It is clear that their main goal is to make you feel beautiful and special without any pressure. Not only did I get my wedding dress there, my mom also got her mother of the bride dress there too! We both had our dresses tailored through Lastrina and they did an amazing job on both dresses. I would HIGHLY recommend Lastrina Girls!!!

It was nice to be with a professional team that only showed me dresses within my budget. Lastrina was super easy to communicated with and offered me so much advice as a Bride. They aren't trying to take all your money or add any stress to your planning process. I had my alterations done by Sandra. She was amazing and answer all my questions. When I got my dress, I couldn't be happier with the changes we had agreed upon. Also, the owner is such a sweet lady. She truly cares that every Bride leaves the store satisfied and happy. I literally recommend Lastrina to everyone I know that is getting married!

Ultimately knowing that I’ve been to another place shopping and didn’t find anything there for me I can’t guarantee I’d be buying a dress from this place either so I would be sitting with a gift card I wouldn’t be using. Just very put out that they want to charge you just for shopping. I didn’t end up scheduling an appointment.

A couple downsides though- I went back to try on my dress when it came in and the attendant was silent, awkward and gave me absolutely no direction or help in any way. She made me feel like she had no idea what she was doing and couldn’t wait to get out of there. Also, my biggest disappointment- at that same appointment when the topic of alterations was brought up, the attendant informed me that their seamstress(s) were completely booked and would not be able to alter my dress. After spending $2,000 in their salon, I would have liked/expected to be able to get my dress altered in the same salon. It was extremely disappointing when she handed me a paper with other places I could take it (none of which were local). It all just seemed very unprofessional to me and I was sad to end my experience there on that note.

My dress was the second one I put on and she hit the nail on the head when I didn't even know what I wanted. I ordered extra beading to be added to my dress and they worked with me to ensure I would have enough at a reasonable price. I would send everyone I encounter to them without hesitation.

f Lastrina Girls. However, once my dress arrived, things changed drastically. To start, they ordered the WRONG SIZE dress. They remeasured me and told me I gained 5 inches (but only in my hips, no where else). The owner (Krista) was rude and not easy to work with. We brought the dress to a recommended tailor and the owner was still talking poorly about me to her own tailor! Thankfully, her tailor worked her magic and I was able to wear the dress and didn't let this ruin my wedding. If I could go back, I would DEFINITELY NOT go here, nor would I recommend this place.

y initial appointment, my consultant had zero personality and my best friend ended up selecting my dress because the consultant was no help. When I went back to try on my dress for the first time after it came in, once again I was met with meek consultants who basically peeled my delicate dress off of me. When I went back a third time to do my first fitting alone, I had no help getting in or out of my dress and basically had to coach another consultant into helping me get my shoes on. I am pretty laid back so I did not let these poor customer service experiences phase me too much because I was happy with my dress, however, I do think that this could upset other brides so I wanted to share my honest experience. The owner (Krista?) is sweet and bubbly, but I had little interaction with her. Lastly, the seamstresses and tailors who they work with do fantastic work. I had no problems with them, however when I had to switch my first fitting appointment and reschedule with Lastrina, Lastrina never called them to inform them I had switched dates so it appeared to them like I was a no-show and Lastrina also did not clearly communicate with me how I was supposed to pay for my deposit so I came unprepared to my first fitting. Overall, nice dresses and good prices, but I felt like there was zero customer service as well as poor handling of my precious wedding dress -- especially after it was paid for!

the look of Stella York. I had nearly said yes to a dress in another store, but held out to try a couple more long sleeves on (this one was racerback). After that one, I went to another salon where the owner made comments about me needing Spanx - SO rude. I went to Lastrina and was paired with a stylist. She was so nice and made me feel super good about myself. She put me in a few long sleeves that just weren't me, and the shorter/no sleeves just weren't as good as the one I previously almost said yes to. Toward the end of the appointment, the owner gave a dress to my stylist, a long sleeve Stella York, I tried it on and fell in LOVE. I said yes in that moment! When I got home, I went to my wedding pinterest board and guess what I saw - that EXACT dress I had ALREADY pinned! It was seriously fate, and I'm SO happy that the owner understood my vision. I brought my dress back for my fitting (a year later, thanks pandemic!) and had such a positive experience getting fitted. I still needed a veil at the time, but was considering ordering from Etsy. I had asked to try on a couple to lock down the length, but ended up finding one that matched my dress perfectly! They inquired about delivery times and said it was tight, but that it would work for my wedding date - and it did! Overall, my experience with my dress and veil was AMAZING. I'm not a huge shopper and I'm a super casual/easy bride in general, and they made me feel super special and pretty on my big day. I will forever recommend them to any brides!

I did not just feel like an appointment, I felt like a celebrity and was made to feel so special. Katie was incredibly knowledgeable and made this experience so fun. She knew exactly what I wanted and it was not long before I picked out the dress I wanted (which she told me she knew was the one all along, but did not pressure me at all to buy it). HIGHLY recommend Lastrina to any bride looking for an incredible experience!

y big day! As soon as I walked in, I was instantly welcomed with open arms and felt very comfortable. I gave them all of my ideas but told them, I was open to trying a little bit of everything. I am not one to wear a dress but they opened my mind and I fell in love with an amazing Essence of Australia gown. Krista, the owner, was along for the ride and called to check-in and also be there to support me when I said yes to the dress!

