were super friendly and quick to get everyone drinks! To my knowledge i did not experience any issues nor did my husband and I receive any complaints. The biggest deal with a bar at a wedding is running out of drinks too early on in the night! This did not happen! We ended up going home with my open bottles! They truly know how to plan for the guests they’re having! I truly had no idea how to judge how much we needed of each alcohol but i didn’t have to worry, they took care of everything! We also were able to do 3 speciality drinks with no problem! Ray was helpful in picking these out! The best one was the hot spiked cider they had offered! Overall would recommend! o a large storm coming through the area during our outdoor wedding, many of the boxes containing wine and beer were damaged. We were told the boxes were unable to be returned to the distributor as previously agreed upon, so we were left with 11 full cases of beer/selzer and 25 bottles of wine (and this was after already distributing boxes out of friends and family for free). As the bottles and cans themselves were not damaged, it would have been nice to have had an option for them to use the alcohol at another event. Instead, we ended up having to give away all of the alcohol (which was difficult since many in our family don't drink) which was a large financial loss.

In addition, the 2 bartenders that staffed our wedding (Travis and Kim) were a delight. Our guests raved about them; they were professional, courteous with a great sense of humor. We had roughly 130 guests and no one had to wait in line any longer than a couple of minutes- they kept it going. Ray was always responsive to my questions over the course of planning- and worked with us to make this day special.

The bartending staff was super fun and friendly and everyone was very happy with their drinks. Book this vendor if you really want everything to run smooth as well as being affordable! being gin and tonic drinkers...). The initial invoice also provided for a different whiskey than what we ultimately chose. So when my mother-in-law ordered a gin and tonic, she was told there was no gin. She asked to speak with Ray - who was apologetic - and he ran to the store to get gin. The whiskey was what it was oh, and he also purchased the wrong wine...My in-laws paid the correct invoice, which was obviously more expensive than the original as it was more complete and the original called for cheaper whiskey. I emailed Ray when I found out what happened expressing my disappointment and suggesting he compensate my in-laws for the mistakes. He never responded. Honestly, I wouldn’t have written this review if he had. We got married a month ago. I recommend confirming with the couple before alcohol is purchased to avoid a situation like this.

They are truly experts and know what they are doing-- I had zero concerns the day of my wedding. They're flexible and willing to work with whatever you want the day of your wedding. They also advised us on how much alcohol to buy for our event, which was helpful. I highly, highly recommend working with Last Call Bartending! Thank you all for being part of our big day.
