The whole team is amazing!! My fiancé and I started getting facials with Sam leading up to the wedding and our skin looked great. Viktoriia did a fantastic job with our make up. Both my mom and mother in law were a little nervous as they had never had make up done before. Viktoriia listened to both of them and every little detail they wanted changed and both were so happy with how it turned out. I started seeing Crystal to have my hair done leading up to my hair trial and the color was fantastic and gave my style the perfect dimension. She did great and was so quick with everyone’s hair that ranged from super thick, to really curly, to very fine. My hair and make up turned out better than I could have imagined and held up great all day/night despite the hot, humid weather and thunderstorms. Thank you all for making us look so great!

My wedding hair and makeup were exceptional. I loved everything about it and felt like a princess on my day. I worked with Lexi, and she was absolutely the sweetest and most talented!! My bridal party also had nothing but wonderful things to say about their hair and makeup from the day. And they looked BEAUTIFUL!!

I had Emily V for hair and Christina for makeup. Emily did an amazing job. I showed her a photo with my vision and she recreated it beautifully. Christina also did an amazing job! I was nervous about skin matching for me and my girls, but she did all of our makeup perfectly. The makeup and hair stayed in place all night! I highly recommend Larissa Lake!

These ladies are extremely talented. Lexi did my makeup and Emily did my hair. I also had Brittany do my spray tan a couple days before! I absolutely loved working with Larissa Lake & Co! I had a group of 9: 6 bridesmaids, myself, my mom, and my MIL. Everyone got hair, makeup, and lashes done. We had Marissa for hair, Kelly for makeup, and Natalie did both hair and makeup. As a curly girl who wanted to keep my natural curls for the day of, it was super important to me to have an artist who was knowledgeable about styling curly hair and using extensions. Marissa KILLED it!! Kelly and Natalie were both incredible as well, everyone was happy! We all looked like slightly more glammed-up versions of ourselves, which is what we wanted and requested. My mom and I had some small feedback based on our trials, and Kelly and Marissa absolutely nailed what we were looking for. The salon was responsive to emails and phone calls about scheduling trials, and the team was prompt to arrive and had us all ready exactly on time (they did 9 of us in under 4 hours!). Their prices were midrange for the area but the quality of their work was equivalent to some higher-end salons I looked into. I kind of dragged my feet on choosing a salon because it felt like a huge decision (and financial commitment) but I am so happy I went with Larissa Lake!

Our beauty team from Larissa Lake was fabulous!! They were so easy to work with, and I was amazed at how quickly and thoroughly they worked. They traveled to our hotel where we got ready, and brought everything they needed with them. They did a great job with ladies of every age, and made everyone feel so beautiful. My hair and makeup stayed all day and night!! Thank you so much ladies!!

My bridal team and myself had the pleasure of working with Olivia for makeup and MaJenta for hair. They were absolutely amazing, and everyone felt and looked beautiful! When I had my hair and makeup trial it was a great way to meet them and communicate my wants. But during my wedding day, they certainly delivered! I booked Marissa and Olivia for my wedding on 9/2/2022 and I wish I could give these ladies 10 stars! If you're looking for the best of the best, look no further than Larissa Lake & Co! Marissa and Olivia did the hair and make-up for myself and my bridesmaids and they outdid themselves. Not only making me feel and look beautiful, but my girls as well. Every single one of them loved how their hair and make-up came out. Marissa and Olivia are both incredible artist and are very meticulous with their work. I booked Crystal & Ashlyn for my wedding hair & makeup, and they completely blew me away! They are such incredible artists, made me look and feel my absolute best, and are so much fun to work with. I still look back at our photos/videos and can't believe how stunning my hair & makeup were, and how well they held up throughout the whole day/night! Crystal & Ashlyn also did hair & makeup for the moms & sisters, and everyone looked gorgeous! Every single one of them was so happy with how theirs came out, which I can vouch (from being in many weddings) is never the case. I can't recommend these talented ladies enough!!

