Her timeline was air tight and she was incredibly detail oriented, making sure everything was perfect. She had an open line of communication at all times and we could literally reach her whenever we needed to. She responded, and resolved any problems we had, so quickly. She set up and packed all of our decorations at the end of the night, coordinated with all of our vendors, checked in on me and my husband the day of and made our wedding day as stress free as possible. ore reaching out, we were told our venue came with a "day of coordinator" who would take care of planning duties. After being passed off multiple times and not receiving the help we needed, we reached out to Larissa who was happy to help. Larissa exceeded our expectations. Her communication with us, our vendors, and cross collaboration between various parties was stellar- not to mention that we had a large wedding, 200+ people. She made sure we did not miss deadlines and helped communicate our needs/wants with vendors. She was also quick to solve any problems we had during planning, removing a lot of stress off our plates. In addition to supporting us, she was happy to reach out to other friends and family involved in the wedding itinerary and make sure they did not have questions or needs either. Over a week before the big day, we already felt very comfortable that the day would run smoothly- and it did. Decorations and rented furniture were all set up perfectly. Larissa took our vision of the day, created a plan and layout, and executed it perfectly. She made sure all florals from the ceremony were repurposed correctly for the reception. The entire day went on without a hitch, even down to ensuring each and every guest got into the correct transportation at the end of the night (we provided shuttles for guests). One big thing we wanted was to make sure no family had to help clean up at the end of the night, which was not a problem at all. Larissa made sure all decorations and belongings were packed up so that we could head to our after party without worry and return in the morning to easily pick everything up. On top of it all, Larissa, made sure our dog was where she needed to be, fed, and checked in on throughout the night- leaving us even more at ease. We strongly recommend Larissa as a wedding planner and truly would not have had the beautiful, stress-free day we did, without her!
