os. They are beyond anything we could have ever imagined. Every single image brings us right back to how the day felt; the emotion, the joy, the quiet moments, the chaos, the love. Sean didn’t just take pictures; he told our story in the most authentic and beautiful way.
Looking through our gallery feels like reliving the best day of our lives over and over again. These photos are priceless to us and something we will cherish for the rest of our lives.
Sean is incredibly talented, intentional, and clearly cares deeply about his work and the people he’s capturing. We are endlessly grateful that we trusted him with such an important moment. If you’re even thinking about booking Sean Lara Photography: DO IT. You will never regret it.

We were absolutely thrilled to have Sean Lara as our photographer for both our engagement and wedding photos, and we could not be more pleased with the results! Sean is incredibly ...
talented, and his attention to detail is truly exceptional. He captured the most stunning moments, from candid shots to beautifully composed portraits, all with such creativity and artistry. Beyond his technical skills, Sean is also incredibly easy-going, flexible, and genuinely fun to work with. He made the entire experience enjoyable, helping us feel relaxed and natural in front of the camera.
One thing we especially appreciated was his ability to adapt and go with the flow, while still ensuring he captured every important moment. We were so thrilled that Sean was available to photograph our wedding—it felt like we truly lucked out! If you can get him, don’t hesitate—book him immediately! If we could change one thing, it would have been to add a second shooter to help capture even more of the day’s events. Regardless, Sean’s work exceeded our expectations, and we are so happy with how our photos turned out. If you’re looking for a photographer who is not only talented but also fun to work with, Sean is your guy!

The photos came out better than amazing—Sean’s talent truly shines through in every shot. He has a wonderful personality, making the session enjoyable and stress-free. Sean was great to work with, always attentive and understanding.
What impressed me the most was Sean's ability to implement our desires into his own creative vision. He listened to our ideas and seamlessly integrated them into his photography, resulting in pictures that perfectly captured what we envisioned. I highly recommend Sean to anyone in need of a photographer. His professionalism, creativity, and personable approach make him exceptional in his field.

ss. He knew so many awesome spots in the Estes Park area and they made for some of the most picturesque views/photos we’ve ever seen! He kept us on track all day and made sure he captured everything we’d talked about beforehand plus some. His sneak peak photos came SO FAST! Literally he set up his laptop at the reception with a slideshow of pictures we had just taken an hour ago and our guests were floored with how beautiful they were straight out of his camera! I’m so glad we hired Sean and have these amazing photos to look back on for years to come :)
I cannot say that other photographers are better or worse than Sean Lara, as he's the one we went with for our wedding. What I can tell you is why you should select him to be your ...
wedding photographer... And you WON'T regret it. He is energetic and will ease the tension of the day. For us, being stiff, rigid, or unnatural in photos is common. However, Sean helped ease 100% and the results are phenomenal.

ve ever seen. I’m not photogenic in any way, but his personality and tips for us and our family made the whole day a breeze. He even got the guests dancing, so overall a top notch wedding photographer all around. I could not recommend Lara Photography more!!

cient, making sure everyone is where they need to be without taking away from the tender moments, and he is flexible with changes as the arise. We arranged for a first look at Della Terra--which he set up perfectly--before driving into RMNP for some couple's photos. He was enjoyable to chat with, and kept his eyes out for great photo spots based on lighting and composition, as the clouds were moving in as we drove. Through the rest of the day, he captured a wonderful range of posed and casual shots alike, never once detracting from our experience. I'm so thankful we chose Sean Lara to photograph our beautiful wedding!
Sean is simply the best! He was easy to work with and the photos are BEAUTIFUL! We had Sean shoot for both our engagement photos and our wedding and we are so happy that we did!

ur day due to Covid and he worked great with us to get everything transferred to a new day and made the transition seamless. He made sure our 7 year old daughter was included through the engagement and wedding shoots by letting her join in on the fun and help him pose us for pictures! Highly recommend Sean!

