Ray used the wrong invoice to purchase our alcohol. He sent us an initial invoice, which was missing the gin (even though I made a huge deal on the phone about my husband’s parents being gin and tonic drinkers...). The initial invoice also prov...ided for a different whiskey than what we ultimately chose. So when my mother-in-law ordered a gin and tonic, she was told there was no gin. She asked to speak with Ray - who was apologetic - and he ran to the store to get gin. The whiskey was what it was oh, and he also purchased the wrong wine...My in-laws paid the correct invoice, which was obviously more expensive than the original as it was more complete and the original called for cheaper whiskey. I emailed Ray when I found out what happened expressing my disappointment and suggesting he compensate my in-laws for the mistakes. He never responded. Honestly, I wouldn’t have written this review if he had. We got married a month ago. I recommend confirming with the couple before alcohol is purchased to avoid a situation like this.
