I reached out to Liz with almost 3 months prior to my last minute wedding. From the very start, she was SO organized and on top of everything. I would absolutely plan to request her services again. All of our guests loved the food and noted how professional the presentations were. I cannot express enough how awesome this team was!!
We hired Late Risers Food Truck for our post-wedding brunch on May 30, 2022, and they were amazing! They showed up early and had everything set up at the pavilion before our guests arrived, which made the whole event feel effortless.
The food was a big hit—tons of variety with eggs, breakfast burritos, potatoes, yogurt parfaits, and drinks. Everything was delicious and our guests loved it. They truly went above and beyond, and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect brunch. Highly recommend!

Before opening Late Risers in 2018, Chef Elizabeth worked in award-winning restaurants, catering companies, resorts and butcher shops in Washington D.C., Australia and throughout Florida and the Florida Keys.
