When you contact her with questions, she replies promptly. When I first contacted her about my wedding, she asked if I had any design in mind. I didn't really, so I told her to do whatever she wanted because I trusted her to make them beautiful. When I seen my flowers on my wedding day, I was in complete awe of how beautiful they were. My flowers were everything I wanted & more. I highly recommend Shanna, you will not be disappointed. :)
