ique architecture seemed like a dream fit for our elegant, jewel toned wedding plans. The tour with Hilari made the decision to book easy. She was so fun to meet with, while still being professional + answering all our questions easily. I only needed my partner on board, and we stopped by for an impromptu tour during public hours, accidentally stumbling in on a free orchestra concert. For him, that accident sold him on the space ("It's impossible for any other space to compete with a violin serenade"). We both grew up in the East Metro (him in Saint Paul), so getting to plan our wedding in the heart of the city was extra meaningful as well. Needless to say, the planning team (Hilari, Grace, and Troy) were so easy to work with - both with answering early questions + as planning got more serious in the weeks leading up to the day. Everything was set up exactly as envisioned, and the space itself was such a breathtaking setting for our celebration. Space-wise, it was SO MUCH FUN to have balconies overlooking the reception. We were able to sneak upstairs + have a few moments to watch everyone dance + just revel in the day. I know our guests were doing the same! The museum-like galleries were also fun for guests to peek (and satisfied our nerdy love of history). We had our ceremony offsite, and were a smaller group for the space (with about 110 guests). It definitely felt like a perfect fit - with plenty of space for dinner stations, a game corner, a live artist, and a dance floor right in the center of the room. The flexibility with vendors made it easy to personalize things like catering + decor, and helped us manage our budget. I love that we'll be able to enjoy our wedding space throughout the year, and am so so happy with our venue decision.

always professional and timely. Hilari, and the rest of their staff were very organized and super helpful. Every question and concern we had was answered or taken care of. The venue itself is absolutely stunning. We had SO many guests tell us it was the most beautiful wedding venue they had ever been to. There are numerous different rooms for taking pictures, for your bridal party to get ready in, etc. We were fortunate enough to be allowed to do our first look and photos up in the bell tower! It was gorgeous. The location was also perfect for staying at the St. Paul Hotel. Ourselves, and many of the other guests booked rooms there for the wedding weekend so it made getting to and from the venue a breeze! LITERALLY walked across the street. We also had our grooms dinner at Herbie’s on the Park which is just across the park from the St. Paul Hotel/The Landmark Center.

tantly, the staff are crazy good at their jobs. The events team is clearly highly experienced. They are professional, responsive, and accommodating. Here are some specific examples of how great this venue is: (1) the AC in this building RIPS. Getting reading here in August was a dream for my bridal party which included two pregnant bridesmaids who were constantly hot. Dancing was cool and comfortable, and guests were not sweating through the whole ceremony. (2) They have every thing here. Chairs, tables, extra kegs, they have it and can make it happen. (3) the venue operates a full bar, so anything you need for your reception is available. Bar staff were abundant and bar manager Troy was so knowledgeable and helpful. (4) the flip between ceremony and reception was FAST and highly accurate. The venue staff were so impressive in this process. (5) MOST IMPORTANT this was the cheapest venue we toured, even adding in the building exclusivity. By far. Venues that were far less stunning and smaller and further out were more expensive. Security ensured no stragglers came into the wedding who were not supposed to be there. Everything was highly secure and we had keys to lock rooms where our stuff was. This place is unbeatable. I cannot recommend this venue enough.

Alix, Troy and Hilari are incredible. I can’t even count the number of times I reached out with questions throughout the entire planning process and I was never met with anything less than patience and helpful advice. Troy & his team went above and beyond helping us prepare items for the bar service and he was reassuring of our fear of running out of alcohol – which will NEVER happen here – another plus! The wedding guests raved about the venue, the coordination done by Alix, and the overall ambiance/lighting. The audio was spot on, the changeover from cocktail hour to the dinner was flawless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and warm. They even allowed us to store all of our decorations and centerpieces the night before, which was such a kind and helpful option for us - saving us a ton of time and stress. The venue is so beautiful and requires almost no decoration as the columns and soaring atrium speak for themselves! We had our ceremony in the Ramsey Courtroom and it was the perfect intimate setting, our cocktail hour and reception were held in the gorgeous atrium. Guests raved about the building and had a great time exploring during the reception. Wholeheartedly recommend the Landmark for your special day!

ilari who went above and beyond to meet our special requests, designed an amazing layout to meet the needs of our reception, and was an absolute joy to work with. Love that we could bring in the licensed caterer of our choice to create exactly the menu we wanted. I also have to say the value for the price in the Twin Cities is unbeatable. We comfortably seated 270 guests with room for cocktails and the dance floor.

