ate, making sure every detail was exactly as we envisioned. Our family and wedding party couldn’t stop raving about how wonderful she was—she made everyone feel at ease and cared for. Larissa even amazed us with her expertise, like knowing how to clean the bottom of my dress with club soda! On top of that, she made our reception look so stunning, bringing our vision to life in the most beautiful way. Her kindness, professionalism, and calm demeanor were invaluable. We can’t imagine our day without her and are so grateful for all she did to make it truly fantastic.

dding would not have gone as seamlessly without Larissa. She helped put our minds at ease when we were stressed and really put the work into make sure everything was planned to a T. Her timeline was air tight and she was incredibly detail oriented, making sure everything was perfect. She had an open line of communication at all times and we could literally reach her whenever we needed to. She responded, and resolved any problems we had, so quickly. She set up and packed all of our decorations at the end of the night, coordinated with all of our vendors, checked in on me and my husband the day of and made our wedding day as stress free as possible. We genuinely do not think our day would’ve been as amazing as it was without Larissa. We HIGHLY recommend booking Larissa for your wedding, you really can’t find a better coordinator than her.

morning of the wedding but I was surprisingly calm and knew that she had everything under control. We had members of our wedding party and families compliment on how everything stayed on schedule (especially when I am notoriously late) as well as how organized and helpful Larissa was. Throughout the entire process Larissa was eager to help, even before our contract technically started, and we highly recommend her.

as our day-of coordinator made everything about the planning process better. She is a true professional who knows how to hustle and get stuff done! All of our details were arranged perfectly and the setup was handled smoothly even though it was a very short window of time. She can offer a lot of tips and tricks and has the knowledge of vendors, scheduling, decorations and so much more than that. It was extremely helpful that she also speaks Portuguese and was able to talk to the Brazilian guests of ours. 10/10 would recommend Larissa Wedding Designs for your wedding planning and day-of coordination!

endors and what items we needed to get done. We would certainly recommend her!

ch, recommend and organize the different aspects of the wedding. She prepared the wedding party well at the rehearsal on how the wedding party would enter , exit and be situated during the ceremony. Early on the wedding day she checked on the the various groups during the wedding day to see if they had any needs. She checked during the reception time as to if we had any needs.

s because she was on top of things and in constant communication with the bride and her wishes for the day. I would highly recommend her and would not hesitate to use her again on our families next wedding!!

arissa handled everything in a kind and calm manner. Highly recommend!

ayed on top of every detail. She texted us reminders; and between the bride, mother of bride, and Larissa—our group texts solved many issues without additional phone calls or worry. On the day of the wedding, Larissa and her team did a beautiful job of checking in, managing last minute details, and setting up the floral designs and linen on the reception tables. She was there with us throughout the day and evening, managing the time schedule and cuing us throughout the ceremony and toasts at the dinner. Everything ran smoothly—without a blip—and we couldn’t have done it without her. Thank you so much, Larissa!

ore reaching out, we were told our venue came with a "day of coordinator" who would take care of planning duties. After being passed off multiple times and not receiving the help we needed, we reached out to Larissa who was happy to help. Larissa exceeded our expectations. Her communication with us, our vendors, and cross collaboration between various parties was stellar- not to mention that we had a large wedding, 200+ people. She made sure we did not miss deadlines and helped communicate our needs/wants with vendors. She was also quick to solve any problems we had during planning, removing a lot of stress off our plates. In addition to supporting us, she was happy to reach out to other friends and family involved in the wedding itinerary and make sure they did not have questions or needs either. Over a week before the big day, we already felt very comfortable that the day would run smoothly- and it did. Decorations and rented furniture were all set up perfectly. Larissa took our vision of the day, created a plan and layout, and executed it perfectly. She made sure all florals from the ceremony were repurposed correctly for the reception. The entire day went on without a hitch, even down to ensuring each and every guest got into the correct transportation at the end of the night (we provided shuttles for guests). One big thing we wanted was to make sure no family had to help clean up at the end of the night, which was not a problem at all. Larissa made sure all decorations and belongings were packed up so that we could head to our after party without worry and return in the morning to easily pick everything up. On top of it all, Larissa, made sure our dog was where she needed to be, fed, and checked in on throughout the night- leaving us even more at ease. We strongly recommend Larissa as a wedding planner and truly would not have had the beautiful, stress-free day we did, without her!

The most important thing I would like to call out is that she was very flexible throughout the entire process for our needs, and prioritized making sure we were comfortable and happy with how things were going! On the day of our events she did an exceptional job ensuring everything was being done exactly how we had discussed with her beforehand. She did all of the problem solving on her own and made sure we had a great wedding day. She is a lovely person and very organized - we are so happy to have hired her!

how great it would be to have someone like her working with us until we were "in the thick of it" and there were so many details that needed to be kept up with. She was unfailingly helpful and kind. She also did a fantastic job helping our large wedding party with the rehearsal. We were SO happy that she was there for us; she was easy to contact, and responded quickly to sort things out. I'm so so happy that I hired Larissa to be my day-of coordinator. She was very responsive and thorough, thought of things that I hadn't thought of, and it was very helpful to have her taking care of so many of the details leading up to our wedding and have her as a resource for advice along the way. Plus, she made our venues look amazing. I told her what I was envisioning in my head and she and her team worked hard to make it happen. Our wedding turned out exactly how I imagined! Every time I look at our photos & videos it makes me so happy. There's enough for the bride and groom to do leading up to the wedding. We would 1000% percent recommend Larissa to anyone in the DMV area.

knowledgeable about wedding day procedures and how to best organize and run the day. From the pre-wedding process of reaching out to vendors for final planning and running our rehearsal dinner to the day of and setting up all of our decor beautifully and as we had wanted her to and keeping everything flowing the day of the wedding - she was fabulous all around. She made us feel comfortable and calm leading up to and on the day of our wedding even when we had a vendor become COVID positive the morning of our wedding and we had to navigate that situation with Larissa. If we could give her more than 5 stars we sincerely would - highly recommend!!!

Larissa could not have been more kind, passionate, and hardworking. If you're still looking for a wedding coordinator, stop now and call Larissa."

very first time we talked and was so knowledgeable about the wedding planning journey which helped ease my mind. The month leading up to the wedding, Larissa made sure I wasn't stressed and was so helpful in getting my "to do" list done. We had several calls/meetings prior to the wedding because Larissa wanted to make sure she executed our vision how we wanted it. Our day would not have gone as smoothly without her!

rked with us about a month before our wedding to understand what we were looking for. She also helped coordinate between our vendors, making sure everyone knew when and where to be, what to bring, etc. It was especially impressive since we were trying to coordinate from a different state. During the wedding, she kept everyone on schedule, and worked with the DJ to keep everything flowing so that none of the guests were bored, but it also didn't feel rushed. I'm so glad we had Larissa there to help because we were really able to enjoy our day with our family and friends. I highly recommend Larissa for your wedding coordination needs!

ways quickly responded to emails and texts and scheduled phone calls when we wanted. She had a can-do attitude for our state park COVID picnic wedding. We wanted low-key and she helped us turn this vision into a beautiful low-stress event for us. I had initially thought for a low key wedding, we didn't need a coordinator, but I can't imagine having pulled this off without her. We contacted her 6 weeks in advance and she immediately jumped in and made a well organized plan! We were her first Jewish wedding and she learned about our traditions and rituals. She schlepped an unbelievable amount of things. She coordinated with our vendors and friends for setting things up and made sure that everything progressed smoothly. I am so so glad we had the chance to work with her! She and her husband are incredibly kind and thoughtful.
