I had been corresponding with left the company without any communication to clients. I emailed my contact to discuss scheduling to be met with a response saying they had left the company. A decent amount of time later I was reached out to by a woman named Lisa. She called me and had the complete wrong information. She has confused our wedding with another reservation. Total red flag, but let it go. We talked on the phone 2 more times where I informed her what time the wedding ended and requested service continue until all guests were picked up. At the end of the night they informed our guests there would be no more shuttles and forces an unsafe number of guests on to the shuttle. Lastly, they left myself (the bride), groom, 83 year old grandma, and other family members at the venue. We waited for nearly 45 minutes before getting in touch with the driver who had headed home for the night. This completely ruined the evening as we missed the after party where we had paid for food and drink. By the time we had gotten there, most of our guests had left. Total bummer and horrible way to end the night. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. After reaching out they offered us no solution to make this right. SO disappointed and wish we had hired literally any other company. Especially since they are more pricy than those in the area. Lastly - the contract originally sent had a price for 2 shuttle. Upon informing them we only needed one, they told us that was an error and it was still the same price. In hindsight, a total scam.

Easy to work with, prompt, and reasonably priced!

We had a great experience with LVT. Our wedding was in a rural area without Uber/Lyft, so we really wanted our guests to be able to drink and get home safely. They were really helpful in figuring out exactly what we needed, and it was a really reasonable price. The LVT team was great, and communicated with the inn owners where our pick up spots were to figure out the best pick up plan. Everything went smoothly on the day of, and our guests enjoyed being transported by a school bus!