ry and knew he was a true professional with an eye that can't be replicated. Sean proved himself to be responsive, flexible, and incredible for the day of our wedding. He was sure to know what was important to us and also was great at advising us as to what would work best, based on his professional experience. He exceeded every expectation we had and when we viewed his gallery of our wedding, we were so impressed and amazed he was the only person on site with us as it looked like he must have had another photographer to help with all the different angles and shots! He also is very well connected and helped us fill other vendors that we needed and were thrilled with. Sean is an absolute bargain and would recommend him to anyone.

and of course we had them there on our wedding day. All 3 of these photo sessions were a fantastic experience and all the pictures that came from the sessions are incredible. I could not speak any higher of their crew. They're great people, easy to work with, flexible and fun. Their photography skills are some of the best I've seen. I'm so incredibly happy with the pictures we have thanks to them and will treasure those photos for a long time. They captured our special day and the big moments leading up to it flawlessly. Their photo delivery process is also clear, simple, and easy which made everything that much better. I highly recommend Lara Photography, you will not regret having them capture your special moments!!

u’ve ever seen. What you don’t know is how kind, caring, and professional Sean is until you’ve worked with him. He puts you at ease, doesn’t tell you what to do and just let’s you enjoy your love and your moments together as a couple. It helps to find your inner adventurer, because Sean will take you wherever you are willing to go to get “the shot” — the one you will want to get a giant canvas of to hang in your living room as art because it is that stunning. Sean is such genuine guy with an amazing talent of being able to capture every moment, such as your mom tearing up at your first dance while also taking pictures of your first dance!! We will hire him again and again and again!
Sean Lara’s photography is one of a kind!! He did a wonderful job with our photos, and answered all our questions along the way, both promptly and politely. He has a very creative ...
eye and makes the pictures beautiful and interesting! There weren’t very many pics to choose from for the family/friend portrait pics with the bride and groom, only 1 of each set of people (granite our list of portrait pics was pretty long!!), and only a couple of our guests at their tables – which I was kind of bummed about, but the pictures we’re going to want to hang up in our home and put in albums are the ones of us – and those are GORGEOUS and perfect and magical! For those, we are going to have a hard time narrowing down because so many of them are our favorites! He focuses on pics of the bride and groom, loves movement in them, and has such a creative eye for lighting and angles. I would highly recommend him!!! 😊 Thanks Sean!!!

We haven’t had the pleasure of working with his wife but from what we’ve seen they are both amazing and if you are looking for a truly professional photographer stop your search now because you can’t do any better than Sean Lara Photography!!
Sean did an awesome job and was understanding when we ran into a issue regarding the 2nd photographer. Sean did our engagement photos, but was busy the day of our wedding so he had...
a close friend fly out from CA to do our wedding photos. Jared Fix did a wonderful job the day off and rolled with it for the different photo requests we had. Both were excellent!
Sean is a master at lighting!! He does wonderful work both outdoors and indoors. The wedding photos he took of my husband and I are works of art. I highly recommend him to anyone!!

ay he was the one who would do our photography and trust me we had calls with at least 8 different photographers. Everyone’s biggest advice was make sure you love your photographer because you will have those photos for the rest of your life. We lived in Dallas and was planning a wedding in Colorado. I can honestly say it was the most seamless experience. The photos are stunning and they captured the whole day. They were very realistic with me but also brought visions to life. You will LOVE Sean Lara Photography and I can assure you won't be disappointed!

ful, and they are so much fun to work with. Lyssa did a great job of capturing all of the little details as well as capturing all of our wonderful memories of our wedding day! We got all of the shots that we wanted, plus photo's that she creatively incorporated. There was never a dull moment, including the amazing T-Rex photo with the groomsmen. It was a perfect day with amazing photo's!
Sean Lara took both our engagement and wedding photos and I can't begin to tell you the compliments we have received on them. They turned out beyond amazing! The detail, time, and ...
