asked questions regarding our wedding we had never thought of, which made us feel so confident that she was going to make our wedding the best day we could imagine. She was always available to chat and even handled some last minute changes before the wedding with an “I got this!!” attitude. On our actual wedding day we were so relaxed, knowing Katie was coordinating all vendors and making sure all details were correct. One moment stuck out to me the most, I forgot a guests name on our seating chart (noticed the morning of the wedding) and I called Katie slightly panicked and she said not to worry, she’s handling it. By the time the wedding came around that guests name was on the chart like it was always there. I can’t compliment Katie enough regarding her professionalism, grace, organization, and friendliness. She is the one you want helping you plan the biggest day of your life. Katie and I still chat from time to time, as she has become a dear friend. I recommend Katie to every newly engaged couple I know because she will coordinate your wedding with expertise, and you’ll come out with a true friend on the other side.

ugh the wedding process with my older daughter, several years ago, there was no comparison as to how much more professional Katie handled Briana & Matthews' special day - she was amazing. Her attention to detail from start to finish was unprecedented. She was organized and was available to us. She answered all of our questions and even helped us with purchasing hurricane candles and votives for the reception. She even researched the cost and sent me the website links for me to review and order. Our group meeting with the vendors was seamless and she made sure she communicated with us, and all of our vendors, throughout the process.
The day of the wedding could not have been more perfect. Katie took care of everything we asked, from managing the bridal party and keeping us on track with the time line, and making sure the flowers and reception site was what Briana and Matthew's vision was. As mother of the bride, I was so grateful Katie kept me in the loop and also took care of all the little details that I was concerned about. She made sure the buses were on schedule for pick up times at the hotels and kept in touch with the drivers to assure our guests arrived promptly. As the day progressed, nothing fell through the cracks! Katie took care of all the logistics and we got to enjoy our daughters wedding to the fullest.

t planning questions that weren’t on my mind like, “who will be speaking the blessing over the food?” That was just one of many things that I overlooked in the midst of so many other details that needed to be decided! She really helped get every detail in place and successfully pulled it all off the day of so I could just focus on getting ready, physically and emotionally to say my vows to my husband. And she did it with such peace, which helped me stay peaceful as well. She was wonderful to work with. Katie is skilled, high class, has beautiful character, has experience, she is professional and she is very friendly. I highly highly highly recommend working with Katie for your wedding!
