Lancaster Cupcake

sband and I was equally amazing. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and stunningly designed. Highly recommend!!

r our dessert. Well, Taylor Chip didn't show up so we were extremely grateful to Lancaster Cupcake for their professionalism, promptness, and very tasty desserts! We were able to try all of the flavors beforehand (they let us delay the due date so we could try the fall flavors) and it was hard to decide they were all so good! Highly recommend :)

as delicious and our guests could not stop raving about how good they tasted. The presentation was beautiful, and we truly couldn't have imagined anyone else providing desserts for our big day. Absolutely perfect!

’t have to worry about setting up, they did a lovely job setting up our dessert. They accommodated having a small batch of vegan/gluten free cupcakes available for our friends who had certain food requirements. All of our guests were just as obsessed as we are with the dessert. This will be our place to get our anniversary dessert :) strawberry champagne will always be our favorite flavor

. We especially appreciate the additional cupcake of each flavor to ensure that the bride and groom got to taste them.

our guests in four flavors: strawberry champagne, caramel crème brûlée, late night snack, and double chocolate chip cookie dough. They were a hit! Sadly for us, there were none left to take home haha! Luckily we also purchased a small cutting cake for us in strawberry champagne. It was beautifully made and we had the extra from that brought home afterwards. Can’t wait to try the piece we froze for our one year anniversary! Delivery was on time, and our setup instructions were perfectly followed. Could not have asked for a better experience!

how delicious they were. There's so many flavors to choose from including seasonal flavors and gluten free and vegan options. The sample pack included when you book was so helpful to pick your flavors. The truck comes to the venue for an hour which was plenty of time for our 130 guests to all grab one, and leftovers were boxed up to take home.

them and set them up! All we had to do was label where we wanted them. We got a small cake to use for the cake cutting ceremony. Perfect size and looked professionally done! Even when I had to contact them with questions and changes to my order they were very flexible and helpful! Great place!!

so great. We had some guests with dietary restrictions (GF/Vegan) and we wanted to make sure they had dessert that was tasty. Out of all of the bakeries we tried, Lancaster Cupcake had by far the best GF/Vegan cupcakes. Their flavors were also delicious and so unique. I would definitely recommend Lancaster cupcake to anyone getting married in the future!

our wedding. We had the Lancaster Cupcake truck, and it was perfect! Our guests loved it!! So many loved taking pictures near the truck, and trying the different flavors. We have guests with restrictions like gluten and dairy allergies, and Alexa at Lancaster Cupcake was so helpful in making sure we had options for them to enjoy. They even sent us home with a pack for us to enjoy after the wedding! Our wedding cake also came from Lancaster Cupcake and was SO delicious. We strongly recommend booking their team, and the truck was such a fun bonus to have onsite! Thank you for making our wedding extra sweet, our guests still continue to talk about how delicious everything was!!

d we got many compliments on the taste. Thank you so much for being apart of our special day!

ad many people tell me the strawberry champagne cake was they best wedding cake they've had because it was moist and perfectly flavored. The team did a wonderful job setting everything up and it was so easy to work with them throughout the process.

them and so did my husband and I. They are easy to work with and affordable. Such a pleasure to work with and I wouldn't have wanted anything else at my wedding.

dy booked, coming very highly recommended by our day-of-coordinator from Simply Events. WOW WOW WOW - to say we are grateful for the choice we made in Lancaster Cupcake is very much an understatement. Through this experience, of which they exceeded our expectations in every way, they have most certainly gained a pair of loyal customers who would be proud and excited to encourage others to use Lancaster Cupcake for any catered need. After discussion amongst ourselves and with Alexa, our wedding coordinator at Lancaster Cupcake, we ended up ordering a cutting cake, and a large # of cupcakes vs. the cupcake truck, which was just more efficient for our venue I think. They do also offer cake stands, which we opted not to use with what was available for our date - but I thought this was great. Lancaster Cupcake had everything delivered safely and efficiently to our venue on the day of without any issues per our day-of-coordinator and our venue. In fact, our day-of-coordinator spoke very highly of her communication with Alexa and the team, and I can completely agree. From the start, Alexa was incredibly responsive in answering my initial questions, scheduling a consultation and free tasting and leading up to the day-of our wedding, including several changes for our indecisive selves. :) She was incredibly personable, warm and knowledgeable and made our decision that much easier in supporting their team outside of the delicious desserts we knew we were in for. On wedding day, the cutting cake we ordered, though we only had a chance to grab a small bite that night, was incredibly moist, fresh, decadent and just divine. As someone who typically prefers vanilla-based cakes/desserts, the chocolate cake was arguably the best I had ever had which I feel says a lot. We were blown away from the available choices for our cupcakes - from classic flavors to new, unique flavors and creative twists on classics. We ultimately opted for the dark chocolate therapy and toffee crunch, as well as the pumpkin roll and apple cider donut cupcakes. The cupcake consistency was consistent with the cake - soft, melt-in-your-mouth flavors. The first two of our choices were definitely the more rich of the options, so we tried to balance everything with the latter two choices. The pumpkin roll was definitely my husband and I's favorite, and a close competitor for favorite with the toffee crunch by our guests. Each cupcake was absolutely stunning too in looks, making our dessert table absolutely stunning on top of it all. Alexa was also great in helping us determine an appropriate estimate for how many cupcakes we might need based on our guest count, but I am quite glad we had a couple left-over to ourselves after that day, which honestly are just as good from the freezer now almost two weeks out. This makes me that much more excited to have our wedding cake again on our anniversary! Our guests couldn't stop raving about the cupcakes, and with how smoothly the whole experience went and how delicious our desserts were, I could not be more thankful to Lancaster Cupcake for helping to make our wedding day as sweet as it was!