Marissa and Brittany were absolutely amazing! Myself and my bridesmaids looked absolutely stunning! Their bridal package is worth it and you see the quality that their salon and services brings on your day. The girls go out of their way and although I did not have a makeup chair, Brittany did not disappoint and brought one from her own house after checking in with me. Talk about customer service! The day before, I came in for my rehersal hair and makeup done which was done by Larissa herself and Marissa. I highly recommend doing this as you’re so close to your day, you can help figure out better what you want on your wedding in addition to the trial. I knew rain was in my forecast so I was able to switch my hair style with ease and Marissa helped give me that half up/half down look being put up! From the beginning, even if you had issues with anything, they let you come back for another trial which they did when my makeup was a bit too much on the natural side, which was my own original direction. I am glad I went and glammed out!! Only disappointment I had (not the girls fault) is that I added people about a month later to my contract. When I paid in advance for the services as I did not want to pay anything the day of except for gratuity and extras, I found out that they only billed me for my original contract amount at the time I paid and not the revised one. When I later on lost a bridesmaid, I was told I could not remove but only add so I ended up not only paying for someone I no longer had (7 months prior to the wedding) but was inconvenienced by having to scramble through cash I luckily had on the side to make up for the extra people I added which I thought was satisfied 2 months prior when I came in for my trial. No one called to review if I owed anything the day before but just an email outlining that the tip would be 20% plus the extras and what to have the day of such as makeup chairs etc. It would’ve been nice for someone to tell me what I would’ve owed prior to extras to help ease the stress rather than the poor girls having to be cashiers on a very eventful day where you don’t want any extra stress. My feedback is hopefully to help the office improve the process for other brides in the future as well as for their staff. I still plan on coming here, especially for the facials despite living over 50 miles away. Thank you for helping me shine on my big day!

I worked with Ashlyn and Crystal for my wedding and they are clearly world class professionals! My bridesmaids, my mom, and myself were all so impressed with the quality of their work and how efficiently they worked the day of our wedding as well. The hair styles and make-up were done fast and stayed in-tact all day and all night. At midnight, everybody still looked like they had just gotten their hair and make-up done. Crystal was super accommodating when it came to helping me pick out hair extensions for the wedding and Ashlyn remembered the small couple of things I wanted to change with my make-up from the trial to the day of my wedding and executed flawlessly!! We all could not have been happier!

I could not have been happier with Lexi, who did my hair and makeup trials, as well as my hair and makeup on the day of the wedding! Magenta joined Lexi on the wedding day to do hair for my mom and bridesmaids. They all looked so beautiful! Highly, highly recommend Larissa Lake & Co. for any beauty needs! I also went back for a spray tan trial and spray tan for my wedding day. Everything came out beautiful!

I could not have been happier that I chose Larissa Lake and Co for my hair and makeup the day of my wedding. From the initial inquiry process, to the hair and make-up trial to the day of, it couldn't have been a more seamless process. Since I was having a smaller wedding and I was the only one with hair and make-up, and then there were only 3 others for hair, Olivia was the only artist assigned to our wedding. During my trial, we talked about and tried out, exactly what I was looking for, for both hair and make-up, and she blew it out of the water. I couldn't have been happier to have her with us on the day of our wedding! I would highly recommend Olivia to anyone looking for a hair or make-up artist for their upcoming event or wedding!

I could not have asked for a more efficient team on the day of for my large group we were all very happy with our hair and makeup (makeup artist for me: Ashlyn, hair artist for me: Marissa). I was very specific about what I wanted for makeup and I was so nervous about someone else doing my makeup because I have some knowledge myself but didn't want to do my own on my wedding day. Ashlyn was a really good listener and I was so happy with my trial and my makeup with her that day! Ashlyn also did my brows in advance. I also have very fine hair and Marissa really helped me achieve the look I was going for, assisted me in determining different options and helped me achieve volume with my updo. I also did the fire & ice facial with Maria as well as defuzzing (dermaplaning) and this was really helpful! If I could say anything that didn't go well, I originally had a different makeup artist and my trial went very poorly, so I switched. I was SO happy that I found Ashlyn instead!

All I can say is… WOW! My hair and makeup came out FLAWLESS on the big day, along with my bridal party. Ashlyn and Kristyn were professional, fun, and extremely talented! My hair and makeup trial experiences also were fantastic. Ashlyn was able to incorporate my makeup along with hers to create my dream look and Kristyn gave me what I did not even know I wanted! My pictures came back looking incredible, and I could not recommend their services more! In addition, I had my hair cut and colored twice at their salon, and it was WORTH the over an hour drive!

