g over with someone new, and they didn't even inform me that the person would be leaving, I would find out when I tried to email the person and the manager contacted me.
Overall, it was a good venue. The food was delicious and the staff was pretty helpful. I was frustrated that we got ready there and weren't allowed to bring in food, so we ordered what was supposed to be a big breakfast buffet with juices, bagels, muffins, pastries, etc. I got there to get ready and it was just water, coffee, 10 mini muffins, and some sort of breakfast bread. I specifically said no cantaloupe and the only fruit was a mixed fruit bowl with cantaloupe. When I talked to the wedding coordinator, she told me that was their standard breakfast for 8 people. It cost around $250 and I could have gotten what they gave us at Sam's club for $30. I was expressed that I was upset so she brought out bagels, but they didn't have any plain bagels, so my private coordinator went and got me some at Panera. They never brought the groomsmen the bagels, so everyone was starving.
Additionally, they ordered sparklers for our sparkler send off, but they got the small ones instead of the longer ones, so we just barely did one for photos but they burnt out fast. I expressed my frustration and again they said that was the standard sparkler they order.
I was frustrated with some miscommunication, ridiculous upcharges, and that they didn't inform me that the onsite coordinator would be changing either time that it did. I didn't really get to meet the person who was there for my wedding so we didn't build any sort of relationship and I wasn't really happy working with her.
They also say napkins, table cloths, etc. are included. They are, but they only have a handful of napkin colors and most have patterns so we ended up renting ours separately. The table numbers are old and don't look nice. They only have ivory or white table cloths. I wish they had been more up front when we booked instead of saying they had tons.
The food was amazing and the views were great. Overall I was still happy we did it there but there were some needlessly frustrating things that shouldn't have been a problem. They did end up taking the breakfast off of the price which was nice. We would have been happy to pay if they had actually provided us what we had agreed upon. Everyone raved about the food, the ballroom, and that it was both indoor and outdoor.

h the venue. Everything was beautiful. We got married by the fireplace and had spaces for the cocktail hour and reception all in one. It was fantastic. Bridal suite is large and enjoyable. The food at the reception was AMAZING. My husband and I are raving to this day. I recommend the LCC wholeheartedly for a venue. They even let us have our favorite dessert brought in.

and and I wanted a venue that had a system for weddings, a good rainy day contingency plan, and a caterer on site. LCC has all of this, as well as a really gracious and friendly staff. We had a great time touring the venue, as well as our tastings, and were able to bring some family members and our florist to check out the place ahead of time.
The day of, people kept complimenting the food, which was delicious! We did something a little different, which was themed food stations (American, Asian, Italian), and they went over really well. People enjoyed the variety!
The grounds and reception area itself is beautiful. The ceremony was held in the garden area, and you can see some of the golf course from there. The two cocktail hour rooms are great and required very little decorating. The reception hall is large and has a ton of windows, so you can see both the garden and golf course from the reception. There is also an outdoor patio for some fresh air.
The Lancaster Country Club is a fantastic choice for an event, I would absolutely choose it again!

cuted incredibly well. When we look back at our wedding day, there was nothing that did not go as planned. LCC went above and beyond to make our day special. The food was fantastic and enjoyed by all, the servers and bartenders were friendly and efficient, and the event coordinator was "hidden" but right by your side all night to make sure you had everything you needed at the drop of a dime. We could go on and on about LCC. You do need to have a member sponsor your wedding, but if you do not know someone, they will try to help you find someone. Luckily for us, we knew a member, who graciously sponsored our wedding & reception. We highly recommend LCC to anyone looking for an incredible (and affordable!!) event venue.

our case it was the same price as the Eden resort. Maybe a $5-10 difference a plate? Wes is the coordinator and he kept everything running smoothly. He was very helpful and VERY patient and even suggested some ways to cut back on things.

etting us borrow golf carts to take pictures, to provide a TV so we could watch a football! Highly recommend. The food and service was outstanding and the dance floor is huge!