All of our guests loved Landmark as a venue and commented on how much they liked the architecture, the history, etc. And our guests liked exploring throughout Landmark, as you are given access to all the floors. And our guests' hotels were just a few blocks away in downtown Saint Paul, so that was an added plus. We all had an absolute blast and a day and night we'll always remember at our reception at Landmark. Our wedding day turned out to be really warm but the building is so GORGEOUS and had so many spaces to take photos that we didn't even have time to worry about the weather outside. Also, the building really doesn't need much decorating. We chose to have uplight during our reception which really made the whole room feel more romantic. Other than that, we kept it to a minimum. "just like a castle!" - and needs little decorating to look absolutely incredible. Betsy was lovely to work with when creating a timeline and table plan, and Pam was great to work with for the liquor coordination. The bridal suite is stunning and works perfectly for getting ready (although the groom no longer gets a nice room to get ready in, which was disappointing to my husband). There are also just so many pretty places to take pictures - your photographers will have a field day!

What helped us make our decision to have our wedding there is they allow you to use any caterer, however they have a list of "preferred vendors" (Chef Jeff is AMAZING). The best part? The Landmark Center is REASONABLY PRICED! We chose to have alcohol at our wedding (which you must buy from them) and the bar staff was fantastic. They even include a security guard in the price so you don't have to worry about people stealing or unwanted/rowdy guests. I would 100% recommend them for your wedding, as we could not of had a more perfect day! P.S. Book early- their schedule fills up fast!

ng, and having scaffold and fall protection and machinery infront of the Landmark Center, but thankfully that was all on the outside. So, the pictures outside (which is part of the reason we went with the Landmark) didn't go well, but everything else was amazing! The tables were set up exactly as we had discussed, the bar staff were very attentive, and the whole place looked fabulous! We took advantage of having the place to ourselves and took many pictures in the other rooms of the building as well. The guests loved the venue, and for the price, it was well worth it! If you want a fairy tale wedding, have it here! Betsy, the coordinator there, is so helpful and friendly! The Landmark Center brought the "wow factor" to our wedding, and we almost couldn't have been happier with it (other than the construction)!

In March of 2013 we were told that there would be construction on the building on the side that our courtroom windows looked out (2-story windows) We picked this room because of the ambiance and the light from the windows!! I couldn't imagine how they wouldn't know about this when we were booking the room! It all worked out and they ended up not starting on that side of the building until later. Also had issues with rental items I brought there. They made it kind of difficult to have it picked up, they wanted it out right after the ceremony!! I didn't have anyone that wasn't coming to the reception, who would expect that?!? Overall I was happy with the venue, good enough for a wedding ceremony, but not for the whole wedding.

m which holds 125 guests. We had the ceremony there, then did a flip and held the reception there, too. They let us rent a freshly-tuned piano for only $100. It was an unforgettable experience!

worth the cost of renting. The only issue we had at all was we were told we would have the dressing rooms until the next morning to come back and retrieve our items. That night when we were clearing out the place, the security guard told us we needed to have everything out of there that night. We stayed at the Crown Plaza a few blocks down the road and suddenly we had to ask the small group of people that were coming to the after party at the hotel to help us carry everything. That was awfully frustrating which is why I only gave it 4 out of 5 stars but as long as that is cleared up and there is no confusion, the place was perfect!