Brittany is an actual angel. We live in NY and had a tiny window of time on one specific day to get a make up trial done. She opened the salon early so I could come in, so right from the start I knew she was who I wanted even before experiencing her talent. The day of our wedding she was cool, calm and friendly. Exactly the energy you want to be around when you’re trying to get 8 people and a bride ready. Everyone looked beautiful and loved their make up because she listened to EXACTLY what WE wanted. Do not hesitate for one second if you are considering Brittany to take care of your wedding. She was the best and we could not have been more happy.

Larissa and Lauren did such an amazing job on my 6/12/21 wedding day in Newport, RI. I had gone for two trials before the wedding and they were very accommodating to my needs and changes. They seamlessly did 9 hair and 9 makeup and completed it earlier than expected. Who doesn’t love extra time on their wedding day? I would 100% recommend them to any bridal party. Larissa and Lauren were awesome and down to earth - they even took part of my Tik Tok fun :) 10/10

I am SO happy that I hired Larissa Lake to do my wedding hair and makeup. Kelly and Olivia were such a pleasure to work with during my trials and on wedding day. I was nervous about my hair because I am very curly and prone to frizz, and humidity always gets the best of me. Olivia worked with me on two separate hair trials to find the PERFECT style for me which held up beautifully all night long despite the humid June weather. Kelly and Olivia brought the energy and positive vibes on wedding morning and were so much fun to have around while me and my bridesmaids were getting ready. I highly recommend this dream team! I also recommend getting your pre-wedding facials from Maria. I had monthly HydraFacials for three months before the wedding and was absolutely glowing on the big day. All three of these ladies had me feeling so pretty on my wedding day! I do NOT recommend trying to cover your tattoos. Kelly did a beautiful job applying the tattoo coverage makeup, but it unfortunately rubbed off onto my wedding dress within an hour. A few comments on working with Larissa Lake as a company: make sure to pay close attention when filling out the services agreement. Once you sign, you can’t remove any services. I accidentally indicated we would have 8 girls getting hair and makeup when we in fact only had 7 (I counted myself twice). This was totally my error, but was frustrated to learn that I couldn’t adjust the count when I realized my mistake a few months before the wedding. I ended up paying for that extra person even though no service was rendered. All in all, I am only giving 4 stars out of 5 due to the tattoo makeup fiasco and the frustration with the contract but I will always recommend LL to anyone who is looking for wedding hair & makeup artists!

Larissa & her team did such a wonderful job on my wedding last weekend! Everyone’s hair and makeup looked beautiful. They efficiently got through 11 ladies seamlessly! Can’t recommend Larissa’s team for your wedding day!

The ladies from Larissa Lake were incredible! Kristyn, the bridal coordinator, was so easy to work with. She responded to all communication so quickly and was so flexible. My mother-in-law called me the week before the wedding asking to have her hair and makeup done and they were so accommodating by adding her to their schedule. Olivia and Natalie were the total dream team! When I went to the salon for my trial they did such an amazing job, but did an even better job (which I didn’t think was possible) for the actual wedding day! They were efficient with their time and all of my bridesmaids were so happy with the way their hair and makeup turned out. They did buns, half up styles, and full down styles and each one looked incredible. They are hands down the best!!

They were so accommodating to every request I made and did an amazing job on my and my bridesmaids hair and makeup. Crystal did my hair and Brittany did my makeup. Kelly from Larissa Lake is absolutely amazing! When I had worked with her for my hair and makeup trial, she was nice, easy to talk to, and really paid attention to what I wanted for my wedding day look. On my wedding day, Kelly and her assistant, arrived on time and completed all of the girls’ hair and makeup earlier than expected! We actually had a little time to relax before the photographer arrived. We all looked flawless and couldn’t have been happier!! I don’t wear makeup on a day to day basis and was so worried that I wouldn’t look like myself, but Kelly made sure that I was comfortable with how everything was turning out. Best natural looking makeup I’ve ever seen!! My hair and makeup also lasted all day long and that doesn’t usually happen with curls! I can’t recommend Larissa Lake enough!

The girls were great. They got their at 530 am to accommodate me and all my bridesmaids for my early ceremony. They made us look beautiful and took excellent care fo each of us. I would highly recommend Larissa Lake and will definitely use them in the future.