They worked very efficiently (almost too efficient and quick moving since many brides are first timers and make decisions a little slower) but they are sweet. They were available in a very timely manner if I had a question for them. I lost some weight between my initial ordering and my fitting, and the lady they work with for alterations still made it turn out gorgeous. I would recommend this place to find your dress!

that experience. That specific store made me feel like it was their job to get my sale. I booked an appointment at Lastrina girls solely to keep shopping, but I got so much more. I felt like I was shopping with a good friend, rather than being sold a dress. Tanya was patient and worked with me when I was confused, requested going in opposite directions, and needed more time. Krista was there to help give me feedback in a supportive way that didn't put down one or the other, but in a way that helped me figure out which dress was more me. Together they made this experience amazing! I would recommend them a thousand times over based on their respect to you as a person, their knowledge of their dresses, and their store experience. They are amazing!

trying on I hated! They started pulling me different styles. I found one I loved, but I didn't feel comfortable committing on day 1. I went to 2 other bridal salons and kept comparing everything to my dress I found at Lastrina. I called them and asked if I could come by that afternoon to retry on that dress. They fit me in! Krista and the rest of the staff are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and above all very kind! I wanted my fiance to help with my search for my wedding dress and they were very welcoming to him in the salon as well! To finish off my look I went with a cape style veil instead of a headpiece veil that I also bought at Lastrina. My mother also bought her dress at Lastrina and looked beautiful!

could see me in wedding dresses. A cousin had found her dress here and raved about the experience, but I had made other appointments for myself and did not go in expecting much. I initially thought an A-line, sweetheart was best for my body type and wanted something lace with a little wow factor. Holly was my consultant and she was very patient with my not great attitude and worked with me to try on dresses I thought I would look good in. I felt meh in all of them. She sensed my frustration around the 5th dress and pulled something from the far side of the shop. ‘Humor me’ she said. It honestly looked like crap hanging, but on…holy crap. It was stunning! The total opposite of what I thought I wanted/needed. Climbed up on the box in front of the mirror and just cried. Holly put me in a crepe jersey fit and flair with a boat neck and open back. Simple, elegant and I felt like a goddess. She added a rhinestone belt and it was really the only adornment the dress needed. So thrilled! Can’t wait to wear it. It’s so classic too that it will easily alter into a cocktail dress that I get to wear for a lifetime. Fast-forward a year and just after I have my first fitting, the world goes down the tubes. We made the difficult decision to postpone our wedding. Krista (the owner) went out of her way to make sure my dress was packaged up safely for me to take home and put into storage for another year. The seamstress was even kind enough to refund my deposit. These ladies are wonderful professionals with a special talent at what they do. Worth the drive.

I will also add that I highly recommend using a tailor other than the one they recommend (Flavia's) because I spent over $800 in alterations and only had my dress taken in .5 inches on each side! ith my dress, my bridal parties dresses, and my MIL dress.. now we all tried to calmly fix our dresses without going into anger over board. Their seamstress is utterly rude, she told Me I need to walk and loose weight before my first official fitting..... I was so upset I called my mother and she went and got my dress and she was utterly rude and disrespectful to my mother.I called to express my feelings I get told “Let me make this clear I talked to our seamstress and she never told you to walk walk walk to fit into your dress” right then and there the owner tried to make me, my mother, and my mother in law all liars when my mother was basically screaming at the seamstress for how disrespectful and rude she was. In my eyes if you wanted to better your business don’t ever be that rude to a bridal to be or her party. None of us is happy with any dresses from them. The experience was horrible. I ended up having to buy a brand new dress at David’s bridal and the girls there made me feel absolutely beautiful and was wonderful and listened to my horrible experience at Lastrina and my experience at David’s was so amazing that I felt like a bride. The girls are snotty and think they know everything when in the end they can’t measure anyone right, I think there needs to be professionals who know how to actually measure girls to their true size... the girls who measure are clearly there just for a paycheck. Because if they knew what they were doing our dresses wouldn’t have so many problems. & Their dresses are shitty material, they are just rude and unprofessional. At first I thought we hit the jackpot and now with my wedding in 18days I needed to buy a whole new dress. Do not even waste your time or money going to this bridal salon. All they care about is the money you spend, they do not care about sending you off with happiness. No bride ever should go through any of these problems. My dress from David’s fits ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. So if I could rate them a 0 at lastrinas I would too bad google doesn’t allow you to.... imagine just imagine having a dress with snags and not fitting you when you are the bride and getting utterly rude feedback from the salon and seamstress.... not the way a bride should imagine her experience. Don’t waste your time with this salon, Go to an actual bridal salon who will make you feel like a bride and have a huge selection to try on... and will make your party and mothers feel beautiful too. Like I said.. don’t waste your time or money going to this bridal salon. Go somewhere who knows what they are doing and how to treat the brides to be and the bridal party. They only care about making money at this salon.

Her only request was that I keep talking, even when it was entirely unhelpful like “I don’t know, there’s just something weird about it.” She managed to find something that has every element and tiny detail I liked from the thousands of dresses I’ve looked at and 30+ dresses I’ve tried on, so my dress is this composite of all of my favorite things from all those dresses. I truly had that moment when I felt like a bride and a princess, and the whole store made me feel special and beautiful. Another thing I loved about this store was that all the sample dresses actually fit me. There’s nothing worse than wanting to try on a dress but not even being able to get it on since the sample is a bridal size 6. The girls made me comfortable and actually promoted healthy body images by having a variety of sizes. I’ve been losing weight to get healthy, so alterations were a concern, but since they can alter down two full sizes, I feel better. The woman who measured me even told me that I don’t even have two sizes to lose, which felt incredible to hear and helps me feel validated for all my hard work. I can’t wait to shop here with Holly for a veil and other accessories!
