My husband got my engagement ring here. We also then go our wedding bands here. First, one of my diamonds came out after only about 3 months of wearing the ring. Second, the preferred jeweler card they gave us was “ancient” according to the war...
ranty company when we called. Third, Laskers never registered our “ancient” card so we did not exist. My husband called Laskers (we moved and took it to a jeweler in Madison, WI who helped tremendously and told us to do this) and they said that their internet was down. FOUR hours later and still no call! My husband called again and said they would do research and call back in 30 minutes. I would not go here again. They do have a good selection however the customer service for returning customers is terrible and they lack organization skills.