We originally were only going to use Larissa Lake for our wedding makeup, but after moving some money around in our budget, splurged to use them for hair too. This was truly the BEST decision! Every experience from the trial to the wedding day was perfect. Between those two dates, my initial hairstylist had left the company, The owner of the salon, Larissa, came in her place, and did such a phenomenal job recreating the trial look with the slight changes that I wanted to make! Ashlyn did a phenomenal job with my makeup, and totally got my vision of not wanting to look too "done up", but still look elegant. When my eyelash extensions were a little uncomfortable, she worked with me until they felt perfect. She even talked me off a ledge while I was having a little pre-wedding freak out! Both Larissa and Ashlyn were so sweet and everyone in the bridal party looked incredible! It's definitely a budget splurge, but I would do it again in a heartbeat!

Crystal and Stevie from LL&Co were beyond amazing for our wedding day! From the trial to the day of, everything was beyond what I could have imagined. From my bridesmaids that wear makeup everyday to my mother-in-law who does not own any makeup or hair products, everyone loved how they turned out the day of! They can make any vision a reality, and are so fun to hang with on the morning of your wedding! Highly recommend!!

Where do I begin? These girls are simply the best! The Larissa Lake & Co team did a phenomenal job for my late August wedding - my bridesmaids, moms and myself all looked and felt beautiful thanks to Crystal, Sarah and Natalie. Crystal and I had immediately connected during my trial. She not only understood the vision I had for my bridal hair but made it come to life in the form a gorgeous boho half up/half down 'do! I, along with my wedding guests, were swooning over the creation! Sarah did an outstanding job on my makeup and successfully carried out the "natural glam" look I was going for as a bride.  All the Larissa girls are so friendly, talented and personable. I can't recommend using LL&Co enough for all your wedding-day beauty needs!

Crystal and Kelly did my hair and makeup for my wedding day, in addition to my 6 bridesmaids, my mother, and my flower girl. They did so efficiently and were very friendly and enjoyable to have in our suite as we got ready. One of my bridesmaids, who has been in many weddings, said it was the first time she didn't feel like she had to redo her hair and makeup for a wedding. Crystal tweaked my hair towards the end to get it just to my liking, which I greatly appreciated. They had also done my bridal shower glam as my trial, and did an amazing job, choosing to come into work on a Sunday morning to do so. I would recommend these two to anyone getting married in the area.

They were one of the first things I booked when planning my wedding and I never once thought about it again until my trial. They are so crazy talented that you don’t need to worry! The entire team at Larissa Lake is beyond amazing. From the hair trials, to spray tans and spa treatments I had the best experience with Larissa Lake. Kyle did my hair and my bridesmaids hair and everyone’s hair was perfect! Everything held up all day and night. He did an amazing job on my 5 year old niece / flower girl. She had trouble sitting still and he made her entire experience so much fun. Stevie did our makeup and was absolutely amazing. Everyone looked flawless and the makeup looked perfect all day and night. We received so many compliments on our hair and makeup. I couldn’t have imagined a more perfect team!

I would like to firstly give a huge shoutout to Crystal who did my hair and Sarah who did my makeup. They were so amazing with me and made me feel absolutely beautiful. And my review would probably be lower if I didn’t appreciate the incredible work these 2 did to make me feel beautiful on my wedding day- so I stuck to my stars rating based on overall experience Overall, Larissa lake’s stylists did a wonderful job on my wedding day. I had 8 bridesmaids and 2 mothers that had services done as well. All of the stylists were very nice and friendly. There were a couple things that prevented me from scoring 5 stars. One is that my 6 year old niece who was a flower girl- was upcharged as a junior bridesmaids without my knowledge- none of the stylists had even asked me about it- I’ve been told I will be getting s refund for this- but that was over 2 weeks ago and I haven’t received it. Another is the fact that I had so many girls, and had to pay quite a bit for them to send an extra stylist so that we didn’t have to start 10 hours before my ceremony. We also got behind in schedule because many girls needed touch ups on their hair- and one of my girls had to have hers completely redone because it fell out so fast. Another turn off was that when they were calculating tips (which they charge an automatic 20% ) they needed everything down to the PENNIES. This seemed outrageous for how much we were already paying - and left many of my girls frustrated. I ended up covering the remaining balance since many of my girls didn’t expect to pay so much the day of. As incredible as we all looked, I wish I had really looked into their details before booking them. $385 for the bride, $100 for hair trial, $100 for makeup trial, tips, $240 for traveling 25 minutes!, covering balance equaled to well over $1000 for me to dish out.

