Love this place. The oldest golf course in las vegas so you know there is a lot of history. Friendly staff! Prices are affordable. I love smaller places like this... it creates...
more of an intimate setting for you and your guests
The price was decent and it was nice that we had the choice to go through the venue or get outside vendors. But, the wedding coordinator, Trisha, wasn’t very helpful. I used a phon...
e for the wedding ceremony music (they didn’t seem to have anything prepared for ceremony music like another venue I’ve used) and the next morning, Trisha told me that she left my phone outside on the speaker at the end of the night. Thank god the bar had it the next morning. The originally coordinator quit and nobody informed me of it and then I attempted to contact both Marcy and Trisha multiple times before I could get ahold of someone to finalize wedding plans. My DJ and photographer asked for a schedule and Trisha didn’t seem to have any idea of what she was doing. If you don’t know what to ask, don’t expect them to ask you about where you want your guest book or a present table, etc. Also, expect to get emails after your wedding about someone else’s wedding plans.
I am extremely sad that I have to write this review about what was supposed to be the happiest day of my life. My husband and I booked our wedding at The Las Vegas Golf Club. The p...
rice was reasonable and they had our wedding date available. The experience was nothing short of a nightmare.

We worked with 4 different "wedding coordinators"
-Alina (who was outstanding), Cam (who was nice), Trisha (also nice) & Marcy (she really tried). Working with different coordinators created a bit of confusion especially closer to the wedding. At first I didn't understand why there were so many changes within the position but now I understand. These people are overworked and understaffed.

I asked for a dance floor and we did not get one. Trisha stated she ordered one but she actually ordered it for another wedding so we danced in the middle of the room.

The room set up was a surprise. We were supposed to have tables inside and outside to have room for dancing but all of the tables were piled on top of each other in the room.

We ordered Black Wood Folding Chair with Vinyl Padded Seat for an additional fee and when the chairs arrived 1 1/2 hours before the wedding started all 120 chairs were completely filthy. My Husband (yes you read right my HUSBAND), Mother in law, siblings, cousins, and friends had to help Marcy line the chairs up and clean each of them in 108 degree weather... Outside. My mother in law custom made bows for the chairs but because she was pouring sweat trying to clean the chairs she was unable to use them which made her extremely upset.

In the reception space unbeknownst to us the air conditioning was broken, it did not work, at all and no one bothered to tell us. The weather in Las Vegas, NV mid August is extremely hot so imagine 108 degree weather and over 100 people squeezed into one room the amount discomfort people had to endure. Luckily we purchased fans for the guest to use while outside, everyone tried to keep cool by fanning inside during dinner.

We reserved seats and food for 120 people, about 103 showed up for the wedding. The food was served buffet style and there were complaints that some people didn't get certain items and some missed dinner because the doors to where the dinner was served were closed. My mom asked the people serving the food why were they putting the food away when people haven't ate and no one answered her. Point is, we paid for 120 people and 103 showed up so there should have been more than enough food for all of our guest and some could even get seconds but there wasn't.

I called the Las Vegas Golf Club and explained my frustration to Trisha who directed me to Brian (The General Manager) The first time I spoke to Brian he was very understanding and ensured me that I would be partially reimbursed for all of the errors on their part. He offered me gift cards and just to get things over with and behind us I accepted the offer. He said the cards were mailed but I never received the. I followed up with Brian and he said he would check if the cards were used because he definitely sent them. Again, I assured him I nor anyone in my household had received the gift cards. After a few weeks I followed up with Brian, no response, few more weeks... no response... several weeks... no response. Today I called Trisha who's finding corporate's information but I am at my wits end, disappointed, upset, and sad that all of this happen on what was supposed to be my special day.
