My husband got my engagement ring here. We also then go our wedding bands here. First, one of my diamonds came out after only about 3 months of wearing the ring. Second, the preferred jeweler card they gave us was “ancient” according to the warranty company when we called. Third, Laskers never registered our “ancient” card so we did not exist. My husband called Laskers (we moved and took it to a jeweler in Madison, WI who helped tremendously and told us to do this) and they said that their internet was down. FOUR hours later and still no call! My husband called again and said they would do research and call back in 30 minutes. I would not go here again. They do have a good selection however the customer service for returning customers is terrible and they lack organization skills.

We purchased our wedding bands at Laskers and they were so helpful in our search. After we purchased our rings, we got them cleaned before the wedding and also had the engagement ring and wedding band sodered together. That took less time than they originally told us. When we went to pick them up, the rings were cleaned again, and put into a double pouch. They are great to work with!

My fiance got my engagement ring from their. We got both of our wedding band there too. I absolutely love how my band looks with the engagement ring. We have had some troubles with sizing of the bands and ring sautered together, but since they have an onsite jeweler, they have been able to accommodate everything I've asked for. Great quality diamonds as well.