I am so happy I chose Larissa Lake for hair and makeup on my wedding day! I did lots of research on Instagram prior to finding Larissa Lake’s page and I knew immediately I had to use them for my wedding. All of my bridesmaids looked stunning and loved their looks as well. I loved working with Chantel and Kelly! They made my bridesmaids and mom look beautiful and went above and beyond to make my wedding vision come true! Chantel worked her magic on my thin, straight hair to make me look like the boho princess I dreamed of. I could not have asked for a better beauty team. They were so flexible and fun to work with. Stephanie and Ashlyn were PERFECT. I was so nervous that I wouldn't look and feel my best and i had NO comments, feedback or concerns on ANY ELEMENT of my final look. I looked in the mirror and simply said, "yes". While it might not seem like the most important element of your day, feeling your best thanks to the way you look is invaluable. I had a lot of people recommend doing a makeup trial, however I ended up having emergency surgery 2 weeks before my wedding and had to cancel the trial. That being said, I went into my wedding a little blind on makeup, and I couldn't be more ecstatic with how incredible everyone's makeup turned out!!! I love love loveeee Sarah G, she was the perfect personality for our group of ladies on the wedding day. Everyone was relaxed, she was helpful with everyone's styles, and the makeup looked phenomenal. You won't be disappointed!

Kristyn and Kelly made me and my bridesmaids look so beautiful!! I don’t wear much makeup so I was nervous about finding a makeup artist that would make me look like myself but Kelly did it!!! I felt so natural but have never felt more beautiful! Kristyn made my hair look exactly like the photos I showed her and the curls held all day! My entire bridal party loved how their services came out as well! They were very responsive, prompt and an absolute pleasure to work with!

Kristyn and Kelly from Larissa Lake & Co were so key in making the morning of my wedding run smoothly. I am very hesitant about wearing my hair up but wanted to due to the style of my dress- Kristyn was incredibly helpful in hearing my like and dislikes and then creating the perfect look for me. Kelly's makeup had me feeling like the most beautiful version of myself I could have all day long. I don't typically wear a lot of makeup and wanted a balance of feeling like myself still, but also embracing a day of going a little more glamorous than I typically would- and Kelly absolutely nailed it. On top of this, both women were friendly, easy to talk to, professional, and kind. They made my bridesmaids look and feel amazing as well. One of my bridesmaids was pretty sick day of the wedding and made the point to tell me how awesome the two of them made her not only look, but feel. These two are amazing!

Ashlyn and Kristyn were the best! Both listened to the wants and needs of my bridal party and really took the time to tweek and change anything to ensure we all felt beautiful! They really know what they’re doing and are an amazing team to work with. I will continue to see them for all my hair needs post wedding. You won’t be disappointed when booking the Larissa Lake team!!

On the artistic side, Larissa Lake and Co. were just fantastic! I worked with Larissa for my hair and make-up, and Judy and Lauren worked on my bridesmaids. Everyone came out looking stunning, and I have to say I never felt or looked more beautiful. At the trial Larissa worked with me to ensure that my day-of look was everything I wanted and that I looked elegant and beautiful, but not overly made-up or fake. The day of the wedding, she did an amazing job and my make-up and hair were flawless throughout the night. She was also really fun and talkative, which helped alleviate last-minute jitters. Judy and Lauren were also very talented and fun, and every one of my bridesmaids looked gorgeous. However, I could only give 4 stars because the administrative side is highly disorganized. I put down a deposit, but we made some changes in the weeks leading up to the wedding (added an artist, added some services) and the remainder had to be paid the day of the wedding - I had 10 women getting hair and make-up done, so it was a large bill. I contacted the salon about a dozen times in the lead-up to the wedding to try to get a final quote so I could pay them the correct amount - Kristyn the wedding coordinator would send me to the front desk, the front desk would send me back to Kristyn, I called and e-mailed multiple times, and just wasn't getting any answers. Finally I went in person to get the final quote from the front desk - and after all that, it turned out the amount they gave me was incorrect! So just hours before my first look, my matron of honor and bridesmaids had to scramble to figure this all out and pay the extra difference - they tried to keep me out of it but I knew there was something wrong, and it just added completely unnecessary stress on my wedding day. If I had to do it all over again - I would 100% book Larissa Lake and Co. because the artists are amazing, but I would state up front before I booked that I would need the final quote in writing, signed by Kristyn, a week before the wedding. This way you get all the beauty, none of the stress.
