Extremely impressed with their customer service. They returned my request for a quote and gave me quick, detailed information on how to proceed with cleaning and alterations. They were straightforward and their level of knowledge about particular kinds of dresses and the details of care was clearly extensive!

I had my designer wedding dress cleaned and preserved at LaSalle Cleaners. There were a number of stains on my dress and they were able to get them all out! The dress looked new. They also persevered the dress. I highly recommend them. E and B

They did an amazing job cleaning and preserving my beach wedding full length lace gown. Needless to say there were more than a few bits in my train but they did a wonderful job. The process took a while but it was a quick drop off and talk and then they reminded me to pick it up. It is a little pricey but they offer various discounts and everyone I've spoken with who has been married down here has recommended them - now I do too!

I had to have my gown cleaned in less than two weeks and Francesca came to the rescue. They did it rushed and they even fixed things on my dress that my seamstress missed. My dress came out better than I could have ever imagined. I would recommend Francesca and her entire team to all brides out there! They saved me and made me look like a princess on my wedding day!

I originally went to La Salle to restore a 100 year old veil. At the time they told me that it would take 3 weeks to fix it and that it would cost me around $100.00. 2 weeks later Francesca called and told me that the veil was ready. The restoration was done beautifully, the veil looked new. On that day I noticed that they had a seamstress on premises and I asked if they could add a comb to my veil. They added the comb in less than a week and then they helped me pack my veil in a tiny pouch since I was traveling. I also had to take my new dress to them to get some yellow spots removed that apparently were caused by water in a steamer when the dress was being altered. At first, they were hesitant to touch the dress but in the end all the spots were removed and the dress looked beautiful!

Even thought is a little expensive, I see it as an investment, since my wedding gown is an expensive one I want my dress to be perfect in 10 years. Franchesca was very friendly and helpful. My dress looks perfect

My daughter truly got her money's worth from her dress. So much so that the dress needed CPR after the wedding. At first I wasn't sure anyone could fix the damages, spilled drinks, snags from the bracelet she wore, hem was dirty and a mess. I asked around and LaSalle was recommended. Thank God!! I worked with Lola throughout the process and at first I was skeptical as I didn't think they would be able to restore it. Lola was patient and explained the entire process to me. She kept me updated on the process. They were honest in their quote and work. The dress has been restored to it's original splendor and we didn't need some of the additional work we were afraid would be needed. I'm so grateful that I found them. I also had them clean my dress as well. I'm an extremely satisfied client!!

I had been searching for a place that could restore and perform some alterations to my Mother's 50 year old wedding gown for my daughters wedding. We came across LaSalle Cleaners and myself, along with my 3 daughters, mother and sister made an appointment with Lola to get an opinion on what could be done. My mothers gown was a blush pink, which had lost its coloring with age. Lola, and her staff, took on the challenge with honesty, integrity and love. My daughter also chose a new gown, with all of our blessings, as an alternative. The second time we visited LaSalle and Lola was to see the progress and to decide which way my daughter wished to go. Lola and her staff made us feel like family and what they had done with my mothers gown and the original blush color was miraculous! We all were overwhelmed! More than their expertise and care for what was is so valuable to us, is their genuine love for what they do and for what they feel is best for the bride and her family. I am so thrilled and feel so blessed to have Lola restoring and altering my mothers dress for my daughter...it is as if she is doing it for her own daughter. I feel so blessed and cannot believe how lucky we are to have found them!

I can't begin to tell you how nervous I was when my daughter said she wanted to wear her grandmother's wedding gown from 1947! The gown was designed by my mother and is all slipper satin with leaf beaded appliques and a beautiful long and full train. I called every place I could think of and either no one wanted to risk damaging the gown or they were way to eager to try! Finally, I found LaSalle and it was a godsend. They inspected the gown, pointed out all the questionable and delicate areas and told me that they would do their very best and handle our dress with care and detailed attention. I felt very comfortable with leaving the gown in their competent hands. They made no false promises of perfection, but they did promise to use all their years of knowledge and experience to have the gown turn out beautiful! I trusted them and they fulfilled their claim. The gown looks absolutely fantastic!! My daughter and I are thrilled with the results. My mother would be, too! Thank you Lola for all the time and energy and attention to detail. I purchased a Vera Wang sample wedding dress from a prestigious Coconut Grove bridal boutique, and they recommended that I take the sample dress for cleaning at LaSalle. My experience with LaSalle was so positive that I even had them make all of the alterations on my dress. Regarding the alterations, the seamstress is absolutely fabulous. She was friendly, patient, and professional. I had 3 total fittings with her, and she made suggestions on length and fit every step of the way. She even sewed on my sash so that it wouldn't slip or move on the Big Day. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about her! Regarding cleaning, the dress looked perfectly ivory and stain-free on my Big Day. The bridal consultant Lola expressed some concern over a few stains on the under-arms of the dress, but they were able to remove these stains altogether. The tulle skirt looked so shiny, as well. Overall, I would recommend LaSalle for pre-wedding cleaning. Just be sure to clearly explain what you want and be assertive. Sometimes it was difficult getting a hold of Lola on the phone, but I chalk that up to me living in Palm Beach Gardens and her running on Cuban time... Lol! Regardless, my dress looked beautiful; and it was ready to go ahead of the agreed-upon pick-up date. I plan on taking my dress back to LaSalle for post-wedding preservation.

