Larissa was just wonderful. We had planned a small yet unique wedding ceremony and reception with many details. Larissa met with us, did. a walk through of our two venues, and stayed on top of every detail. She texted us reminders; and between the bride, mother of bride, and Larissa—our group texts solved many issues without additional phone calls or worry. On the day of the wedding, Larissa and her team did a beautiful job of checking in, managing last minute details, and setting up the floral designs and linen on the reception tables. She was there with us throughout the day and evening, managing the time schedule and cuing us throughout the ceremony and toasts at the dinner. Everything ran smoothly—without a blip—and we couldn’t have done it without her. Thank you so much, Larissa!

Larissa was an incredible wedding planner, eased a lot of our stress, took a handle on many communications, and genuinely wanted to make sure we had the best day of our lives. Before reaching out, we were told our venue came with a "day of coordinator" who would take care of planning duties. After being passed off multiple times and not receiving the help we needed, we reached out to Larissa who was happy to help. Larissa exceeded our expectations. Her communication with us, our vendors, and cross collaboration between various parties was stellar- not to mention that we had a large wedding, 200+ people. She made sure we did not miss deadlines and helped communicate our needs/wants with vendors. She was also quick to solve any problems we had during planning, removing a lot of stress off our plates. In addition to supporting us, she was happy to reach out to other friends and family involved in the wedding itinerary and make sure they did not have questions or needs either. Over a week before the big day, we already felt very comfortable that the day would run smoothly- and it did. Decorations and rented furniture were all set up perfectly. Larissa took our vision of the day, created a plan and layout, and executed it perfectly. She made sure all florals from the ceremony were repurposed correctly for the reception. The entire day went on without a hitch, even down to ensuring each and every guest got into the correct transportation at the end of the night (we provided shuttles for guests). One big thing we wanted was to make sure no family had to help clean up at the end of the night, which was not a problem at all. Larissa made sure all decorations and belongings were packed up so that we could head to our after party without worry and return in the morning to easily pick everything up. On top of it all, Larissa, made sure our dog was where she needed to be, fed, and checked in on throughout the night- leaving us even more at ease. We strongly recommend Larissa as a wedding planner and truly would not have had the beautiful, stress-free day we did, without her!

We were extremely grateful to work with someone as caring and professional as Larissa! She helped us through every step of the wedding process, working with our vendors and wedding party to ensure a fantastic celebration. Everything went smoothly and looked great because of her. Larissa was great to work with! We had a fusion South Asian wedding which had a lot of moving pieces, but Larissa took the time to understand our vision and get up to speed with all of the moving parts of our events. We especially appreciated her ability to gauge what was stressing us out, and identify potential problem areas and proactively provide ideas/solutions. The most important thing I would like to call out is that she was very flexible throughout the entire process for our needs, and prioritized making sure we were comfortable and happy with how things were going! On the day of our events she did an exceptional job ensuring everything was being done exactly how we had discussed with her beforehand. She did all of the problem solving on her own and made sure we had a great wedding day. She is a lovely person and very organized - we are so happy to have hired her!

From our first meeting all the way to the end of our wedding day, it was an absolute pleasure working with Larissa! Larissa is thoughtful and detail-oriented, and also very good at helping couples prioritize based on timelines and budgets. Larissa was a delight to work with. She was not only very well organized and did what needed to be done, she was delightful, pleasant, enthusiastic and kind! We didn't appreciate how great it would be to have someone like her working with us until we were "in the thick of it" and there were so many details that needed to be kept up with. She was unfailingly helpful and kind. She also did a fantastic job helping our large wedding party with the rehearsal. We were SO happy that she was there for us; she was easy to contact, and responded quickly to sort things out. She made the big day successful and easy!

I had doubts about if I needed a wedding coordinator. We were planning a fairly simple wedding with a limited amount of vendors and I'm a project manager so I knew I could do it. I'm so so happy that I hired Larissa to be my day-of coordinator. She was very responsive and thorough, thought of things that I hadn't thought of, and it was very helpful to have her taking care of so many of the details leading up to our wedding and have her as a resource for advice along the way. Plus, she made our venues look amazing. I told her what I was envisioning in my head and she and her team worked hard to make it happen. Our wedding turned out exactly how I imagined! Every time I look at our photos & videos it makes me so happy. There's enough for the bride and groom to do leading up to the wedding. Other than deciding to marry each other, hiring Larissa as our day of coordinator was the best decision we've ever made. She helped every step of the way and always had quick answers to our hundreds of questions and concerns. She made a flawless timeline for our day and made sure all of the vendors were on board. She is extremely professional but with the perfect amount of take charge attitude. I had no worries on wedding day because I trusted and felt so confident that Larissa had everything under control. We would 1000% percent recommend Larissa to anyone in the DMV area.

We used Larissa for day-of coordination and it was truly the best investment we made out of all the expenses for our wedding. Larissa was so sweet and easy to work with as well as knowledgeable about wedding day procedures and how to best organize and run the day. From the pre-wedding process of reaching out to vendors for final planning and running our rehearsal dinner to the day of and setting up all of our decor beautifully and as we had wanted her to and keeping everything flowing the day of the wedding - she was fabulous all around. She made us feel comfortable and calm leading up to and on the day of our wedding even when we had a vendor become COVID positive the morning of our wedding and we had to navigate that situation with Larissa. If we could give her more than 5 stars we sincerely would - highly recommend!!!

We hired Larissa as our Day of Coordinator. She was kind, organized, and proactive. We were a more laid back couple so it was helpful to have her gently guiding us to figure out the details in the final several weeks leading up to the wedding day. She was also very organized and proactive in reaching out to all of my vendors, including one that was very hard to get in touch with. I DIYed all of my florals and decor, and she was able to set them up beautifully. Finally, she is so nice and very responsive on text, which is helpful in the final weeks before a wedding!

Grateful for Larissa. About 4 months into planning my wedding I realized I can’t handle it on ny own and so I hired Larissa and she immediately took so much off my shoulders. From the first phone call I had with Larissa almost a year prior to our wedding, I knew she would be a great day of coordinator. Larissa was able to answer any questions I had the very first time we talked and was so knowledgeable about the wedding planning journey which helped ease my mind. The month leading up to the wedding, Larissa made sure I wasn't stressed and was so helpful in getting my "to do" list done. We had several calls/meetings prior to the wedding because Larissa wanted to make sure she executed our vision how we wanted it. Our day would not have gone as smoothly without her!

If you only hire one vendor for your wedding, I highly recommend a day of wedding coordinator. And for your day of coordinator, I can't speak highly enough of Larissa! Larissa worked with us about a month before our wedding to understand what we were looking for. She also helped coordinate between our vendors, making sure everyone knew when and where to be, what to bring, etc. It was especially impressive since we were trying to coordinate from a different state. During the wedding, she kept everyone on schedule, and worked with the DJ to keep everything flowing so that none of the guests were bored, but it also didn't feel rushed. I'm so glad we had Larissa there to help because we were really able to enjoy our day with our family and friends. I highly recommend Larissa for your wedding coordination needs!

Larissa is the best! I am always in charge of everything and it was a big deal finding someone who could take control of our wedding day that would allow me to not have to worry about anything and Larissa is that person. Our wedding day was perfect! She was on top of everything and coordinating with our vendors to ensuring we needed nothing on the big day. We loved working with Larissa as our day of coordinator. She was very communicative and went above and beyond in offering planning advice and executing our ideas on our day. Wow! Our day was amazing and it is for sure unforgettable! We are thoroughly impressed and grateful to Larissa and her Team, for all their fantastic work, on and leading up to the day.