oices and arranged a free tasting for us to pickup. We were able to taste our selected flavors at home and then we scheduled a call to discuss our favorite. From there it was just a matter of headcount and figuring out how many cakes we needed (my wife and I opted for a separate small cake for us to freeze and enjoy on our anniversary) and Lancaster Cupcakes handled the rest! The cake was delivered on the day of and looked absolutely stunning in all of our photos (and most importantly, it was DELICIOUS). I highly recommend Lancaster Cupcakes to anyone looking for wedding cakes or just some yummy cake to enjoy!

ecommend them!!

with the cutting cake for us and cupcakes for our guests. Everyone raved about how great the cupcakes were and they were gone so fast. My only regret.... not getting more!

and even include gluten free/ vegan cupcakes. You can't even tell which cupcakes are gluten free/ vegan- they're all so yummy! We opted for the mini cupcakes and they were devoured quickly! Everyone raved about how delicious they were. During the planning process, Alexa, the wedding coordinator was easy to work with and helped set up our tasting box. The payment portal was simple to use. Overall, just a great experience! I will definitely get more desserts from them in the future!

e. Many of our guest have commented on how delicious the cupcakes were and how fun it was to walk up to get them at the cupcake truck! We highly recommend them for any occasion.

ecause my husband works in wines. The cake turned out beautifully, and they were prompt and communication was wonderful. We will definitely be traveling back to Lancaster to get some cupcakes soon!

ed even better and were a hit with our guests!! 100% recommend!

d enough cupcakes for all guests to have one plus an additional 30+ and every single cupcake was gone by the end of the night - that's how good they were. We also got a small wedding cake to cut and it was beautiful and perfect. We also purchased rental stands which were beautifully set up and looked great. I think my husbands and I will be taking a trip to Lancaster Cupcake every year as a sweet reminder of how special our day was.

reception. They were timely with their delivery and the cupcakes looked wonderful! They were also very helpful when I had to make a last minute count change to my order on the day the final payment was due. Highly recommend!!!

he wedding day. Highly recommend!

e wedding coordinator, Alexa, was very easy to contact and to work with. They have a huge list of flavors, and we changed our minds on which flavors we wanted several times. Alexa was flexible with us and changed our order right away each time we asked for something different. Some things that were important to us were having a vegan and gluten-free option and having flavors that fit the season since we had a winter wedding. Lancaster Cupcake offers a wide variety of vegan and gluten-free flavors, not just plain old vanilla and chocolate, and they had flavors with decorations that were perfect for winter. We ended up ordering a two-tier cake and an assortment of cupcakes. The cake looked exactly like what we requested, and everything tasted SO good. By the end of the night, all of the cupcakes had been eaten! We also appreciated that Lancaster Cupcake delivered and set up the desserts. We were able to easily borrow white stands from them, which we returned the next day without a hassle. If you want to impress your guests, book Lancaster Cupcake for your wedding!

dding party and save our top tier for later. Everything came out just like we wanted!

ushing about the cupcakes, they did not disappoint! My husband and I also loved our mini wedding cake. They were so helpful, attentive, and worth every penny. Plus, they've been on the TV show cupcake wars, so you know their work has to be delicious!! we highly recommend their services to all couples :)

when they needed a break from the dance floor. They are affordable and even delivered to our venue day of so we didn't have to worry about anything.

private tasting with Alexa and appreciated how many options they offered. We will be ordering again!

s to choose from, but we were finally able to narrow it down to a few. Everyone at our wedding was obsessed -- my personal favorite being the Lemon Lavender. We also ordered a personal size cake just for cutting, but this one was pretty sad looking. The sad cake is why I give 4-stars. Overall, the staff member I kept in touch with was very sweet and accommodating. Can't wait go back for another cupcake!

or the cupcakes, and people LOVED them. Many ate 2+ just to try the different flavors. Our cutting cake was beautiful too!

sister could enjoy my wedding cake but turns out it was a hit! All of our guests were raving about how delicious it was. When told it was gf/df they were shocked! I highly recommend them for any event. In fact they created my cupcakes for my bridal shower and because they were so scrumptious I booked them for my wedding! Thanks Lancaster Cupcake!
