From Spring 2025, the Gotliffe's, the owners of this beautiful property, invite you to make this the backdrop for your special celebration. With gorgeous spaces and welcoming service, this setting can host your dream country wedding. The Gotliffe's are proud parents of a child on the autism spectrum and named Landon Estate to honor their son. They've always dreamed of being a pillar of their local community and owning a wedding and event venue. In 2024, they purchased and renovated the former Sanders-Myatt house to bring both dreams to life. On your special day at this property, you and your wedding party can relax and prepare in style in the opulent get-ready rooms. For your ceremony site, you may select the country charm of the pecan grove, the serenity of the spring bloom garden, or the elegance of the main hall. After you exchange your vows, you may enjoy a cocktail hour in the covered and heated lounge, the open-air patio, or the outdoor settings of the lawn or pecan grove. For your reception, the 2,900 square-foot Reception Hall provides a remarkable space for a memorable celebration. Wedding bookings at Landon Estate give you access to the grounds from 10 am to 10 pm, with your choice of rentals and facilities. Whether you are planning an intimate occasion or a gala extravaganza, the staff will work with you to make your dreams come to life. Under The Oak Catering will provide a curated menu with your vision in mind.

The estate itself is absolutely stunning, but it was Madison’s steady guidance and thoughtful touches that made it feel effortless and personal. Every step of the process, she anticipated what we needed before we even asked, and on the day of, she handled everything seamlessly so we could be fully present with our friends and family. It truly felt like she treated our wedding as if it were her own, and that kind of care is rare. If you want a breathtaking venue paired with a professional who will make sure your vision comes to life (and even better than you pictured it), we can’t recommend the Landon Estate and Madison Mundy enough.

erry on top! We contracted with a previous venue who had ownership issues causing a cancellation for our original location. I never thought I'd be happy that happened but looking back, it was a blessing in disguise! Madison and the Landon Estate team were so accommodating to our circumstances and truly made SO MUCH effort to ensure our day was even more perfect that imagined! Leading up to the day, Madison was always just a text, email or phone call away. She was organized, responsive, and genuinely cared about making our day special. Every question we had was answered quickly and she helped make all my ideas possible! Our wedding day was a dream, with a curated bridal and groom suite setup that included drinks and snacks along with such amazing organization throughout the entire day. Madison even had a plan and solution to all the normal hiccups that are bound to occur on the wedding day. That was more than appreciated! It truly felt magical and better than we could have imagined. If you're looking for a venue that is beautiful, professional, and genuinely cares about making your wedding day feel like the most important event of the year, I cannot recommend Landon Estate enough!!

at the last minute due to rain and they handled it with grace! It ended up being more beautiful than I could’ve imagined! Madison was so sweet and helpful the entire time and walked us through the entire process. The bridal suite is the perfect place to get ready, and the reception hall is absolutely gorgeous with the wood beams and chandeliers! Couldn’t recommend more!

reat ideas for layout of the ceremony and reception space which is especially more difficult because the venue is not typically used for weddings. Planning a bigger wedding obviously can be very stressful, but Madison laid out the tasks in an organized and timely manner that made us feel at ease with the planning process. We also had a very large wedding party, all of whom are crazy, so her keeping everyone in line was impressive! When it came down to the day of, having her there was great because it felt like another friend just enjoying the day with us. 10/10 recommend Consult & Pepper!