Lola was extremely helpful, explaining the process and making sure I was taken care of. I can't wait to see my clean dress!

I took my wedding gown to get pressed and cleaned before my wedding day and they were punctual and had my dress ready before the due date. After my wedding I was so nervous about having my gown dry cleaned. The last thing I wanted was for it to be ruined... i am planning on displaying it in my house as a piece of art! So i looked up the dry cleaners with the best reputation in south Florida and Coral Gables Dry Cleaners came up right away! I contacted them, made an appointment to bring in my gown, they were super friendly and patient. Answered all my questions and also educated me about the preservation process, which I ended up also paying for. The dry cleaning process took about 50 days and I was contacted by Lola, their wedding gown specialist and she asked me to stop by to review the gown before the preservation process was done. I almost cried when I saw my gown again just as new!! It was pretty dirty after wearing it for 14 hours and I was amazed by their magic! Lola spent time with me answering questions once again and a week later she called me to let me know the gown is ready to be picked up! This process could not have been easier. I recently took my dress to La Salle after five years of sitting in my closet. The dress had a few small stains (that had not been removed by another dry cleaner after the wedding) and it had yellowed. La Salle restored the dress to the way it was on my wedding day. They did an amazing job! I am very pleased.

la salle did an awesome job cleaning our wedding dresses, veils, boleros, shoes and silk sarees with intricate beading! i trust them to care for and get complex stains out of my finest garments!!

I took my wedding dress to Coral Gables LaSalle Cleaners to have it preserved and I was so impressed with the wonderful attention to detail and personalized service I received. My dress was returned to me in pristine condition and stored in an acid free environment. They have an entire department dedicated to wedding dress preservation so all of the work is done on premises which allows them to oversee each important step in the preservation process. My wedding gown is a custom Pnina Tornai piece which is heavily adorned with Swarovski crystals and is exclusive to Kleinfeld's Bridal in NYC. Super gorgeous gown, yet extremely difficult to clean due to the intricate details and varied textures. Living in Miami, the thought of traveling back and forth to NYC was not an option- I needed a local cleaner to get my dress wedding day ready. As such, I was deeply encouraged by Kleinfeld's official cleaners in CT, to try La Salle's in Coral Gables. They said La Salle's is the only cleaners they'd trust with a Pnina, other than themselves- they could not have been more right! Julia, Maria and Marleny were all very attentive and extremely accommodating. Most notably was the owner Jessica, who was extremely responsive, very attentive, and communicated with me every step of the process. Needless to say, my gown came out wonderful!!! The crystals were blindingly polished, and the tulle and lace were vividly white.

I met these wonderful ladies at the Brides Against Breast Cancer event and they were so helpful! I went in for my first fitting this week and they explained the whole process of cleaning my gown as well as detailed steps of alteration. Although I haven't seen the finished product, I have no doubt LaSalle Cleaners will do an amazing job! I highly recommend them and their staff are all very friendly and helpful!!!

I have used CG LaSalle cleaners for my dry cleaning needs for years while spending winter months in Florida. I have been very pleased with their services so when my daughter was married in Cincinnati last September, I called and asked if they cleaned and preserved wedding gowns. The 3rd generation owner, Jessica Lancaster, told me that handling wedding dresses was one of their specialties. I sent the gown to Coral Gables, and they cleaned and preserved it, boxed it beautifully and sent it back to me in Cincinnati. My daughter and I were so pleased that when my second daughter was married 8 months later...we sent her dress as well. I would definitely recommend Coral Gables LaSalle Cleaners for wedding dresses and all your dry cleaning needs!!

Coral Gables La Salle Dry Cleaners did an amazing job preserving my wedding dress. After my wedding I went out to a nearby Coconut Grove bar in my dress and danced the night away even running back in the pouring rain and they did an incredible job cleaning the train and lower portion to the point that you can not even tell it was black from dirt. It was absolutely museum quality with perfectly layered tissue paper folded around my packed wedding dress. They even provided little white gloves to preserve the dress from hand oils if I ever decided to take it out.

The dress is like a new one....was very dirty after the party!

My parents took care of having my dressed cleaned. I can say that they are a bit pricey but do treat the dress and veil with care. They have been in business for many years and are a credible source.
